It really helps if you complete the online form, it'll save you some time. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. From the time I arrived , everything ran smoothly. It was a very busy day but the ladies up front were on top of things. Dr. Ziemann was wonderful and very personable. I addressed my concerns and he was very attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. When I started looking for frames, Vanessa immediately offered her assistance and was very kind. They have a decent amount of brand name selections but they could definitely benefit if they had more colors and styles. I choose a classy sleek Ray ban frames in black , can't wait to pick them up! They cancel appointments day-of, no apology, no accountability, just "come back later" like people don't have schedules. And the worst part yet? I've been in the Customer Service business for 54 years and I can assure you, she rates at a #10. I know it sounds weird to go to Walmart for glasses. Trust me. They advertised this on their website and let me set up the appointment and come down to the office. What blows my mind is that the TV's in the lobby were playing videos of the RLE process. The individuals behind the counter are looking right at the screen and told me they have no idea what RLE is. They had to contact the doctor to confirm what RLE was. Complete waste of time. Don't waste your time with this location. They don't know what they are doing and the individuals behind the counter need to be trained on what RLE is. Crazy that an eye center has people that don't know what this is.

The location is central and parking was plentiful and convenient. Check in process was easy. Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. The assisting staff was friendly and explained the initial examination thoroughly. Great communication. She also informed us of waiver and options for dilation. Dr. Cason was very pleasant. He explained everything that was going on and spoke to my son directly. He was also accommodating and assuring to the concerns of anxiety. We appreciate his gentleness and willingness to take time. We did not feel rushed at all. He paused for questions. So, this was a very good interaction. The clinic itself was modern and clean with vibrant colors and decor. I loved the curved white couches. For something as routine as an eye exam and glasses, this level of cost feels unreasonable. I will definitely be sharing my experience with friends at my senior center so they can be aware. She explained that the charge for 104.00 was for my Medicare deductible.
