I had an awesome experience at LensCrafters in Surprise! About two months ago, I had an issue with the fishing wire on my semi-rimless glasses. I took them to another optical department for a repair, but they told me they didn't have the correct length of wire and had to rig the repair. Afterward, the frames never felt quite right. Today, I noticed the wire was actually hanging out from the top of my frame. I first stopped at another optical center in Surprise that I knew did repairs, but they told me they wouldn't repair frames that weren't purchased from their location. So I went to LensCrafters in Surprise -- and what a difference! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, welcoming, and completely confident that they could fix my glasses. Keep in mind, this was only about an hour and a half before closing. Ricardo told me, "I'll take care of your glasses. Just give me about an hour." I ran a few errands, and before long I received a call saying my glasses were ready. When I returned, Ricardo explained that he had straightened the frames and installed all-new wire. I put them on, and they felt fantastic -- comfortable, straight, and sitting perfectly on my face. I asked what I owed them, and they wouldn't accept payment. I was told it's LensCrafters' policy to provide these types of repairs at no charge. The confidence, friendliness, and willingness to help really impressed me. Awesome job, Ricardo and the entire LensCrafters team! You earned a very happy customer! read more

Fashion Square Mall 85251 location I purchased a Meta Ray-Ban frame and prescription lenses from LensCraft at Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale, Arizona. I remain very disappointed with the service there. None of the customer service representatives seems knowledgeable about the products, and their behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when questioned about the misleading information provided. I spoke with a manager who outright accused me of lying. The staff at this location needs training, or the public should be aware of how they are treated. Please address this issue, as some of the treatment I experienced feels racially motivated. read more

Forced to give a star so I can write this review. I went to the Lens Crafters in Hoover Al and I have been waiting for my glasses since Jan 12 today is Feb 17. Simple glasses reading and progression to close up. They charged me $1300 plus I did not get an eye exam, $250 of that $1300 was for frames that they still have; cause they still have NOT MADE MY GLASSES. They are NOT special, NOT strong nothing!! read more

On my journey of trying to find my same exact Meta glasses, I came across Tegan here at the surprise store. he went above and beyond trying to help me find my exact glasses I had. He even took the time out of his day to hunt down the UPC number for my exact pair of glasses to proceed and search inventory at other stores so I can get my glasses sooner then waiting a potential three weeks. I cannot recommend Tegan and the surprise LensCrafters store enough. I wish there were more people in the world like Tegan! read more

Honesty and promptness. If you say my glasses will be ready by 12:00 the next day make sure they are ready. I came in at 1:15 and they were not ready. In a matter of fact they just started on the order when we came in, "how convenient". Had to wait for a rushed job. We have been coming here for years but will not return. The manager argued with me and basically called my wife a lier. read more

Ordered glasses from LensCrafters (#20790766514045), package got lost. On December 1 they said up to 3 weeks for investigation and I would get an email with results. Nothing. Followed up, no response. Chat support now says they restarted the claim and I have to wait another 5 business days. It is Christmas Eve and I still have no glasses. Promised replacement never came, promises broken over and over. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Avoid if you want reliable service. read more

I had a horrible experience with Len Crafter. I had the eye exam done at the store and ordered lenses for my Meta Frame, which I bought in. I was told Lens Crafter can do lens for my frame. A Lens Crafter doctor ordered my prescription; the same store did my lenses. My lenses were delayed initially 3 weeks. When I was called, it was being ready, but the person was not there to fit my lens. Then I was told that they have to reorder the lens as it's not the correct size, causing an additional 2 weeks of delay. After 2 weeks, I was called again, and when I picked up my progressive lenses, they were inverted, causing a headache. I had to bring it back to the store and they reordered, which took another 2 weeks. When the lens came back, the angle was an issue as I had to tilt my head to get things done. I told Lens Crafter that I am not happy with the progress, and they were causing constant messes with my progress. Just get me a single vision lens. They ordered and took another 2 weeks. When I picked up my glasses, it still had a different angle on the bottom. I was told to come again to see a doctor. I was told to pay another exam fee when I saw the doctor. This is ridiculous. I decided to walk out and will now pursue it legally with my lawyer. I want Lens Crafter to be aware of this and want to give it one last chance before I pursue it with my attorney. read more

My husband and I went into the LensCrafters store at Oakview Mall in Omaha, NE, on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 6:15 pm CST, regarding a billing issue we had previously spoken about with our vision insurance and LensCrafters. We were told it was taken care of. When we went to the store we spoke with the only staff member that was working we explained the situation to him. He said that we would need to speak with his boss, to which we replied that we had already done that and she was less than helpful, stating that there was nothing she could do about it. The employee exploded stating that doesn't sound like her. He has worked with her for a long time and she would not say that. My husband stated that we would not talk to her because she was worthless the last time we spoke with her. I tried to speak to him about my conversations with our vision insurance and LensCrafters and he kept cutting me off. My husband got a little louder trying to get him to calm down, to which the employee responded that we needed to calm down or he was going to call security. We got up to leave because the conversation was not going anywhere. As we left the store I said that we did not get his name. We returned to the store to ask him for his name and he threw a card at my husband. I said "That was real professional" to which he replied that we need to leave or he is going to throw us in jail. The card he threw at my husband didn't have his name on it. I filled out the formal complaint with LensCrafters asking for the bill that started all of this to be written off, a written apology from the employee, and if he refused to do that I wanted him fired. The form stated that I would have a response and resolution within 5 days. I have called 3 times and they are still waiting on the store for a response. My husband is afraid that if we go back to the store we are going to get threatened with jail again. read more

Visited this location with my granddaughter who needed eyeglass nose replacements. We were greeted by Lauren K. & Sue Mcalister. Both ladies were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Sue took the helm and fixed the glasses within minutes. I inquired as to what plans/networks they accepted and Lauren was kind enough to find out this information with ease. Unfortunately, they (LensCrafters) were not in our plan but were very helpful in sharing their services and discounted information. I asked how much was the charges, and Sue mentioned to leave a review would be kind enough. Kudos to Lauren & Sue for stellar customer service! read more

I had the best experience, EVER, with the eye physician, Dr. Singh. She went above and beyond details regarding my examination. She addressed and evaluated my eye needs that other physicians never thought to ask or address. Thank you Dr. Singh for your time and professionalization. Lens Crafters has the best trained "Master Crafters" in the shop to help you find the right frame that will be comfortable, practical and the look that you want. A very special thank you to Andrea Kjeke, Team Lead LensCrafter. This young lady also went above and beyond the service that I would ever expect. She was kind, courteous, very patient and dedicated to get me into the right frames. She helped me pick out the perfect glasses. I spoke with Ms, Kjeke about her training in the industry. I must say quite a resume! Impressive! My sister accompanied me at my appointment and she was so impressed with my service, she booked her an appointment. My sister has visited this location several times for adjustments. She met with Jose Tapia, Store Manager. He runs and efficient shop and new my sister on first name basis. Truly, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I have been in the big stores like walmart, Costco Etc. Lens Crafters is personal and just affordable as the big box stores. Very, very grateful for the services from Andrea. Thank you again Andrea for all of your hard work and helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. read more

Look for price sales... sometimes you can get 40-30 % off. If you don't see what you like within a few weeks.. a new fashion will pop up... optometrist on site.. friendly staff... no appointment needed unless you need to see the optometrist first. Don't sit near the door to get your eye exam.. sit closer to the front desk. The light coming through the window Will throw off your measurements while fitting your glasses. Walk outside to look around with the glasses you want ( especially sun glasses... clean place. Depending on the person that helps you sometimes it feels rushed to select a pair of glasses. Just be up front & honest. Take your time.. this is a huge investment. Use your vision insurance.. it saved me over $1200. There's no need to pick glasses the same day if you're not comfortable.. take your time and make the right choice for you... not the sales person. I found out there is no such thing as "scratch resistant glasses! I paid for scratch resistant once. Get the 1 yr protection plan for an additional $49.00... just do it.. trust me! read more

Chad gives the BEST vision check - Rx for glasses! At Lenscrafter in West Towne Mall (Madison, WI), Chad took time to give my husband the best vision check for glasses that he's ever had. To give perspective, my husband has severe glaucoma and has received MULTIPLE vision checks over the last two decades. He recently had a corneal transplant and the ophthalmology clinic took about 3 minutes to check his vision and give a Rx for glasses - the problem is that the Rx isn't right. My husband's vision is still blurry. Chad took TIME to really figure out what my husband needed in order to see the best he possibly could. Chad even took into account how thick and heavy the lens would be. Thank you, Chad! read more

I went in with my script for new frames and lenses. The manager ended up helping when I picked them up. Something felt off when I put them on. The manager tried to make adjustments for me. It was obvious after two adjustments he became annoyed and told me to go home with them and come back if they still felt weird, that I needed time to get used to them. I went to target, walked around, felt dizzy. My eyes could not adjust, it felt like I was in a fish bowl. I went back to LensCrafters, he was immediately annoyed I was back, he adjusted them so they were not so tight behind my ears and sent me on my way. He adjusted them so much that they are constantly falling off of my face, giving me headaches, from what I thought was being too loose, but I stuck it out and told myself it was just me. I needed to get used to them. After all, the man in charge of running the store essentially told me it was me needing to adjust to the glasses, who am I to go and question him again. Glasses are not my day job. (apparently it shouldn't be his either) I dreaded the thought of going back to the store in Surprise and encountering the same manager again. So I've just felt with it as best I could. Although, it has not been easy. I only wear them when I absolutely have to. I just walk around half blind all the time to avoid the headache that comes with them. I recently went to a new eye doctor to check my vision and see if I needed my script updated. Imagine my surprise when the new office went to check my lenses and with confusion asked me if I had requested "prism lenses". I told them I didn't know what that meant, they explained it to me. (Your lens is cut a certain way to assist with double vision, something I have never had) Noting it was only done on one lens and my lenses had been cut incorrectly. Which explains everything I've been experiencing. Turns out Mr. Manager did not know what he was talking about and at the very least should have checked my lenses when I told him something felt wrong. I must say, I am more upset with myself than anyone. For not trusting my gut, for not standing up to the extremely rude and condescending manager, and for thinking something was wrong with me and not the glasses. I would recommend literally anywhere else for eyewear. read more

Used Oceanside, CA LensCrafters to have an eye exam on 1/9/23. They changes my prescription from the prior exam I had with them. Using their prescription, I has lens put in a pair of frames at another optical lab, but the prescription was WRONG. I opened up 3 Customer Care Form Tickets which they closed without ever talking to me. They lied and said they left me a message, but no message or trace of their call on my cell.
