The front desk ladies were so friendly and professional. As soon as we were done with the paperwork they brought us back. Todd the Tech was so kind and gently with my Grama. He walked her through everything and answered all her questions. Dr Siegel was phenomenal and has a true gift for teaching and explaining things! Everyone gets 5/5 stars we will for sure come back! read more

I had an appointment today at 20/20, to which I've gone to for a couple of years. When I arrived and was taken back to the exam room, I was told they no longer accept my insurance. I found it extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time to leave work early for them to not tell me they no longer accept my insurance as they previously had. read more

Spending 5 minutes on an eye exam is not a COMPLETE thorough exam. I will be calling my insurance to complain about the service we got here. We will be switching immediately, in fact since the exam was so short, I feel like my daughter's eye wellness was neglected by this doctor. It was a waste of an appointment for her since she took the time to come in on her half day off. read more

I like the doctor and the attention to detail he has. My issue is that the appointment time is always late. They want you to be here 15 minutes before the appointment, but then they are 20-30 minutes late for the appointment. read more

Not an auspicious start here. My husband used this office and was happy so I too made an appt. Took the day off from work well in advance. Recd a confirmation text with all the info about insurance, location and paperwork. Drove 25 minutes to get here and on arrival am told they cancelled my appt. They insist they left a voicemail on the same phone number I recd the confirmation text on but there's NO RECORD in my phone of any such call. When asked why they didn't send a follow up text, I was told they "left me on the schedule in case someone came in" ??? Not sure what that means. I asked if there was another office with an opening today and was offered phone numbers only and told to try calling them myself. I'm pretty disappointed. I rescheduled because I had to, as my insurance doesn't offer too many other options. I'm hoping this is an isolated incidence. read more

20/20 Image Eye Centers - Confirmation of the appt texted to me the day before. On arrival today, they told me they'd called and left messages LAST WEEK?!? - Optometrists Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Ahh I usually hate the eye doctor. I used to go to Southwestern Eye Center and they always had me waiting forever. This place is on time and prompt. It's nice to see business handled professionally. I appreciate that they schedule you at a certain time, get to you at that time and get you through everything quickly. That's always been the point of an appointment; go in, get it done and leave. I appreciate this place. Plus it's clean and the staff is very kind and welcoming. My only recommendation is that they hurry up and get some kind of tint on the windows. The desk worker was being blinded and that doesn't make sense in an eye center. Also, summer is coming up and you're gonna fry everyone like ants if those windows don't get a good tint on them lol Thank you for the great service (: read more

I had an eye emergency late Friday evening therefore I called the emergency number listed on the website for the Glendale location. I've been a patient at this location for at least 10-15 years. I never received a callback over the weekend. Therefore on Monday morning I immediately called the office directly so I could get my issue checked out. I tried three times but never received a call back after leaving multiple messages. I ended up calling the national scheduling center and they tried calling but could not get a hold of anyone as well. The person I spoke to said she was going to elevate the concern to her supervisor. The customer service representative was very helpful and was able to get me an appointment at another location "Eyetech" which is affiliated with 2020 they were amazing. Over the last few years, I've definitely noticed the level of service is not up to par at the Glendale location. I have officially changed all future appointments to Eyetech. read more

It's a fantastic place; I love coming here! Everyone is super friendly. The process of setting up an appointment online is easy, and their confirmations are just enough and not overbearing. Jasmine and Dr. Lucca are great! The process is smooth and painless. Highly recommend. read more

The staff isn't properly trained. Prescription I received was blurry and overall a horrible experience after having to go back twice in one day. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

I scheduled an appointment through the phone number on google which directs you to a call center not the office. When I arrived I was told my appointment didn't exist. Unreliable and unprofessional. read more

everyone's was very nice and friendly , Dr and his staff thanks guys we were able to take in a different frame we wanted to use not sold at the office and got it made with the prescription that we needed . that's was awesome read more

Dr Yath is fine however I was disappointed in the technician I guess because I didn't buy a recommended $400 pair of glasses she was not happy . I asked if she could tighten my frames even though I didn't buy them there. She responded no. It would have been very simple to have adJusted them for me but her refusal means I am now never making another appointment with them and my husband will not either. They have lost customers who have been going to that location for 30 years. Such a simple thing and would have been great customer service read more

Best eye care I've ever had. Dr Yath & staff are about as excellent of people as you could know. Compassionate, honest, generous, educated eye care. I'm in deep & complex cancer treatment. I was in incredible pain & the staff adjusted to my emergency & navigated through a difficult insurance matter for me. Dr Yath brought me great relief & my eyes are healthier than ever after treatment. Thank you!! read more

I've used this place for a 3 years now for my eye glass needs. The doctor is great and throughout. The staff is friendly and not pushy about sales. My issue is with the eye glass selection and pricing. They have very limited options and never seem to carry the same frame for longer than 6-12 months. Additionally, the frames are pricey and you have to purchase a 1 year warranty now otherwise your SOL. read more

I've worn eye glasses all of my life and because AZ is always so sunny I decided to convert to contacts. I did my research for the 4-5 star review in Glendale and 20/20 Image Eye Center on Peoria appeared. Good rating, convenient, nice and friendly staff, 1st phone contact was great... I made an appointment. Told the eye Doc my goal:contacts and that I wanted to wear them all day, for all occassions and I was permenantly surrendering prescription glasses. Exam and Dr. provided information was great, but when it came time to leave with the contacts on I told the person who fitted me the contacts were blurry and uncomfortable. She said your eyes just need to adjust. They didn't, I had to take them out because I literally couldn't see and nearly rubbed my eyes raw. I called informed them of what was happening and scheduled another appointment. Same thing: blurry vision, coasted to the corner of my eye and popped out before I could take them out. So I'm driving blind. Made another appointment and the Dr. normally sweet seemed irritated. She fitted me with new contacts those worked for a day or so and I couldn't wear those either. At this point I'm frustrated because I told the Dr. I have hundreds of people lives in my hands daily and needed contacts that were useful. I didn't get that. I contacted the office manager Analesia (something like that) for a refund and though the service could be itemized with price, it was a packaged service. So I was not able to obtain a refund, not even a partial refund (which would have been fair) to go someplace else. Her only solution was to come back to 20/20 Image Eye Center and continue to receive contacts that I can't use and have me drive blind. What's worse is I can't even take my perception to another doctor to be fitted for contacts. I feel I was swindled out of my money by paying for ineffective services. I am so disappointed that I have to pay another eye Doctor for duplicate services. What happened to customer service? Making sure the customer is happy. It seems some businesses new way of conducting business is we have your money, now deal with it! read more

I have been going to this office for years, and it was sold two years ago. Dr. Yath is competent, friendly, and takes the time to develop a patient/doctor relationship. They use state of the art digital equipment, and have a large stock of frames in-house. Recommended. read more

The first interaction on the phone with Victoria, who scheduled my appointment and answered my initial questions, was great. I chose the Glendale location because they weren't as busy as the Scottsdale location and I was able to get an appointment right away! When I arrived for my appointment, Victoria checked me in and was very friendly. Nicole did my initial tests and was very thorough and friendly. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions. And explained what the tests were. She made me feel at ease right away! Dr. Yath was very pleasant and did a thorough examination, explaining what would suit my eyeglass needs in terms that were easy to understand. She also answered my questions adequately. Jenny helped me select frames and was patient while I decided which frames and options were best for me. Jenny was very personable and made me feel comfortable as everyone else I interacted with at 20/20 Image Eyecenters did! She was also able to repair my old glasses, which I had broken, well enough so I could continue to wear them until my new glasses are made! I had a wonderful experience at the Glendale location and can't wait for my new glasses to come in! read more

Best service ever. The whole staff was so friendly and warm. I'm so glad I came in to this location. I was able to make a same day appointment and was seen on time. The exam was fast and Dr. Yath was awesome. read more

I've been going here for several years for A medical eye exam. This Year I went for the same. But Had vision insurance as well . Even though the appointment Was for a medical eye exam as it was in the past. And was scheduled under my medical insurance I gave them my vision insurance as well at the time of the exam Incase I wanted to buy glasses. My deductible is paid on my medical insurance and I've been there twice before with no bill. Since I had vision they didn't charge my medical insurance which was why the appointment made. Then they billed the vision instead. They didn't even know about until day of. Now I have a copay I shouldn't have. When I explained that they only billed medical the last two years they were very condescending and happy to prove me wrong by showing me. They however proved I was right and then said that this year no reason for a medical exam nothing was found. to which I replied that is not what the doctor said. They again showed me but again they were wrong it was in the notes. I was told they can't do anything "that's just how the doctor billed it too bad." Well they have lost a loyal customer over $10 it's not the amount it is the principle of the matter the condescending attitude and lack of concern for customer relations. Please go somewhere else You're family deserves better than the way I was treated. read more

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the eyewear they provide. The Dr was very informative about my personal vision and answered all my questions I defenetly recommend 20/20 image read more

I used to love this office but since they changed ownership it's the worst experience I have ever had.... I was billed for my eye exam for glasses even though I told them I only wanted a contact exam then they said it is their policy now to charge for the glasses exam and contact exam regardless. The worst part is they didn't tell me this until after the Doctor already completed my contact only exam.... And they still can't get my prescription right. read more

Great exam and Jennie helped me so much picking out the right frames for me. She was really professional
