I came here to get new glasses late last year and had some issues with my prescription in my new frames. All of the employees are so nice but I have had an especially great experience with Troy. He has been so understanding and willing to help me out during my prescription struggle. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location. While the store has plenty of options for frames and plenty of staff to assist, it's unfortunate when they are deceptive about pricing and automatically charge for eyeglass protection without asking, and most importantly lie about the price that you're paying for that insurance. I wasn't asked if I wanted the protection on two frames that I purchased. I inquired about the cost of the insurance and was told it was $35 total when in fact it was $45 per frame. Again great selection and staff is friendly, but that's not an honest business practice when it comes to the frame and lens protection. read more

It's a shame that there is now a permanent mark in my lenses. They informed me that they are placed there so they know where to cut the lenses...? Never before have I had new glasses that look like I'm looking through blurry or dirty lenses. They offered to replace them, but the new lenses were no better. Been waiting almost 2 months for glasses that were supposed to be there in 14 days. First they got lost in the mail, but we got no notice until we called after receiving no update. Waited, called again and were told they placed the order again, so waited another 3 weeks. Now... the frames are not available and they want us to go pick new ones. No. Two of our kids getting their glasses on time was good but getting no glasses or updates for 1 kid is unacceptable. At least keep your customers informed when problems arise. EXCEPTIONAL customer service! We were traveling in CO the weekend after Labor Day when I stopped in this store to get sunglasses repaired. I had a pair of 15 year old Gucci sunglasses that were missing both a screw and a nut in the lens area, making it impossible for me to wear them. The sales gal was so pleasant and welcoming. She took my sunglasses back to the repair area and within 5 minutes glasses had both a screw and nut added and they were as good as new! I was so impressed with their customer service, that I will definitely take my future business to LensCrafters! read more

I ordered a pair of glasses at this location roughly $1000 my insurance paid half and I paid $493. I live a long distance from the store. I get notification the glasses are in - call to confirm- everything good so far. Get to the store and cannot see out of the glasses. I understand things happen no biggie they re- measure and find out someone input wrong. No apology but I'm not upset- things happen. Wait another week - I get notification the glasses are in. Again go to the store and cannot see out of the glasses. Apparently someone put in the incorrect measurements again instead of new ones. Ok you know what - just give me my money back. Still no apology just strange looks at me because I was upset the glasses were incorrect AGAIN. I ordered the exact same pair online for $450 without using insurance. So it appears as if you pay for the glasses and all the amount insurance pays to them is additional profit. read more

Stay away if you have VSP!!, they tell you they are providers and at the very end they give you a large balance and because I have done Optical and VSP for my job for 29 years, I can tell you they are scammers, first of all they are out of network and do not tell you that upfront, they play games and waste your time and tell you the balance at the end of your 2 hours you spent there. We are not the only one that this has happened to, the other optical we went to after said they have had several people tell them the same experience. ...shame, shame shame, how hard up are you Lens Crafters to play dirty like this. They also have people that are not experienced. They can't change your nose pads because they don't have any?..what Optical does not have nose pads? I can go on, but I will stop. read more

Went in to get eyeglasses replaced since the side left temple broke. Glasses were originally purchased March. somehow I was told insurance has co-pay and I have to get entirely new glasses. Paid co pay and this was Oct 15,2022. It is now Nov 1 and again was told shipped express from manufacturer. They could even track shipment. Worse experience with LensCrafters ever. My favorite pair of sunglasses lost a screw and the arm came off. I stopped by in hope of purchasing a tiny glasses tool kit to fix them up. Unfortunately, I did not realize it until I was at the door at 9:15 am, they do not open until 10. Not only did Patrick see me at the door and let me in, he fixed the glasses, tightened everything up, polished them like new and sent me on my way in under 5 minutes. When I went to pay, he let me know there would be no charge. Great service. Highly recommend! read more

horrible customer service. no kbs knew what they were doing. but kicker was when I asked if there was a military discount. the manager replied "we give everyone the same discount" , almosy scolding me for asking such an unfair question! and then I went on lens crafter website and saw you can get a military discount. someone needs to go educate the manager and teach some basic customer service skills. I am extremely disappointed with this LensCrafters. First and foremost, I am a previous Luxotica employee and know the policies. We went in on Tuesday February 21st for our annual eye exam and had an amazing experience with the altitude office. We proceeded to order our replacement lenses for our glasses to update our prescriptions and Angela was the associate that assisted us. She told us to complete 1 transaction at the time since the lenses were 20% off and my second pair would be expensive. So it would be best to wait for the 50% off lenses promotion since it begins Sunday February 26th. We thanked her for being informative and getting us the best deal. When we were checking out, I saw a notice that was requiring me to sign for the protection service. I asked Angela why I was being charged for the protection plan when I didn't ask or want it. She then tried to tell my husband and I that it was part of the plan as a package and that's the way it's always been. I was beyond annoyed that she tried to lie to us by slamming us with the protection plan that we did not want nor ask for. She tried to apologize saying there was a miscommunication and that she thought she explained it. She did not explain anything and was just adding this without my consent. I had her remove everything prior to our purchase. Now that should have been the red flag that she clearly was going to inform me with the right information and lie to gain a sale. My husband and I show up today to drop off both of my frames to proceed with getting the 50% off lenses and finalize that portion of our transaction. Angela doesn't remember us at all nor did she actually take note of our conversation like she said she would on Tuesday 2/21. She tells me no i told you that you have yo buy a frame in order to receive 50% off the lenses. She insisted that she informed me about everything and informed me that I had to buy new frames. If you do not know your promotions and offers then you need to educate yourself before hitting the sales floor. I work in a sales organization as I have for 15+ years. Angela scoffed as if my husband and I were in the wrong for stating that she would offer us 50% off lenses. If this is the type of practices you all allow, I can assure you that multiple customers will read this review and be pissed that you all added a $40 protection plan that they didn't approve of or even want! read more

This place is a joke! I had to change eye doctors because of insurance and now wish I had paid out of pocket! Ive been struggling to get the correct contacts with ZERO luck! I went in tonight to get my pupil distance measurements and was told if I'm not buying glasses from LenCrafters then they can't do it! What a crock! Ive already paid them for an eye exam and I can't afford their over priced glasses. The eye doctors office in this location is ok but if they aren't connected and I can't get a minor measurement then what's the point! I will only be calling to get my prescriptions emailed to me and I will NEVER recommend not be back! read more
