Dry eyes no more!…read more Dr. Ortman is the best. He takes it as personal challenge to get whatever you need done for you. I went in for an exam for glasses and mentioned I had dry eyes. He told me about a device called iLux which unclogs your pores (glands) between eyelashes. I was skeptical but had suffered with dry eyes so many years, I thought I'd try it. Well for the first time in over 15 years I do not have dry eyes! It's been about 5 months since he did it and it is still amazing. I can wear make up without it bothering me, my cornea has scratches and I am thinking that I will prevent further damage by having my eyes properly lubricated. Thank you Dr. Ortman! You are the best!

I can't even wear them without them giving me a headache. I have worn glasses for 32 years and have never had such horrible lenses before. I went in to talk to the technician about this problem and the only solution was for me to buy brand new progressive lenses, he would give me a 10% discount. Unfortunately, I I can't afford that. I will literally be throwing these glasses away and wearing my old prescription. Such horrible service of backing up their products.

I wasn't asked if I wanted the protection on two frames that I purchased. I inquired about the cost of the insurance and was told it was $35 total when in fact it was $45 per frame. Again great selection and staff is friendly, but that's not an honest business practice when it comes to the frame and lens protection.
