Nope. Not the one. When I called to make sure my appointment was covered - I was given the okay. Clarified with them what was covered and what was not. When I went to pay they charged me for what they said was covered. I was beyond frustrated. Disgusted really. Extremely mad. I would never have made the appointment there. They charged me for something I have never been charged for before at my last doctors. They even denied the conversation - something I couldn't have made up because I wouldn't have even known the options without that said conversation. The lady claimed she would have never said that. Maybe not - but it was her trainee whom I made the appointment with. They refused to wave said charges. Poor customer service, poor communication, ovecharging, The devil is at work here. read more

The entire medical team is top notch every time I visit. Austin is always very friendly and professional getting me checked in and doing the initial eye testing. I visited the office because I had an eye infection. Dr. Persson listened so attentively, his demeanor always makes me feel so comfortable. I went to Parker Optical for some new lenses in my frames ( I got the frames and lenses 6 years ago from them ). They sent the frames out for the new lenses, and when they came back the frames were badly stained from sitting in some kind of solution at the lab ( were black, and now the arms were a yellow brown color ). The frames are ones with a magnetic clip-on sunglass lens, and the frames are no longer produced. To make it right, Miguel, allowed me to pick out a new frame with a sunglass magnetic clip ( which is not a brand they carry anymore ), and had the lenses remade for the new frames at no additional cost to me...the new frames and another set of lenses. I was pretty upset when the frames first came back ruined, being that I had already used my lens benefit, and those frames are what I use for RX sunglasses as well, and were no longer available, and Miguel and Parker Optical got me a new set of glasses that they normally don't carry to fix it for me. I came here kind of last minute realizing I needed glasses for distance, and I have never worn glasses before.The receptionist was super patient with me while I was getting my insurance information, and trying to find the best frames. She helped me find the best deal and pick out which one looked the best. When they were short staffed she was still super helpful in making sure I got my glasses before a long night of delivering! read more

This is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. The office staff is rude and has little knowledge. They do very slipshod work and refuse to make it right. I received crazed lenses which were unusable, and the poor quality frames they sold me broke. they would only replace these items if I paid full price. They are definitely not honest. A word of advice... Don't use them. read more

I have only been to they doctor twice in my life but I found my experience to be 100 percent better than the other time I had my eyes checked. Eventhough I had to get glasses the whole process was explained and the fitting of my glasses went well. Ithought the front office staff was very professional understood my insurance. This place is great. The doctor let me try another brand of contacts (in the office!) after hearing my complaint with my contact brand I've had for years and they feel wonderful. They cost less through this office than what 1-800-Contacts wanted to charge me for the same brand. My son's glasses also came in much faster than expected. The staff was friendly also and understood the insurance. We will be returning the next time we need vision services. read more

My insurance plan chose Parker Optical for me initially but after being a patient there for the last 4 years, I am a big fan! Anytime I call, my questions are answered right away. I have 3 kids and Dr. Suzanne saw them back-to-back. It is usually so hard to get 3 back to back appointments elsewhere. The staff make sure to apply as many discounts as possible and they explain my coverage in a way I can understand. Absolutely worst front office staff I have ever dealt with at an eye doctors office. They have no clue what is going on. I gave them 2 chances and that is it for me and my family. Sometimes businesses when awards when they should just go out of business. Also be careful, one person quoted me a lower price on the same glasses then another person. I would advise anyone to avoid this business at all cost. The DR seems okay, but the front staff totally ruins it. Their prices are also outrageous. read more

Our family has used Parker Optical for about 10 years. We've found their attention to us to be superior to what we've received from other medical providers. I am especially hard on glasses, and have been able to rely on them for accurate repairs to replace lenses or effect adjustments at no cost and while I wait. This place should be closed down!!! Very poor service from the time we walked in. Order prescription lenses for frames I had. Should have refused to order but thought it would be quicker since I had the exam there. They overcharged us based on my insurance costs and refused to listen to me. 10 days later and $236 for just lenses with insurance and still waiting in lenses, guy said less than 10 days. I will be demanding a refund and taking my business elsewhere. read more

This is a place I do not trust. I have seen several in the past 5 years and have been 20/20 but all of a sudden they say I'm 20/30 and need distance correction. I have NO problem with distance however my wife does, but they said I needed correction. What garbage!!! Then they start trying to push HIGH DOLLAR lenses for both my wife and I. I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years and have never had such a poor experience. They remade my glasses five times. I finally just gave up as they refused to give back my money and wore the poor fitting glasses. I am not the only family member who had trouble. My husband also had them remake his glasses 3 times. He gave up sooner as he has less patience. We paid $1500. for 2 regular pair and 2 pair of sunglasses. I will never go back and do not recommend anyone else go there. I have gotten better glasses at the $100. places. read more
