Lenny is quite simply the very best mechanic I've ever been lucky enough to find. Plus, he's a mensch!

After getting tired of going to the Nissan dealership to have my car fixed for ridiculous prices, I…read moredid some research and found Autostream in Randallstiwn. I had no idea what to expect but I just wanted good service for a decent price. My expectations were far exceeded. It is an amazing place to get your car fixed for a fantastic price. The employees at the front desk are phenominal and the mechanics are super fast and talented. I feel like I am part of a family there. Regardless of how long it has been since I have called, they always remember me and welcome my business. It is a smaller location on liberty road and it is a bit if a fast turn into the parking lot but the business itself is not hard to find at all. It is super easy to schedule an appointment online, by phone, or in person. There is a shuttle service if you need to go while your car is being worked on. I prefer to hang around and chat with the staff. Either way, I highly recommend this business and will continue to go myself!

That was a great help considering I was short on cash and that helped a whole lot. Very greatful. Mr. Russell at Randallstown was the hero because he also had the service that picked me up at last minute so I could pick up my car. Now that"s what I call great service. It was incredible. One of the best services I have had from a car dealer.

If I could leave this place negative stars, I would. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism…read moreand incompetency. I brought in LEXUS pads and rotors to be installed for my front brakes. Shortly after, I encountered horrible squealing noises. I contacted them, explained the issue, brought it in again and they assured me nothing was wrong because they "couldn't hear anything". As soon as they pulled around my vehicle, my car made the noise and I said "that's it, that's the noise I'm referencing!". I was told I can bring it back again if the problem persists. I then recorded the noise and emailed them the vidoes. I finally brought my car back, a 3rd time, and since they heard the noise this time, they were able to determine it was from not having brake shims. I was told my car should've already had those when I purchased it. So, I'm assuming they likely threw them away when they initially replaced my brakes. I paid $273 for LABOR for them to install them the first time and another $200 for the missing part and labor to reinstall everything with the shims. The owner refused to eat the charge or take accountability for not recommending this the first time or for possibly discarding the old shims. Instead, he placed blame on LEXUS PARTS for not advising me to also purchase the shims. He also noted this is why they don't like to do work when customers bring in their own parts. Firstly, since they would've gotten the exact SAME parts from LEXUS, but would've taxed me on them, I likely would've experienced the same issue; clearly, they didn't know to suggest shims so they wouldn't have even purchased them if I ordered the parts through them anyway. Secondly and most importantly, why would I rely on a PARTS department, who is merely selling parts that customers are asking for, to recommend I purchase additional brake hardware? Isn't that what certified mechanics should be doing? Isn't it their job to recommend something when it isn't working effectively and determine the root cause of an issue? Clearly not, and had they checked this the first time, this entire situation could've been avoided. I've wasted my time and money for something so simple, any amateur mechanic could've identified this issue off rip. This is not the first experience I've had with them, which resulted in taking my vehicle back to them. As a 3 year and loyal patron of this business, I will no longer be supporting them again. It shouldn't take 3 visits to any competent, certified, mechanic to identity a such a simple issue. If you are a woman, I highly recommend that you don't take your car here, they will insult your intelligence because of your gender.

I had a very disappointing experience with Exclusive Motorcars and I would NOT recommend this…read moredealership to anyone. They listed a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E350 online for about $20,815, and I have screenshots/proof of the listing. After I drove to the dealership and spent time there, they suddenly tried to charge me $28,000 for the same car BEFORE taxes and fees. After taxes, dealership fees, and everything else, the total would have been around $34,800+ for a car they advertised online for only about $20,000. When I asked why the price was completely different from the advertised listing, they simply said "it was a mistake." A difference of over $14,000 after taxes and fees is not a small mistake -- that is extremely misleading and dishonest. This felt like classic bait-and-switch advertising just to get customers into the dealership. They were not transparent about the real numbers, wasted my time, and changed the price dramatically once I arrived. Buyers should be very careful dealing with this dealership and make sure to get the full out-the-door price in writing before visiting. Overall, very unprofessional and dishonest experience. Definitely not recommended.

But later even after covid lifted he stopped letting me be in the waiting area. The last oil change as I was driving had the oil filter fell out and all the engine oil spilled onto the streets. I brought the car back and told him the engine is really loud. It sounds like metal grinding. Doc took a look and filled it up with engine oil and installed the wrong oil filter and told me I would be good for another 6 months at least. I listened to the engine and it didn't sound right. I brought it to the dealership that then diagnosed it as a failed engine block. Metal was inside the engine and it needed replacement. In addition, the second oil filter wasn't even the correct filter for my car and was two turns from falling out. Oil was already leaking from it. The bottom of my car was coated in oil, and it could have caught on fire. Fortunately it didnt, and Doc owned up to his mistakes and his business insurance covered the repair. However, that was another hurdle to over come as it got delayed for months. It is very difficult to find a good car shop. Bless you if you have one.
