The employees at the front desk are phenominal and the mechanics are super fast and talented. I feel like I am part of a family there. Regardless of how long it has been since I have called, they always remember me and welcome my business. It is a smaller location on liberty road and it is a bit if a fast turn into the parking lot but the business itself is not hard to find at all. It is super easy to schedule an appointment online, by phone, or in person. There is a shuttle service if you need to go while your car is being worked on. A difference of over $14,000 after taxes and fees is not a small mistake -- that is extremely misleading and dishonest. This felt like classic bait-and-switch advertising just to get customers into the dealership. They were not transparent about the real numbers, wasted my time, and changed the price dramatically once I arrived. Buyers should be very careful dealing with this dealership and make sure to get the full out-the-door price in writing before visiting. Overall, very unprofessional and dishonest experience.
