I initially called four times before coming in because I was trying to avoid feeling disappointed if they were unable to accommodate me. No one answered. When I arrived, I sat at the bar in the area designated for disability access, but there were cups and other items taking up the space like last time. As soon as I sat down, the bartender she rushed over to clear them. At least this time she wasn't rude. That area should have been kept clear and accessible in the first place. Not everyone can sit comfortably at a high-top, which is exactly why designated accessible seating needs to remain available and unobstructed. People who need accessible seating should be able to use it without feeling like they are inconveniencing anyone. The bartender also seemed to need more training when it came to basic bar service and managing the space for customers. When my food was ready my to go drink was not made.. the guy who handed me the food said, I should let the bartender know. I replied if I order to go, the drink ticket has been sitting at the bar. Why would I have to tell her anything. It's her job to see a ticket and make the drink.. He shooked his head yes and let her know. I placed a to go order. The drink ticket had been waiting. I used to bartend at a very busy dive bar, so I understand the job and the expectations. I never kept cups sitting all over the bar or allowed my workspace to limit where customers could comfortably sit. I also payed attention to the drink ticket orders. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend sitting at the bar during the day. Hopefully management provides better training and makes sure the accessible seating area is treated with the attention and respect it deserves. When I got home they didn't include the pita chips to eat with what I ordered..

Food was good but service was not that great. We were dining in and got our food in boxes. When we asked for a glass plate she kept saying to tear apart the box and use it as a plate... After we kept asking her for a plate she finally brought it to us very rudely. They also gave us plastic forks and when we asked for the metal forks, they again complained that we were asking for metal forks... Our coffee came in plastic cups and we asked for the glass cups that are shown in all their pictures and other reviews but they said because we were sitting outside, we couldn't have the glass cups but yet everyone outside had the glass cups. I know they just opened but hopefully they start getting everything together because people nowadays go to restaurants for it being aesthetically appealing and getting your coffee in a plastic cup and food in a box is not it all. And here's an updated version! We didn't order to go!. When we were ordering the lady asked us if we were going to be dining in and we said yes and the Lady knew what she was doing because she was giving us forks and napkins when she handed us our food so she knew we were dining in. It was just two boxes and they weren't in a bag like a "TO GO" order would be like. so yes the workers gave us boxes while dining in. and I understand with being understaffed but just because you are understaffed doesn't mean you treat customers that way. read more

$7 soggy version of a medium del taco fries, refused to put eggs on top of potatoes as requested. Simply said , "we can't do that". While standing at the counter waiting to order the manager with half her hair in her hair net, half falling out comes up to the counter and tells my family her dine in customers need to be served before her to-go orders, and that the server helping us needed to go take the dine in customers order first! Then walked away tucking her hair into her hair net and went straight to the stove top to cook food WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS that touched her hair! When we were finally healed, we did not receive receipts after ordering and our food was cooked after all the dine in orders first. It took 30 minutes to get our food. Rude manager not server. So many other better restaurants to choose from with good food, good prices, and good customer services. Don't eat here you may get sick. read more

They have a very strong odor that can be smelled well outside the restroom area, even while standing near the front register. On warmer days it's even more noticeable, since they don't run AC in the restroom . It's difficult to enjoy a meal when such a prominent part of the restaurant creates that impression. Service has also felt less polished than it once was. It's normal at the end of the meal to wait quite a while before finally having to walk to the front to get our check.
