My amazing pool maintenance company-TLC Pool Service and Repair -Deron! Deron is super picky and been in the pool business forever. He only works with Scottsdale Pools-Dustin. My neighbor also referred him and I watched them at work and was so impressed. They designed and built our neighbors beautiful pool and back yard. We already had a pool/spa but it needed resurfaced-going from plaster to pebble tec sheen. We also needed a great deal of tile repair. WOW! Scottsdale Pool exceeded our expectations-which were already set very high! Dustin the owner came out initially to go over every detail. He is outstanding in his field. He is SO knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. He explained the entire process. He told us what day his crew would be out to demo the pool. They showed up at 7:00am (as soon as HOA allowed). They worked non stop until the pool and spa was completely chipped out. Everything was hauled away that day! Next came his amazing tilers-Dago and Cindy. They did the mortar, set, grout and sealed waterline tile. They also repaired tile and rebuilt the entry way. Lastly was the application of the BEAUTIFUL Pebble Tec Sheen. We actually had Dustin pick out the tile bc he has amazing taste and so much experience. I am so glad we had him choose bc it looks absolutely gorgeous! Dustin was in constant contact throughout the process. I was in awe of the entire process and the work ethic of his crews. I knew I was in good hands bc I watched a HUGE project go in at my neighbors. I certainly was in the best hands and I am forever grateful for this incredible company who stands way above the rest! The photos will speak for themselves-he revived my pool area-like no other! Scottsdale Pools checked ALL OF THE BOXES-highest quality product and staff, talented artist tilers, extraordinary crews, competitive priceand the world's best owner! This company is truly the BEST IN THE BIZ!! So blessed to have them!! Thank you beyond words, Dustin and Scottsdale Pools. You deserve a million stars! This company has the most knowledgeable pool technician I've ever met since owning our pool. Trust…read moreme. This guy is the best. He is THE guy if you want an honest opinion or have a complex system. His name is Kevin. By writing this review I feel like I'm sharing a location of a very good small restaurant which somehow managed to remain fairly priced in a big city, but I want people who know their trade to have more clients and be successful. I wasted too much money on pool companies which do not know what they were doing, (besides collecting your money). I went through mediocre and unhelpful to dishonest & pretty much horrible. I've seen it all. We have 4 pumps, 2 filters and Pentair IntelliTouch system. After a new pump was installed, we needed to erase and reprogram the whole system. Every single feature had to be entered and programmed. Kevin completed this job without any problems and answered all the questions I had. You do not want just a handy man to replace your pump or filter. A guy who knows how to perform one task, but has no idea how the whole system works and operates. You want someone like Kevin to take care of your pool & equipment. It is the end of the summer, but we have a few more weeks to enjoy our pools. If you have any kind of problem, call AAA Pool Repair, you won't regret. I got referred to this company by Pentair, but I'm sure they are comfortable dealing with all kind of systems.

Unbelievable professionalism! The team arrived on time and began work immediately. The boss,…read moreRodney, is knowledgeable and experienced in locating underground leaks. He located the leak (a 40 gallon a day leak when the pump was operating) in the first hour. Not only did Rodney locate the leak, he discovered the cause for the leak and suggested action to take to prevent it from happening again. It took three days to complete the repair and notwithstanding the need to jackhammer the concert apron around pool, the leak was repaired and the pool concrete apron replaced within the three days of work. Aside from a slight difference in color of the replaced concrete, it is nearly impossible to tell where the repair was made. Plus, the repair comes with a TWO- YEAR warranty! I heartily recommend Moore's Pool Service for fast and professional pool repairs and service.

Tile work was not properly planned, and insufficient materials were ordered which forced a redesign mid-project. After refill, the auto-filler ran nonstop and I repeatedly raised concerns about a leak. No action was taken for months and my water bills increased significantly. I eventually hired independent leak detection and found multiple leaks that should have been tested/identified after demo. Also had property damage that wasn't repaired. Would highly not recommend.

Not only do they break equipment and intentionally create issues so they can "fix it" they completely take advantage of their customers. Additionally, I've had 0 - I mean 0 consistency on the individual who would clean my pool. It's extremely uncomfortable to see a new person outside my door (entering my gate unannounced) every single time they come out. Additionally, service days were NEVER consistent. RE: Cost. I agreed to pay more because I thought they were a premium service. What a joke - my pool never had so many issues. They overcharge for the market and the value is definitely out of scope. They upcharge every single chemical by nearly criminal amounts (and again it's a MYSTERY what you're being charged). They have 0 communication with their customers and apparently have expectations they don't communicate. It's apparent they're running a scam and really... truly... don't care about what happens to your pool - because they'll CHARGE you to fix it. I promise you, this company is a complete scam that hides behind a wall with 0 etiquette or customer service - completely rude and aggressive in their approach which is unreal coming from a business. As a professional myself who deals with customers, I could never (ever) imagine taking they approach they take when presented with issues or concerns. I agree with Buster... RUN... don't walk. ** Please DO read the other comments about "billing" - they charge $40 on an unclear turnaround expectation with NO INVOICES or NO NOTIFICATION on charges. You're BLINDLY charged - truly! And if you're NOT allowing automatic payments so they can rip you off with 0 documentation they will assess unreal fees that they NEVER explain or document. It's a complete nightmare.**
