Tonight we decided to finally try Legends....... Why did we not go sooner! I can't even begin to tell you how amazing of an experience we had. Started right from the beginning when we walked through the door: hostess/waitress was all smiles and very friendly. Waitress (name started with an I) was over the top - she was so attentive, knowledgeable about the restaurant/history/etc. and very sweet/friendly. Entertainer was very good. He walked around asking for music requests. Owner is such a beautiful person. She stopped by our table to say hello when she was told we had been to her previous place of business. Restaurant style is very open, fresh, and beautifully decorated. The bar area is also very cool with an open wine area. The food we had was so fresh and tasty. We had a legend burger with french fries and steak/cheese sub with sweet potato french fries. So many options, it was hard to decide. I can't wait to try to wedge salad and fish/chips! Les Koel was very entertaining in this new venue, Legends Showcase Bar and Grill, bringing Vegas style entertainment to Chandler. My husband, sister, and I had a great time with great food watching Les have fun with the audience, honoring requests, and covering a wide range of styles. Sherry Chen, the owner of Legends Showcase bar and Grill, just opened this restaurant in July, having recently sold her popular Singing Pandas Asian Restaurant. The restaurant was full of her loyal fans so she took the stage to share her soulful voice as well as her love and appreciation. When Sherry stepped off the stage, she first went to hug her loyal customers from the past and then came to hug each of the three of us and as many other audience members as she could. What can I say!!! We were on our way to our on our way home spot SIDELINES and saw the sign. My wife said Baby, let's try some place different. Being adventurous I said ok. My wife turned around and googled it after we parked. We went inside and we were truly overwhelmed by what we found. Place was over the top Awesome with upscale nightclub atmosphere. My boyfriend got the burger and it was cooked to perfection and so juicy, I got the BLTA and there was so much bacon but the avocado on it kept it fresh. The waitress was so sweet, she double checked our orders and was constantly making sure we had everything we needed. Another woman (maybe the owner) was also going around and making sure we had ice cold water and refilling my coffee. Everyone was also so personable and easy to talk to, this really felt like a warm, welcoming place where they love their customers. I genuinely can't wait to come back!! Also the place is gorgeous! Legends Showcase is my favorite place to eat. Not only is the room exceptionally clean and the food fresh but the service is always prompt and kind. I feel so strongly about this because I don't ever write reviews, but when the service and the food is so good, and the people are so kind, I felt it was appropriate and earned. I was speaking to the food inspector at another place and he said Legends Showcase is the cleanest he has seen. What a great compliment. My hubby and I came here for date night. This place had live music! John B, the Piano Man, played all the popular songs...and he took requests (I chose "Piano Man" by Billy Joel). Ambiance was perfect for date night. Our server, Winnie, was very funny and friendly and ensured we were happy with everything. She was happy to recommend dishes and sides. We had the brussel sprouts (delish!!) and the nachos with chicken (huge!!!l) for appetizers. I had the Legends chicken sandwich with tater tots instead of with fries (Winnie's recommendation) -- excellent choice - yum!! My hubby had the salmon with rice pilaf dish, which was excellent!!
