The anticipation was met with a smoothly coordinated seating arrangement - our table ready ahead of time in the midst of the holiday rush. The restaurant, adorned with elegant Christmas decor, exuded a festive atmosphere, complemented by soft, calming background music. Our waitress proved to be a standout, demonstrating attentiveness and patience throughout our meal. However, our table's location in a corner near what seemed like an exit door presented challenges. It felt a bit cramped, lacking the space to maneuver comfortably, and the draft from the door left some of us chilled. As a seafood enthusiast, I opted for the fried calamari, Maryland-style crab cakes, and the maple-glazed salmon fillet, along with a Moscow Mule. While the food and drinks were good, they didn't quite reach the pinnacle of the best I've ever had. As someone accustomed to east coast seafood, I admit to a bit of bias, but Legend's offerings still held their own. The overall experience at Legend's was enjoyable, despite the minor inconveniences. The warmth of the holiday setting and the good food make it a place worth returning to. The food was excellent, and the service was very good -- professional, but friendly; available, but not pushy -- a difficult balance to achieve. Toni (sp?) took great care of me and the rest of the party, making us feel welcome and making recommendations when we asked. The kitchen did a fantastic job on our food, as well. I was really looking forward to the bacon biscuits and gravy, especially since most places serve it with sausage gravy instead. Unfortunately, this part of the meal fell short. The biscuits were quite thick, and the gravy itself felt a little too light. I think the dish would have tasted much better if the biscuits had been split open, buttered, and had the gravy poured over both halves so the flavor could soak in. Instead, it leaned on the dry side, even though there was gravy on the plate. As for the Hot Stack Waffles, they surprised me. The first few bites were absolutely delicious, but after that I noticed a caramelization on the outside that made them extremely sweet. It almost tasted like candy, which gave me a bit of a sugar overload. Without syrup, the sweetness was already intense, and with syrup it became too much for my taste. The texture was nice and smooth, but the sweetness was stronger than what I usually look for in waffles. Drinks were exactly what you'd expect. It's hard to go wrong with champagne and juice, and they were simple, refreshing, and enjoyable. Overall, I had a nice experience. The service was good, the environment felt comfortable, and there were definitely some standout parts of the meal, especially the eggs and potatoes. I'm not sure if I would go out of my way to return during my next visit to Oklahoma City, but I do think it is worth trying at least once if you are local or nearby. A few moments later, my waiter, Gunner, came over and gave me a great recommendation. I was originally going to order an apple mimosa, but he suggested the Peach Bellini instead--and he was absolutely right! It had the perfect amount of sweetness, and it even came with edible glitter, which I had never seen before. It was such a cute and unique touch. Gunner was incredibly hospitable, kind, and attentive, not just to me but to all of his customers. The staff was very small--just three employees working hard to take orders and serve food and drinks--and they handled everything so well. 5 stars! I've been…read moreto Malfi Enoteca three times now, and I've loved it every single time. I'm honestly surprised it isn't packed all the time because it feels like such a hidden gem. The limoncello spritz is one of my favorite cocktails anywhere, and the prosciutto appetizer is a must-order. I've gone back specifically craving both. Everything I've had has been delicious, but those two items keep me coming back. I also love the decor and overall vibe. It's stylish and inviting without feeling stuffy, and it's a great place to relax with friends or enjoy a date night. Even though they don't have outdoor seating, it somehow still feels like the perfect summer spot thanks to the bright, coastal Italian atmosphere and refreshing drinks. If you're looking for great food, excellent cocktails, and a place that isn't overly crowded, Malfi Enoteca is definitely worth checking out. I'll definitely be back again.

What they've done to the interior with the color scheme and murals offers a cool environment with an energentic vibe. I love the old Vespa that is being used as a hostess table. The menu is presented on news print with multiple pages. I think that style of menu is intended to be different and fun, but I found it difficult and awkward. We skipped ordering appetizers. We ordered cesar salads and pasta dishes. The ceasar salads were just OK. They were very dry. I asked Jan if there was ceasar dressing on the salads and she thought there was a little, but it was very little. Also, there were no croutons in the salad. The first ceasar I've ever had without croutons. There was a heavy amount of finely shreaded parmsean on the salad, in fact, it was so heavy it nearly covered all of the lettuce. I ordered the Bucatini with basil cream, pesto and whipped burrata ($19). It was excellent. Very tasteful, very delightful. Jan ordered Rigatoni Ala Vodka ($17). She thought it was good. We ordered an affagato for an after dinner drink. Their version does not come with liqueur. It is common to an a shot of walnut or hazelnut liqueur to the drink. You won't be dissapointed. Our server was outstanding. The noise was a little high, but did not interfere with table conversation. For the most part the prices are moderate.

She was happy with her meal, and it checked the boxes for a traditional diner breakfast. We asked the waitress what was on that special and she couldn't tell us. She said she "didn't know anything about that one" and she made no attempt to find out either. Service was decent. Food was hot . My order was wrong. I ordered the veggie omelette that comes with aside. I chose grits. What I got was a veggie burrito and they charged me almost 5 bucks for the side of grits. You're talking about 3/4 of a cup of grits. While the burrito was blazing hot, it really did not have any flavor at all. The great thing is that it seems to be just the owner cooking and then a waitress, and the food is cooked to order I believe. Mistakes happen so I'm not faulting anyone. I just ate the burrito any way without saying anything I would just never pay that much for a bowl of grits lol! Also, you don't get to see your ticket before you pay. You don't get that until you've swiped your card. I'm sure we'll come back and try the lunch items sometime.

The waitress came to check on is three times before we were ready. The food was good I had pecan pancakes, eggs over hard and grits. The grits were well under cooked. I even had some on my bowl that didn't touch the water. They also didn't have a meat substitute other than pork that was disappointing.
