Bobby, the technician, arrived early. He was incredibly straightforward, honest, and thorough when diagnosing our plumbing issue. A huge plus when researching companies is that there were no upsells or other unnecessary jargon. The replacement price was fair and they offered a first-time customer discount, which was nice. In terms of the payment, they also accept Zelle, so it made the whole transaction seamless (A copy of the receipt and job from the company themselves will be sent via email). If you're looking for an honest, punctual, and highly skilled plumber, look no further. We will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs! HIGHLY recommend.

On a recommendation, I reached out to FV Plumbing & Rooter and spoke with Miguel, explaining the urgency of the situation. He mentioned he'd need to check with Frank, who I believe is his boss, and promised to get back to me within an hour. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up at all. No call, no message, just complete silence. In a critical scenario like this, that kind of lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also pretty distressing. I can't recommend this company because, based on my experience, they do not seem to prioritize their customers' emergencies or follow through on their promises.

Almost every other plumber on here wants to pressure you with a "free estimate" and decide what they want to charge you once they show up (even for a straightforward job that doesn't require anyone to visit your house to give you a price). Chris is honest, polite, and easy to work with. Showed up on time, wore booties in the house, kept everything clean and took everything with him. Reasonable price compared to others. Would use again.

That's where I called Chris the Plumber who gave a fair quote to replace the irrigation valve and he sent his associate to replace it. We got a new irrigation valve but it turns out my gardener's diagnosis about the irrigation value didn't resolve it after all. We notified Chris and he came himself to troubleshoot the issue and it turned out to be a broken sprinkler head letting out too much water. He capped it and recommended to have our gardener replace the sprinkler head because a gardener would charge less than he would. Awesome job Chris for resolving the issue!

We had a great experience with Jetters N Drains from start to finish. We got a few quotes from…read moreother companies, and theirs was by far the most reasonable. I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Now this company is going to be our go-to plumber for future needs! Daniel, the owner, is super knowledgeable and honest about what is recommended for the home based on the pipe condition. He personally came out to look at our pipes and provided reasonable recommendations based on his assessment. He was willing to work with our budget and got the work done in two days with very minimal disruption to our ability to use water. We got our pipes relined and a two way cleanout installed professionally. Everyone in his crew (including Daniel) were super nice and were willing to educate us about the work that was being done. He also identified some root balls / blockage past the sidewalk in the sewer line, and let us know that it was the city's side of responsibility. He even helped us reach out to the city and confirmed that the city covers their side of the property line. We are still waiting on the city to respond (no control over the speed), but I'm thankful Daniel went above and beyond to assist. Plumbing is hard work and I'm so glad that Daniel and his crew exist. Thanks again!!

The system was not simple and they clearly knew what they were doing. Pricing was reasonable, though not significantly cheaper than other quotes I received. The only downside is the lack of an invoice for the work being done and installed. I've asked the owner, Tony, a few times but never received one. This is important because the valve alone was around $2,000, and Kohler requires proper documentation for warranty coverage (5 year warranty with this valve) if any issues come up.
