I went to the gym prior to eating here and was seriously craving some protein. I got their "The Legacy" bagel and was blown away. It had every kind of meat I'd want on it, including egg. The place was clean, the staff was super nice, and we'll definitely be back. read more

I got bagels here earlier this week and I'm very disappointed in this place. They aren't wearing masks and aren't wearing masks while they are making the bagels which I find extremely unsanitary and just straight up gross. Also the service is very slow and the bagels are priced way too high for the quality of the bagels... I'm honestly quite confused because since this a religious restaurant and are supposedly so "Godly" then why don't you care about others? Because God cared for people and their wellbeing so to me they sound very hypocritical. Christians are called to be representatives of Jesus Christ. We are to love others in a way that encourages them to consider following Jesus. Thank you for making Christians look hypocritical once again. read more

Was so excited when a bagel shop opened close to home. However, it was very disappointing. Tried 3 different things just a bagel with butter which if you get it to go they just cut a cold piece of butter off a stick and place it in a cup dont even put it on for you. A bagel with cream cheese and their pizza bagel. Pizza bagel didnt even taste like pizza sauce more like spaghetti sauce. Each bagel were small and cut not equal so you had one massive side and one small side. Just so disappointing. I didnt mind the long wait for what i got because that is due to them just opening. But the flavor and taste that they cant change, and it was expensive for what you are getting. And i know that the mandate was lifted but just wasnt expecting food services to end it so quickly. I had to get work done at nearby Discount Tire so I thought I'd grab a bite to eat while waiting. I've never been to Legacy Bagels but am always looking for good bread options as we are new to this area. First impression...Legacy is super clean and pretty efficient. It was Saturday morning about 9am and they were busy, with the drive-thru also running steady. The young gentleman at the counter was friendly and greeted me warmly as I stepped up to order. He also offered me a free soft drink as I completed my order--nice touch!! I chose a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter (I'm a simple gal when it comes to bagels). I had my bagel in less than five. It was soft, warm and just the right amount of chewy. Flavor was good, bagel was well buttered and toasted and only downside was that it needed a few more raisins for my taste. I ordered coffee as well and it was fine but nothing spectacular. There were two choices: House Blend and Columbian. I chose Columbian so might try the House Blend next time. I'm a coffee snob and this is a bagel place not a coffee place so it was fine. Now, my last comment is for the masking. As a person who appreciates the freedom of choice we have in our country, I am grateful that this establishment allows such choice. The governor's mandate has been lifted, and businesses (as well as customers) get to choose their mask preference. Legacy Bagels was VERY clean everywhere. Employees were conscientious of cleanliness at the prep area and beverage/condiment area. Tables and floors sparkling. These bagels are outstanding! Every one in my family loves them and raves about them and we are avid bagel eaters. They are always fresh and delicious especially compared to the other bagels in Collin County area. Is the price higher compared to chain bagel places?.. of course.. but I'll take a locally owned bagel place any day. Maybe some of you should stick to McDonald's for breakfast if you can't eat something fresh and well made that's worth every penny. read more

I'm curious after reading the comments why "Manager A" only responds to compliments, and NEVER responds to concerns or complaints about service, employees, the products, etc. The negative comments are an opportunity to address and correct deficiencies and communicate with customers, but you always ignore constructive criticism. Have been here several times, and generally I like their bagels, but never without something getting screwed up, perhaps it's because they hire school kids to run it, no one there seems to have more than two weeks experience. I would like to see a blueberry bagel, but understand their explanation that they come out a mess with fresh blueberries, so I have to settle for something else. Forget the drive through, painfully slow, once was enough. read more

Vegatable spread was horrible it was pink and tasted nothing like vegetables bagels were good though.

Stopped at Legacy Bagel on a whim and it's become our Saturday morning tradition for my family after that. The bagels and the customer service is was brings us back. The bagels are the best around and the customer service is always great! We love Legacy Bagels and we're excited they are part of the Frisco/Prosper area! Give them a try! read more

Just read all the reviews and while it looks like most of the negative comments were for the No Mask issue and the cost of a single bagel, I want to talk about the bagel itself. They are about the size & roundness of a softball so if there is anything on it other than cream cheese or butter you need quite the mouth to bit into it. I ordered an egg, cheese & bacon on a toasted onion bagel. There was so much bagel that I did not taste anything else. The host did have to ask me twice if I wanted it toasted, and I had to suggest she get a stool to stand on as the toaster was clearly out of her reach. But the saddest part of all was that there truly was NO taste to this bagel; even the toasted onions on top had no taste. Now my son had the Club bagel, minus the lettuce, cheese & mayo but add avocado on a toasted sesame bagel. We appreciate it being made correctly (we always have to check due to his no dairy issue) and given the fact that he's 13, he gobbled it down letting me know that it was just OK (he was very hungry!) I actually thought they were priced quite reasonably. My egg bagel was $5.99 and the Club was $6.99 (with no additional chg for the avocado.) And I just noticed now, at home, that the host did not charge us for my son's soda. That may be because there was a slight wait (the bagel slicer was not working correctly and one of the registers did not work at all!) We were so excited to have a bagel place in Prosper so we didn't have to schlep up to Einstein's on Preston but it's sad to say that we most likely will be waiting awhile to check Legacy Bagels out again. read more

These bagels are so good but they are always out of bagels. I would love to keep supporting this local business but the past two times I have been there, they ran out before 11am. It's not like the ran out of one menu item, they were out of bagels entirely - and they are a bagel shop. My husband went before 9am one morning and they had an extremely sparse assortment available - just a few left. It's a shame, because I would love to make this a regular breakfast spot for my family! read more

bagels were good with a perfect amount of cream cheese. we went through the drive thru and got our food in just a couple of minutes. some of the staff weren't wearing masks so it seems like it's up to the individual if they want to or not, but otherwise I will return. read more

Such a disappointment. Avocado on a veggie sandwich to them means a preprocessed guacamole-like smear. Cream cheese had no flavor and my husbands sandwich was so salty he tossed it after 3 bites. All I tasted on mine was onion. Sad. read more

The lady that made my bagel was wearing no mask which made me uncomfortable, but yanno not my store so whatever, but thats not why it lost a star, worst chocolate milk ever. like super gross chocolate milk, but holy god that bagel was amazing. 10/10 bagel, I have not stopped thinking about it, from that one bagel I have told everyone i know about it just because that bagel was so god damn good. wasn't even planning on going in, thank god i did. If you feel uncomfortable with people not wearing masks i suggest to not go, but if you do not mind give it a try!! even if you are uncomfortable, maybe try after the mask mandate is lifted for everyone, because this is my new favorite bagel place, much MUCH MUCH better than Einstein, just for the love of god get another brand of chocolate milk read more

I have driven by many times since they have opened., soI stopped in today and was not disappointed. The staff is incredible and of course the bagels are the best in the area.
