This was my first time going into an Einstein Bros. and this will be my last. I understand that people from all over the world move here and I don't have an issue with that, however, I've never been there and had questions about the menu but no one in that place could speak fluent English. Everyone in the front seemed kind of rude to me. I went ahead and got a 1/2 dozen assortment and told her to just mix it up. When I got home there was two plains and two raisin and two other types. Not what I would consider to be an assortment. The people working there really just need to have some customer service training. read more

Let me preface this by saying there are several Einstein locations that I love. This one however is a disappointment. I've been through the drive through once and have Door Dashed several times. 9 times out of 10 the bagels are not fresh. If a bagel is fresh it is delicious not toasted - these are not. Even toasted they seem stale. I've tried this location many times before posting a review and sadly, they are consistently not fresh. read more

Avoid. Came here for breakfast. I usually go to Legacy Bagels across the street but they're closed Sundays. I ordered a breakfast burrito and they only filled half of it. They also sliced some but not all of our bagels in spite of being asked to slice them all. My burrito was ok but even if they hadn't shorted it by half, the taste wasn't even remotely worth the almost $8 they charged for it. Avoid this place and go to Legacy Bagels across the street. It makes me sad to write this review because I love Einstein's, I take my kids here on Saturday morning and spend some quality dad time with them, but I won't be coming back to this location, and maybe Einstein's at all. I recently placed an online order through the mobile app, however, when I arrived, the manager whose name is Mohammed told me there was still a balance due and that I needed to pay. I showed him my confirmation in the app and even the pending charge on my debit card. Nonetheless, he said I would have to pay and if there was any issues Einsteins would handle it. Well, I ended up being charged twice for the same order. A couple days later I sent an email to Einstein's corporate and told them what had happened and never heard back from anyone. So, I had to dispute the charge with my bank and it eventually got reversed. What an absolute sham this is. You need to get your act together Einstein's. I'm just going to take my family to Legacy Bagels across the street. You just lost a loyal customer of many years. Bye. read more

Where to start? If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. They are ALWAYS SO RUDE to us. They make us feel like we are putting them out by being there to spend our money. This is my 4th time there since they opened about a month or so ago. Twice through the drive through and now twice going inside. I have been OVER CHARGED twice that I'm aware of at this point. We ordered: Hashbrown Bagel, Six Cheese Bagel and Apple Cinnamon Bagel just sliced (all "Gourmet" bagels according to their website ) $2.79 each by their own signage. One Sesame Bagel "Classic Bagel" toasted with only butter $2.19, one French Toast Bagel "Signature Bagel" with Strawberry "Shmear" $4.28, a Cinnamon Roll $4.29, and a Med Coffee $2.99. The three Gourmet Bagels were not sliced. They didn't heat the Cinnamon Roll (didn't even ask), and they didn't give us the Sesame or French Toast bagels. We checked when we got to the car, we checked our order and realized the day old Cinnamon Roll was COLD. Then realized we didn't get half our order. Went back inside to ask for the Cinnamon Roll to be heated and for the rest of our order. They put the Cinnamon Roll in the Microwave on high and gave it back. It was crispy and dry at that point. Couldn't even eat it. The drip coffee was cold, and the milk/cream was out. The over charge is minimal... But it's the principal that matters. They have awful customer service. No one even smiles. I paid using my app, and the girl at the register was annoyed that I was using it and was like "What is that?" Then proceeded to tap the register keys annoyed... To the point that I replied "I'm sorry for being an annoying CUSTOMER". Their whole process... ordering from one register and paying at another....the girl taking my order (same girl as at the pay register) saying "Is that going to be it?" after EVERY SINGLE ITEM I ordered... Not even allowing me to get to my next item before cutting me off to say "Is that going to be it?" with an annoyed look. The whole experience at this place is AWFUL. Be warned if you decide to go there anyway. There is a bagel place directly across the street called Legacy Bagels. We love that place, but wanted to give another neighborhood business support... Not anymore. We will not be going back to Einsteins especially when we can go just across the street for a 100x s better experience and great bagels! Legacy is closed on Sundays so their employees can go to church. Great local business and a much better place to spend your hard earned money! read more

Been here three times and each time they have made mistakes with our order. We thought it was a problem with the drive thru, but went in today and charged us for a Farmhouse with two eggs and not only did we only get one egg, there was no bacon!!! The staff was friendly enough, the food was decent enough... the fact we continually over-pay for their mistakes is unacceptable. One time, could be someone having a bad day, two times means under trained employees, three times means bad management as I imagine this is a consistent problem here. Sorry Einstein's, we aren't going to be back and I recommend everyone double check their orders. We can't be the only ones having this issue! read more

They are still doing construction so some things might change as the restaurant gets into their groove. The layout of the store is odd for pickup. Perhaps this will be better? My bagel was not toasted as requested. Bagels are tough and lackluster. Flavor of sandwich was weak, I don't think this will change as they gain experience. Try Bennys bagels. I ordered two simple breakfast items and BOTH of them came out wrong. One had added hash browns I paid for and when I went inside and told the employee that handed me the food I had no hash browns he tried arguing that it doesn't come with it it comes in the bag on the side. But there was no hashbrowns on the side either. The other order was a burrito and the guy wasn't paying attention when I was ordering and gave me a completely different breakfast sandwich. Now I'm pushing 25 minutes waiting for a mediocre breakfast sandwich. 10/10 will not recommend and definitely will never be visiting an Einstein again. I've had better customer service at a 7/11. I think that Einstein bros is the most overrated bagel shop in America. I went there with my kids and they took one bite of the very undercooked bagel and spat it out. Would recommend legacy bagels over this 100%. The customer service was also terrible. They were rude to me, my kids, and each other. Overall I will never be going back there read more

First off there were several dirty tables. I ordered the farmhouse breakfast sandwich. I asked if there was any onion in the spread that comes on it. The lady at the counter said no. It does in fact have onion. So I didn't get to eat my sandwich and had to go elsewhere and pay for another meal. They need to train their employees better on what is in the food.
