The people at Presti couldn't have been nicer to us. They were direct, easy to work with, quick, and professional. Their prices were expectedly a bit higher than the big box stores, but why you pay more is that you get customer service that those stores could never provide. Super knowledgeable, understanding, cognizant of our needs and communicated with us about everything. We were never in the dark. We always knew what was going on and what our timeline was. They work incredibly fast and the work itself is beautiful. Beth, who runs the office/takes care of the paperwork/deals with the town is a literal angel. Such a pleasure to work with and she went above and beyond in terms of scheduling each subcontractor, inspection, and making sure all of our paperwork was in order. She's also just so nice!! Kyle, the family owner, met with me, was very obliging, and respectful of my time and needs. He delivered the SAME QUALITY Railings, wood, and service in 4 weeks vs. 12 weeks and LESS than 60% of the cost!!! No I am NOT making this up! You are a FOOL if you use the "other" Co. She took measurements and photos, and said they would be able to do it all, no problem. Unfortunately it has been nearly a month since we have heard anything about an estimate. We texted the estimator. Nothing. We called and a receptionist said someone would call us back. Then, nothing. The sad part is that if the work had been done satisfactorily, we would have had more projects for them. Instead, we now could not possibly recommend them to anyone. I don't understand what these contractors are thinking. If you are too busy or have some other reason for not moving forward, say so instead of wasting the homeowner's time.
