They reviewed competitive quotes, and matched or bettered them. They built us a beautiful deck in three days-Amazing! They were really helpful and available throughout the whole selection process. They have a great showroom, which really helped us decide color and design (web sites do not represent colors and styles accurately. You really need to see it in person.) They are honest, hard working, and friendly. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We found some issues with the foundation of our home after removing the old deck. They fixed it and didn't even charge an additional fee. There were a few things they missed at completion (like anyone would) so I emailed them a punch-list, and they completed the work in seventy-two hours. I would never think of using another deck builder. These folks made a deck teardown/build (and not a small one, I might add) a completely painless experience, which in my history, is unheard of. He provided previous customer contact numbers so I could reach out and receive first-hand feedback from them. In doing so, every single one of them commented on how professional Pascual was and the quality of his work. Some of them even sent pictures. My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it. When demolishing the old stairs, he uncovered some poor craftsmanship and made sure to call it out and rectify it before covering it up again. Would gladly work with Pascual and his team again.

Was it some kind of scam for their own benefit? After 5 (!) weeks, the workers finally arrived. The guys who installed the fence did a wonderful job, so I'd give it a 3 stars overall.
