Avoid Roofing Scams + Highly Recommend This Reliable Crew‼…read more I reached out to quite a few contractors before making a decision--got multiple quotes, researched materials and major brands like GAF and Owens Corning. After all that, I ended up choosing this company, and honestly, after going through the whole process, all I can say is: thank goodness I picked them! My roof was in terrible shape--really damaged and also huge. But they got it completely done in just 3 days! The whole process was professional and gave me so much peace of mind: Every worker knew exactly what to do--no one was slacking off They blocked off half the street before starting, to make sure no debris would hit people or cars--safety was a top priority After finishing, they cleaned everything thoroughly and even used a professional magnet roller to pick up nails from the road They even dusted off the neighbor's parked cars--those thoughtful little touches really impressed me! And the best part? Their price was half of what a Chinese contractor quoted me before. No joke--one guy gave me a price that was double what I ended up paying here! At no point did I feel like they were trying to fool me or cut corners. They explained every step clearly and even sent me photos along the way to keep me updated. Compared to some other contractors who just throw out a number after barely looking at your roof--this was a totally different, much more professional experience. I truly, wholeheartedly recommend this company. Fair pricing, top-quality workmanship, great people. The kind of team you're confident recommending to your friends after using them yourself.

The cleanup could have been a little more thorough. I'm still finding large nails in my flower beds in front of my house. Pretty sure it's because the protective tarp fell down halfway through the process. The dumpster they used for the job was owned by a third party who did not pick up the leftover material right away. It took 5 days for the dumpster company to come by to pick up their dumpster, and by that time they were already dents in my driveway from the weight. Word of advice: ask which dumpster company they will be using/timeline to pick up the material, and make sure when the dumpster is placed that there are large plywood sheets under the legs to spread the weight and prevent driveway damage.

I 100% agree with the negative reviews about Matt. And I fully expect him to argue with my review…read morebecause arguing and failing to take accountability is what Matt does best. Here are the lowlights of my experience with Matt: --Communication was a nightmare. He responded to me while he was doing the job (a plus!) but he was more interested in complimenting his own work, man-splaining, and cracking corny jokes than he was in listening my concerns. Whenever there was a problem, he blamed someone else. ---Cost was very high. This is my fault , as I should have gotten more estimates. --The work was below average. For example, Matt installed a bifold door. He asked if I wanted it painted and when I asked if it would need to be painted, he said it was up to me. I opted to leave it unpainted but had no idea that Matt would leave pencil marks and scuffs all over it. By that time, I was so tired of interacting with him that I decided to paint it myself. Less than three months later, the door came off the track and the pin that holds it in place will not go back in. I've been trying to get him to come back to fix the door (as per his warranty) for two weeks. Ha! Who am I kidding? I could go on but you get the drift.
