Work was performed clean. The workers were very nice and the system is still going strong and haven't had any issues 8 YEARS LATER. Trust me don't deal with the water and leaks and mold just get it done. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that was performed. So glad I put that system in.

Vinny and Christian did an amazing job…read more Vinny is the owner and is an honest, hard-working, trustworthy man. As many of you have probably experienced in your home repairs there are lots of contractors that don't show up to the appointment they made or they try to sell you on services that you don't need and are unnecessary but a way for them to inflate the bill. You don't have to worry about that with Diamond Masonry! We are very happy to have found them. It was a true blessing. Rest assured that you can trust them to do the right thing.

We are happy to recommend Diamond. Our basement had been leaking on and off since we moved in and…read morewe needed it waterproofed. Long story short Diamond Masonary was great. They finished the job in two days and were fairly priced. It's been about a month and we haven't seen a leak yet despite all the snow and rain. If we do I will update. Give them a call. They didn't reflect the negative reviews I read on here. If you want the full details read on. Vinny came to our house and was very detailed in explaining what he thought the problem was and how he would fix it. He listened to my questions (I tend to have a lot) and didn't try to upsell us. I assumed the problem would need a French drain and more and he felt confident that we didn't need to go to that expense. He said he could do all of that but we would be fine with an exterior membrane. I met with two other waterproofers who pretty much said the same and Vinny was the middle quote -yet we still chose him because he was honest and down to earth. Also I liked that his sons do the work so I trust they will take care to do it right. They scheduled us pretty quickly and got to work right away at 7 am. Three of them hand dug a 25 ft x 9 ft trench over two days (originally was supposed to be one but they needed a second because of our collapsing soil). They sealed the foundation and took care to replace my window wells, put my Sprinkler lines back, and stack the pavers they had to remove. They were respectful to me and my neighbors and didn't mind me hawking over to see them work every once and a while. We were very pleased with their work would recommend them.

Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. The craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the finished result: the insulation, new walls, painting and the vinyl floor planks they installed looked as if they were always there. Their work helped transform the appearance of the dingy dank basement and now, a light, clean open space. It resembles a model showroom! I 'm extremely grateful to Mike and Shimon for their expertise, honesty, attention to detail and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Prime Mold Removal-they are outstanding and make the entire process smooth and the physical results beautiful. Thank you Mike and Shimon! These are the people you want for your contracting needs!

DO YOU HAVE WATER LEAKING INTO YOUR BASEMENT AS I DID? I FOUND SOMEONE YOU NEED TO TALK TO!…read more My basement walls had 3 cracks in them. They leaked water into the basement when we had heavy rains. To fix these cracks I called in top rated waterproofing companies for their estimates, to do their repair work. I found these companies to be very expensive, and they give a minimum time, on their warranty's for their work, for the money you have to pay them! $3000.-$10,000. for inside repair work with a 2-5 year warranty on their work. If they dig up outside, and make repairs, $20,000.+++ with a 10 year warranty. OUCH! Then I found New York Waterproofing Inc. and owner George Carpozi III, who is also a custom luxury home builder too, on Angies list now called Angi. George has been in the basement waterproofing business for many years and knows how to fix any type of basement water problem. He has waterproofed residential as well as commercial basements, fresh and ocean salt water problems, leaking basement walls, windows, joints, and water coming up through the basement floor. George can stop the leaks! He has his own system to do this without digging up outside your property! He is so sure he can fix your leak George gives a WRITTEN LIFETIME GUARANTEE on the work he has done for you. Who else does that? I will be honest, I was very skeptical of Georges promises to me, and I told him so. He emailed me a list of people he had done work for all over NYS, he said call whoever I want and ask them if I stopped their water leaking into their basements! I called 4 people on the list, 3 from Long Island and 1 from upstate NY, ALL said they no longer have water leaking into their basements. One was a commercial property too. George is the real deal! I hired George to repair my basement cracks, George and his crew came to my home the Sunday before the NY area had days of RECORD RAINFALLS just last week. With all the rain we had, none of the cracks George repaired leaked! The price I paid New York Waterproofing Inc, and with a written lifetime guarantee on the repairs they made, was about HALF the cost of the lowest estimate I received from the other waterproofing companies I called in! If you have any type of basement water problem, my recommendation is to call and get estimates, but DO NOT SIGN anything, until you call George Carpozi III, and New York Waterproofing Inc. You owe it to yourself, and your pocket! I don't know of any other basement waterproofing company who will give you a written lifetime guarantee on their work. Even if your basement is not leaking, keep his number just in case. Give it to someone you know who has basement water leaking problems. I wish all with wet basements a better day, and a happy dry basement to come soon as well, now go make that call, George Carpozi III, 631-806-9690, also below is a link to his website.
