Had a major slab leak at my home and my home warranty company contacted Leak Pro Plumbing to find the problem. Let me just say that this company is one of the best I've ever interacted with. They sent out a team to figure out the problem. They had a leak detector find the source and I ultimately hired them to re route the whole house with PEX. Got a quote from the owner, Christian, and they spent 3 days fixing my leak. I can say enough positive things about the owners and staff. They showed up on time. They covered all my furniture to protect it. They placed plastic across my living room to protect my carpet. And they explained the pressure gauge test to me to prove the leak was gone. My elderly mom was struggling to find someone to repair an emergency shutoff value to prevent leaks. Nobody would do it. She finally found someone who quoted her a very high price. Had a slab leak going to our fridge. Leak Pro came out and diagnosed it and originally said they could by pass the leak by running a new line through the attic and gave us an estimate based on that. Then the technician said it would be best to sleeve the pipe and lowered the estimate by a third. George and his assistant were very efficient, making minimal cuts in our walls and very good cleanup. I put in four stars only because I was informed by Christian on the break down of the cost but the final invoice was $100 more than explained to me. There was another fee, access fee. Please disclose to home owners of this fee as I was expecting a specific dollar amount for final bill but ended up being $100 more. I had a different plumber that my neighbor knew come out to fix a leak. But he misdiagnosed the problem. The issue wasnt fixed. I then contacted Leak Pro to see if they could figure out what the issue was and they did so quickly! Leak Pro came to the rescue and was able to to fix my plumbing problem. Wow where do I start with this company. After two previous plumbers came out, who had no clue to what they are doing, Christian with Leak Pro was recommended to me from a co-worker. Christian responded quickly and after a quick conversation and some photos he was able to send someone out to check it out. When Tom arrived at my house he was able to tell me where the leak was at with equipment that proved it. Luckily for me it was on my main service from the street to the house. Leak Pro really went above and beyond to show they care about the customer and took care of the issue within days. Christian even lowered his price for me to make sure I got the service done right with a 10yr warranty. We had a soft clog, and at one point it flooded the area. We called Christian and scheduled the service, showed up on time, worked on the issue for few hours until the clogged pipes were cleared. After he and his helper finished they cleaned the area from debris and left the, I could not tell anyone worked in the house. Highly Professional, pleasant, reasonable pricing.
