I had a bad experience today and the last time I was here as well. For the prices they charge I am so disappointed. I paid $176 for a pedicure and full set with gel and cat eye. The job is poorly done and flawed. Cat eye is a joke. I will be removing them promptly. I attempted to correct the situation but it was clear they didn't understand what I was saying in English. I don't understand how they allow a person to walk away knowing they did a poor job and examining their own work close up. This establishment lost its charm and this customer. Visited 4 days ago. Had to wait ~15 min for a booked appointment. The chemical smell in the salon is very strong. Nail stylists spoke very little English so it was difficult to communicate. My toe nail polish did not dry properly during the 90+ minutes I was there (due to layers being painted too quickly in succession) and was messed up on several toes. The pumice stone used on my feet did very little and the lotion was not very moistening for dry feet. The gel polish I had done on my finger nails is peeling up from the edges of every finger and looks like a little bubbled. No heavy activities have been done to damage the nails. The hand and foot massages that come with the different levels of service are not worth it. The nail stylist who did my gel seemed very uninterested in good customer service, repeatedly smearing polish on other parts of my hands as she painted, did not give any effort in the hand massage, and smeared this oil in globs over my fingers at the end and said she was done. read more

My pedicure itself was okay but the French Manicure was terrible. It looks so amateur and the tech kept touching my toe nail with the lamp so it left a mark I had to ask her to fix. The most frustrating part was that she didn't speak a lick of English, It's really hard to communicate what you want done when the tech just keeps nodding but you know they don't understand. I also wanted glitter top coat and I had to ask someone to translate to finally get this done. The salon looked quite messy too. I just got my nails done and I wish I could take them off already. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure ($80). The lady who did my pedicure was okay. She got my cuticle a few times with the dremel but the paint job was at least good. Unfortunately when it came to my gel mani, everything was bad. It was the oldest lady in the place and nothing personal against her but I don't think she should be doing anyone's nails. After a few nicks of my cuticle with the dremel tool I was hoping she could at least do a good paint job but that wasn't the case. She started filing my nails before asking what shape I wanted so I guess square it is.. and her nail application was horrible. I had a dark red color and she was painting on my gel with the brush so dry so it came out splotchy and uneven (color and texture). She didn't get the sides or the tops of my nails either so the whole application just looks like a mess. Not to mention it took her 1.5 hrs to do just my mani - and she started at the same time as my pedi. I wish I was the type of openly complain but of course I can't, especially when I'm talking about the work of an old lady. She's sweet. But maybe leave her for customer service. There were a lot of women who walked out with bomb ass nails. Not me. So try to get someone who knows what they're doing. read more

The lady who did my pedicure did not remove the calluses from my feet. She claimed the area was "too thin" to scrub any more. If it was too thin, why are the calluses still there? I kept pointing it out to her, but she refused to attempt removing any more dead skin. I am thoroughly disappointed. I have had innumerable pedicures in my lifetime, and this is the worst one I have ever had. Never have my feet been left as rough as they were when I left there... they have always been completely smooth. I paid $38 and did not tip her because I left unhappy. read more

BLUF: too expensive Bad quality Does not last Massage you pay extra for is meh I went and treated myself and my mother. She got a pedicure and I got both a pedicure and manicure. We both got the organic pedicures. I asked for a French tip with gel on both feet and hands. Pros: the people are nice, service is fast, you get free drinks. Cons: coffee is bad (lol) but here is the rest of my cons... I have been back three times since I've gotten my nails done here to get them fixed. My gel nails have all fallen off. Two nails on the first day, two more on the second day, and now you see my whole left hand is basically no bueno. I am not going to go back in to get it fixed because that in itself takes time and is an inconvenience. I am not sure if the quality of the gel material they're using is bad or what, but gel is supposed to last longer and so far I'm incredibly disappointed. Fast forward to checking out. I got charged $20 extra for gel on my pedicure. $17 extra for gel on my manicure. 5 extra for French tip on pedicure and 5 extra for French tip on manicure. So all together $55 for organic pedi, $25 for manicure, 20+17+5+5...127 and my stuff is not looking good whatsoever anymore. Add another 55 for my moms nails we paid 177 ...for a total of 205 with tip. I don't think I am going back, which is disappointing because I thought this place was good. read more

I was nervous because I was trying to communicate wanting dip powder on my nails but some of the workers were confused and kept telling me they only have acrylic. But then Ty/Tai/Thy not sure how to spell his name, came over to my pedi station saying that they did have dip powder. So I was glad about that. Ty/Tai was the one to do my nails and I'm very happy! ZERO STARS!!!! This was only my second time at this location and I will NOT be going back! I just moved to Yuma from San Diego and was trying to find a good nail salon. I thought I would try this place out. The first time was "ok" didn't think the work was worth $120 for a full set and a pedicure with gel polish, and that with basic French tip nails nothing fancy. Well, this past Sunday was my 30th birthday and of course I wanted to treat myself to a nice spa day. Another $120 later, this is how my toes looked from my pedicure. My poor toes have been in so much pain since Sunday and today is Wednesday. I have to check my toes every day to make sure I'm not developing an infection. Also, the lady was digging in my toes so deep saying I had an ingrown when I absolutely do not! For how expensive this place is, they definitely need some more work or training on skin and nail care. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure Thursday at 1:00. When I arrived and told her I had an appointment with Chloe she asked if Chloe needed to do both. I said yes. I had confirmed my appointment so I didn't understand why she asked. She sat me down in the chair and walked away. About 10 minutes later she said Chloe was running a little behind. After 30 minutes I asked if she was about done. Chloe turned around and say about another 10 minutes. After 15 which makes her 45 minutes late for my appointment I got up and left. I am really disappointed with this salon. My mom and I have been going there for almost a year and our nails have always been AMAZING, don't get me wrong they do good work. But they prioritize walk ins over appointments apparently. We always make appointments, we are never late, we never no show and tip WELL! Every time we go we have always had to wait at least 30 minutes. This last time we made our appointments for 5:30 with Chloe and Toni like we always do. We walk in at 5:25 and they were just taking other people, Chloe was setting up and Toni Just got started and they asked us to come back in an hour. I was like oh? Even though we have appointments right now? She was like yeah because he just is getting started and it's a full set and designs I was like um? You must go and reserve an appointment if you're sure you want to have a mani-pedi done on their website, because those open spots go super fast. I went on a Friday for an 11:30 appointment. When I got there at that time, oh my goodness. Every seat was occupied. It pays to have reservations--I only waited for about 10 minutes before the girl came to me with the Color book, of all the mail polish they carry, including gels. If you're not the patient and waiting kind of person, I wouldn't go as a walk-in! I did that once before. I waited an hour maybe even longer. So, good lesson to learn. One of the girls goes around and approaches everyone with a menu, of assorted beverages (including wine!). They might want to consider offering an hors d'oeuvre menu as well--just sayin' he he he. Nothing messy though. In essence, what a wonderful place to go! The staff, starting from the hostess, to the gals and guys who work there, they're all friendly and polite. Above all, in my honest opinion, they did quite a good job with my pedi (gel). I think, just to be sure, be ready to tip in cash. They do accept cards for the service. read more

I have been going to le vogue for over a year and it used to be great. The last 3-4 visits Thy has been falling asleep with the drill actively spinning on my nails. The first time I just let it slide and asked if he was okay. He played it off as he was "too relaxed" while doing my nails. Today he was dozing off/falling asleep several times in which I asked if he wanted someone else to finish my nails, he said no. However he looked like he was having hard time staying awake then at the end of the apt suggested I start having someone else do my nails.
