Honestly, I'm very disappointed with my experience here. The lady at Station 5 who attended me was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my appointment. Her customer service was honestly unacceptable. I was also unhappy with the way my nails were done. The gel was not applied correctly and was getting onto the skin around my nails. I politely asked her to fix it after she finished, but she only fixed one finger and then threw my hand back toward me instead of properly addressing the rest of the issue. I found that behavior very disrespectful. I only got gel on my nails and gel on my toes, and considering the price I was charged, I expected much better quality and customer service. Mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I did not receive the quality of service I paid for. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive a service that matches what they're paying for. read more

The worst place I have ever been to. Got my nails and gel pedicure on a Friday by Sunday one nail fell off after that it was like every other day a nail fell off. After the second time going to have them fix them I stopped who has time to go to the nail shop every other day. I went here on Tuesday October 1st 2024, i was surprised when i got in so quickly because i had never been to this establishment before. i get there told the lady in the front i would like a full set and my toes painted she told me okay and got me seated with the man working station 9, i didn't catch his name but he wasn't welcoming at all and very hostile. i gave him a few options of what i wanted to do for my nails because the place i usually go can do designs, but when i showed him he told me "we don't do designs we don't have stickers/ all we can do is french tip" mind you i didn't have a crazy set i wanted just a set with the simple little flowers or like a marble design which i could do at home so i was surprised to say the least. i asked the man for a couple of minutes and told him okay ill just go with the french tip, he let me pick the powder color and i even switched the nail polish color because i felt like him and the girl sitting next to him were judging me for my choice of color because he even picked up the color i had picked at first and shown her i don't know it was so weird. he finally finished my nails and i was getting ready to get my toes done and he went to the front i then followed and asked him "what about my toes" and he said he didn't have time, anyways he told me once my nails were done that for french tip its an extra $15 like really you already did it and you're barely telling me that is just amazing customer service lol. i liked them yes, was it what i originally wanted? no, if i had got one of the few designs i had shown to him in the beginning i would've been okay with spending $79 on them but that much for a glitter french tip is ridiculous. unfortunately i was too embarrassed to leave once i had already sat down so i guess its my fault. now the main reason i am writing today, i considered it heavily the past couple days but this was just the cherry on top. today i am traveling with my husband its October 4th, and i was walking down a flight of stairs and hit my hand on the railing not hard at all like a tap basically but a nail broke i have no idea why it broke maybe the nails were cheap or put on wrong whatever the case this is very inconvenient. to say i was devastated and so upset because not only did i just spend so much on these nails i now have to find someone to try to fix them which is so frustrating, ive never had acrylic nails break so easily, this has ruined my travel plans and will cost me even more money. if yall are looking for a nail salon go to Adore nails, do not go here, i only came because adore nails are closed on tuesdays but if you want nice nails that wont break and want them to actually look nice go to adore nails not this chop shop. read more

I understand that times are not always exact, but you would think that they could schedule to where you don't have to wait more than 10 minutes. People have things to do other than sit and wait. Just left this place and completely shocked at the condition of the whole facility. 1. Every client chair was broken down, rippled and dirty (stained). 2. Every operator chair had torn frayed ratty looking upholstery. So all chairs are bad. 3. Looking at the floor when I walked in I saw it was filthy. Toe nails all around the first chair. Then noticed more walking through. 4. 2 if the 5 client chairs in use were moved back to a loud horrible metal grinding noise. I went to this place for my first few years in Yuma but they've completely let it go to pot. Who has a business cleaning and preparing personal nails but let's it get so torn up and dirty? Not for me. I am out. Got a couple of well kept and clean places I'll go to. I had the hardest time getting the person to understand pedicure but no polish and no scrapping. I could go on and on about why this place is bad. But flat out, do not go here. Owner is super rude and argued with me on the phone like a child about the their policy on nail repairs and humiliated me in the store in front of customers because he didn't hear me correctly and tried raising his voice at me. The nails were really bad and they kept breaking on their own and one nail was not even 24 hours later and I woke up and noticed it was broken. I also realized that the back of the nails were either clear or a pink shade. Color chipped easily and the clear coat as well. Went in on Friday (4/19/19) to get color change on my gel mani and by the next day my nails started chipping. So I went back on Monday (4/22/19) and once again my nails started chipping the very next day. I absolutely loved it here! Hands down best nail store in Yuma and this is coming from someone who's super skeptical because her mom owns a successful nail salon in San Antonio. The atmosphere was great! It was a really big and pretty salon and most importantly CLEAN!! Something about me, I'm really sensitive about my feet meaning I'm really ticklish and afraid that they'll cut me since one of my moms employees cut me before. So since then I've only let my mom or aunts do my toes. Today I decided to take a risk because a friend recommended them to me so I gave them a try. The guy who did my nails was blind in one eye so I was already really scared but to my amazement he actually did an amazing job on my toes. He talked to me the whole time while he was cutting the skin around my nails so it would calm me down since I was at the edge of my seat. I'm pretty disappointed & upset with this place. I have been going to them about twice a month for a good six months now. The last three times I was there I was disappointed with the service and the way my nails have been turning out. Last time I was there I had great service from Michelle and half way through her doing my toes she asked someone else to finish. It took this person at least 15 mins to come finish them. I was planning on getting my fingers done too & the women who helped me asked if I could wait five minutes for another person to do my nails. After 30 minutes of waiting I got up, paid for my toes and said I would come back another time for my fingers. Went in today for my nails and they were so slow inside I asked if I could get a fill and two people looked at me and looked down. So I assumed it would be a second and I picked out my color while I was waiting. Not only did the person who was helping me get up multiple times during the process and would be gone for five plus minutes each time!! At one point I was like where is this guy??? I had the worst experience here yesterday. The nail tech told me that I needed to pick one color and that he was tired of going back and forth to get different colors for me. He also said that if I wanted to get another color I could go back there and get it myself. My friend and I called in advance before going to the salon and let them know we were coming in for 2 full sets. When we arrived we had to wait half an hour just to be seated. My nail tech was in a rush and didn't smile at all. He told me that it was 8 o'clock and that we needed to hurry and pick a color. I've been here plenty of times and never been disappointed enough to have to write a review. I went in last night around 5 or so to get a shellac redone on my nails. I specifically requested Trish because I was very happy with my nails done by her and I enjoyed talking to her and felt comfortable. I was sent to her station, and then moved to another guy. I immediately started to not feel so confident. He didn't keep the shape I wanted and my nails look nothing like the picture I wanted. And lastly, last time they charged me $25 and this time they charge me $30...I didn't get any extra designs or anything. So I was all around unsatisfied. I love coming to Cali pro Nails, I've seen Pearl, Helen, and a few male Nail techs and I've never left unhappy. Where do I start, I went this Sunday with my daughter to get a Gel fill, for both of us. My daughter was promptly asked to sit with the lady who sits right at the entrance station 1 or 2, not sure if she's the owner or what but anyway, she took my daughter and I waited for about 40min. She came to me after she was finished with my daughter and came up to me to ask me "what color" I would be doing. I responded, "oh the same colors" she made a face and said "why same color?" Um excuse me? I am the customer here thank you! Hahaha I couldn't believe she said this. I sat down at her station and it seemed like all she could care about was every customer that came in and who was paying for what service. While preparing my nails she missed two nails while filing them and I told her about one nail, it happened again and I said nothing, normally I don't pay for crappy service and I will go back but only request specific nail technicians. So, I've come here a few times and loved the service. The pedicure was always good and my nails always looked great. This time, I picked a color I wouldn't normally pick and it was really thick. He painted all over my skin and then one toe was clumpy with polish. I asked if he could redo it and he called someone else over and whispered to each other. She told me that is how my toe is. That's funny. My toes have never looked lumpy before. So she begrudgingly took off the polish and and repainted one coat and told me I was done. I went today to get a gel manicure and was taken to a chair immediately . I did not get the name of the man who worked on me but he was nice and took his time with the manicure and the color. So the color I picked out was called red on gold but the color that was applied was more orange. I asked the gentleman if he was going to apply a darker color on top of the color in my nails and he stated that he applied the color I picked. I showed him the difference on the sample nail and my nail color and he stated that they must have had a color change from the manufacturer. There really wasn't anything that he did wrong. However a few months ago I met Hannah. She is wonderful!!!!!! She is definitely my go to when it comes to acrylic nails. I love the fact that she is super friendly and always asks me how I'm doing, how I'm doing in school or how's my boyfriend (btw she always remembers my boyfriend's name which I think is so nice lol). She only works by appointment, personally I think it is great. There's been times where she is behind with customers and she calls me 2 hours in advance to let me know, and to reschedule my appt so I don't have to go there and wait.
