I came in for a scheduled appointment for a full set. I was put with a gentleman who seemed like he was mad I was put at his table. I requested my nails short. When cutting the nails, he cut my thumb. He said he was sorry, than tried to blame me for it. The nail was cut too short, so he built it up with acrylic. All of my nails are different shapes, I asked about this, he stated they were fine. He did file them but that didn't help. He never applied a base coat before painting my nails. Worst service I've ever experienced. Lady did not understand my basic wants (brown and blue polka dot nails) She wouldn't help me find the brown I wanted or any brown at all. She kept on shoving purple colors in my face til finally we picked one. It looked atrocious so I asked her if we could just do white instead of brown she said yes and then kept on painting them brown? I continued to ask 4 times politely until finally by layer 4 I said "why are you still painting my nails brown?" She said huh? Then had finally understood. She removed it then painted 7 layers of nail polish on my nails. She started putting on the top coat and I said what about my polka dots. She said you wanted design? (I showed her the photo 5 times) then she tried fitting 9 polka dots on one nail, it looked so bad I decided I don't even want design. Paid $50 for the nails and called for even half a refund and they said no very rudely and said I could just "come back and get them done if I actually didn't like them" and kept on insisting it my my wrong doing by not complaining about it even though I kept telling my lady my I did not like my nails. The same lady who did my nails and clearly did not understand me was the same lady who was ringing me up. So I decided when I got home I would call and ask for the manager. She was very rude and not helpful. That next morning my nails started turning brown. I needed to take them off but did not even want to go back. I filed my nails for an hour and barely got past the top coat. Then I soaked my nails in acetone and the gel all turned into powder and I luckily managed to not do any damage to my nails. First and last time here! I wanted French hot pink toes. The lady did not understand me at all. She ruined my perfectly squared shaped toe nails. I told her do not file the corners. She paints my full nail. At this point I ask the lady next to her if she understands. She said she gonna get help. So man comes and does my French tip. Great Job on one foot. Worst pedicure I have ever gotten and I am not a picky person by any means and this is the first terrible review I have ever written for any place ever. The lady messed up my toe nails so bad and ripped the skin off of my big toe. Left me bleeding and I could barely walk the next day from the pain. Praying it doesn't get infected. I really liked this place and got pedicures for months there. Started taking the wife and she was happy until today.....worst pedicure ever....thank you Brian. We were next to each other and were started at the same time. She was done a FULL 10 minutes before me. He sawed on her callouses like he was cutting down a tree....she is bleeding and in pain tonight. He should lose his licesnse at least. He actually brought an EMPTY bowl for stones over but never used them on her. When we mentioned it....he said he did so he called us liars and morons. Will NEVER go back. He was in a big hurry to yuk with the little Vietnamese girls working in the shop. All he kept saying was my wife's sandals caused excessive callouses and why doesn't she want enamel polish. I've been a couple of places in yuma and haven't found someone that even remotely compares to my nail guy in Texas until I came here and met Tiffany! I've now gone to her three times and she's my go to gal now I get dip nails, show her an inspo picture and Tiffany does great every time! I stopped in this past Saturday on the recommendation of a friend I work with. In addition to that, they are the highest rated nail salon in all of Yuma. I called ahead to make an appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted and my appointment was confirmed. I picked out my color and almost immediately as I sat I was shown to a chair for my pedicure. The chairs are comfortable and all of the features work with the remote. The pedicurist I encountered was friendly and thorough. I shared with her that one of my toes had a serious injury about five months back. She was careful with that toe which I greatly appreciated! My overall experience was great. A pedicure for only 20 bucks is a steal! The next time I need a pedicure I will definitely return. read more

I'm disappointed to say the least. For a $45 pedicure I expect better. I have a couple of complaints: - the staff member that helped me was sniffling the entire time, touching his face, ears, nose, getting the tools near those areas as he continued sniffling -- BUT, he was wearing a mask. Regardless that is unsanitary. At some point while cleaning my cuticles, he scratched his ear with the tool in hand, then proceeded to continue cleaning my cuticles. - instead of using the tools around him, he'd use his fingers to remove nail polish, which is why on some toes I have nail polish on my skin - I'm used to nail salons having brushes/tools to clean up the nails, not their hands. - my nails are now cut uneven - after stamping another customers card, the same staff member helped me check out and did not offer me a loyalty card. I had to grab it and ask him to stamp it. Here are the compliments: - person at the front desk was nice enough and offered me wait time estimates which is always appreciated. Overall staff was friendly. - the place itself was clean. EVERYONE on staff wore face masks. - besides the uneven trimming, and unhygienic actions, the staff member who did my pedicure was pretty gentle with my feet. Will I be returning? No. Was it a horrible experience, also no. But it was not pleasant as I was grossed out most of the time and had to remind the staff to give me, a new customer, a loyalty card. I was visiting my son from out of state and was in desperate need of a pedicure. The ease of getting in was nice as no appointment was needed. The store was nice and clean so no issues there. The deluxe pedicure was not deluxe in my opinion. My cuticles were not done and I'm not sure what the real point was for the hot towels as soon as she put them on she took them off, I didn't get to enjoy them at all. The massage she gave was good but she set a timer for it which I thought was odd. Next, the painting of my toes...I was not happy as it looked like I painted them and not a professional. You could clearly tell she didn't tend to the cuticles because of the painting. What can I say? I'm sad that I couldn't get a decent pedicure. If you plan only to get a pedicure and nothing else, then I warn you. This place isn't worth it. I went in, and they had customers, but it wasn't rush hour. I asked for a pedicure and was very excited. Sadly when it was all done, the lady didn't do such a great job. My toes are NOT straight, and I get that; well, before the polished dried, she removed the little toe separator, and my toe hit my other toe. Instead of wiping off the polish, she just added more polish. As I sit there waiting for my polish to dry, the lady said I was good to go. It turns out I wasn't, and when I got home, my nails looked terrible. Look at the pictures. If I could give them zero starts I would. I understand one of the other nail techs say something about asking me to do gel polish. I don't do gel polish because regular polish lasts 2-3 weeks. read more

I'm not sure anyone has been trained for their job except those who do acrylic/dip. We had two different ladies on two different days. The quality of work done was quite poor. After waiting for my moms pedicure, she was getting off the chair and when I took a closer look, they used old nail polish so it was sticky and rugged like old dry nail polish would be! While another girl redid the work rushed... so it still looked just "ok", it's unacceptable to try to pass off old nail polish. They need to buy new polish as many look old. So it concerns me on cleanliness. I rarely give a poor review... I'd rather not review if it's this bad. However, they didn't even offer to discount the terrible service even after I suggested they do something. After further investigating my own pedicure, my nails were done unevenly. Don't go in early if you just want a fill they do not have staff that can do it early in the morning. If you want a pedicure they have all the staff in the world. I was told at 8:40 after watching people come in for pedicures and getting helped after I came in that someone would be there in about 5 min. At 10 min I left. This was AFTER giving them a 2nd chance. My first issue was I had an appt with someone who did my nails for a year, a mani pedi. The wall in she had before me took 30 minutes of my appt time then I sat in a chair while she went and ate.. I was only able to get my fill she refused the pedicure and said no one else could do it either even though they were doing walk ins. Too bad, I did like going there. read more

I have been here a handful of times and I only come here for pedicures. The service and the turnout of my nails/toes have always been nice. I mean none of the staff has ever talked to me during my pedi and they don't wear name tags so you don't know who is who, but they do their job, the place is clean and the prices are the same as elsewhere. However I went in today (a little stressed out and hoping to relax) and the service was just not up to par. Don't get me wrong, my toes look great! I am 6.5 months pregnant (very much showing) and instead of getting a relaxing pedi I got a rushed, very rough, almost painful pedi. Worst experience! I went in for a pedicure and a full set yesterday, I did the basic pedicure with the callous remover and from the time I sat down to when she was done doing my pedicure it was TEN minutes. She didn't do anything to my feet, didn't really remove the cuticle build up, she also made me walk barefoot on the nasty tile to pick a color which made me anxious and pick a color I didn't even want. I also had asked her to see the gel full set colors so I could match my toes and she NEVER gave it to me. This was the younger lady with the small shorts who kept being on her phone the whole time. It was absolutely horrendous. And then I got a gel full set and I asked for coffin shape and each nail is a different SHAPE! And one isn't even straight and my thumb nails are excessively short and different sized as well compared to the rest. I'm so disgusted and disappointed at the terrible service. This is the shittiest place I've been too. Like the WORST pedicure and nails. Now I'm going to have to pay a different salon to fix your mistake?! I have been here twice now and have had such a great experience both times. Today Lilly took care of me. I had the top of the line pedicure and it was worth every Penny with Lilly. She gave such a wonderful massage - I have only found one other person (in another city) that was as good as her. I hope she is there in a month when I go back as the first girl I had seems to have vanished (not unusual in this type of business.) The place is clean, convenient and priced right in my opinion. I had a dissatisfactory experience and was grateful to get a refund on my second request. I opted for a gel polish manicure. She was initially friendly to me and then spent the rest of the time talking and laughing with a coworker. I had a bad polish result on five nails and though my nails were already short, she had filed them very, very short. Like little stubs. At first, I wanted the polish corrected. Then I pointed out how very short my nails are now, and asked if tips would help or even possible. "Are they too short to support a tip? Would it just pop off?" I got an indiscernible head nod. As she continued to take off the gel polish, I asked how much more would it cost if I got tips ($16). When she finished removing the polish, I declined to have them repainted and requested a refund. Aside from the poor result, coworkers have a right to converse in their native language during their downtime and I think it is wonderful they have a community to do so. If non-English languages are used while interacting with customers, most people would consider this rude. It made me feel unwelcome. read more
