I just had a full set here today and I am so happy with the result. Let me start by saying I'm a serial nail biter and have been my whole life - so you can imagine how intimidating it is to go to a nail salon with no nails. But I'm in my friends wedding tomorrow and really wanted them to look nice. I went on a Thursday morning when they opened and got a chair right away with Allen the owner I think. He didn't say any comments about my nails being bitten he made me comfortable. He talked with me and took his time and made mine short the way I wanted them. Salons in the past never would do this for me because they didn't like it. Allen puts the customer first! He then had Cindy finish for me who did an excellent job painting my nails and adding the rhinestones. I wish He was in Phoenix! What an awesome experience! read more

the lady owner cannot speak English and doesn't understand it very well. she told me I needed to take the acrylic off my nails and start over... ok I'm thinking she is going to soak my nails right? One nail popped off literally an hour after she left the salon, I called...They were not too happy about fixing the one nail, but told me to have her come in anyway. We're new in town, called and they were great about us walking in. Great job on my powdered gel nails. He was very good in taking his time and clean. My daughter felt they did a really nice job with her pedicure. They took their time attending to her needs. My only wish is that they had more colors for the powder gel, settled for a color but it turned out great. Place seemed clean, they used liners, yay! the staff were friendly. Saw all the amazing comments and decided to try this place and was a little disappointed. The girl who was working on me mid way through had lunch so switched to a guy to finish the massage and polish. The massage was good but the polish eh... left some on almost all the toes and was going to let me out with that. The girl came and essentially put on another coat and then clear. It is thicker because of like 3 coats and not to the edge. I will probably go get them repainted. read more

I was doing some camping and getting a little exercise in the desert for about a week so my feet were getting dry and had some calluses because it's been over a month since my last pedicure. I had to mail a package and I was at the UPS shop next door and saw Today's Creative Nails so I went in. I was able to soak my feet as they finished another woman's feet and the man was getting his feet worked on when I arrived. I soaked for about 10 minutes and then the man who was working on the woman came over and started working on mine. I didn't time him but he was done with my feet while the lady was still working on the man who was getting his pedicure when I arrived. The man who did mine was in a hurry to get my shoes on me and get me on my way. That evening when I removed my shoes my feet where still callused and rough. I was so disappointed. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one was because the place was clean and the chairs are not worn out like in many of the other places I've been. I would not go back! read more

Been going to this salon for about 1.5yrs & always kinda chaotic but they did a good job & I always left a very good tip 30%!!!! Today I go in & they're all rude to me & tell me I can't get into today! I called later & was told I could get in at 4pm. And I've made appointments in the past & they always make me wait because someone else books an appointment at the same time as me? Do they not have a computer on that desk in the front? A friend and I went and got a pedicure here spur of the moment. We were able to walk right in. It was my first time and I loved it! We got the deluxe for $30 each. They massaged and cut and clipped and hot towels and the seat massaged the whole time. We absolutely loved it. They are super friendly although a couple don't speak fluent English but we didn't mind. Today I had a mani-pedi with Lily. I have never felt so spoiled! She gave me a VIP treatment, and as someone who recently moved to Yuma, that made me feel very special. Sometimes manicurists like to dig out hang nails, but Lily was very gentle in her approach and, if I had any, she left them alone. The foot/leg massage was very thorough and relaxing. The shop was clean, modern, and inviting. She did suggest upgrades, but I accepted without pressure and am happy that I did. I will definitely return! read more

WORST experience ever! Disappointing deluxe Mani Pedi with acrylics over $65! The older Male tech REFUSED to use the same polish on my hands that the younger male put on my feet. We even argued about it. He did NO manicure, only applied acrylic and polish. NO oil or lotion. No conversation. No grunt. No smile. Came across as rude and arrogant. 2 hours for this horrible, expensive service! The younger pedi fellow was fine, but the older mani man was so bad I will never go there again and would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

I've been here a few times. The reason I went back was the wonderful pedicure that BeBe gives. The manicures have always been rushed and they want to slap polish on. Today I went back because my gel polish was chipping off after 6 days. I wrongly assumed that they would just change the polish free of charge. They charged me 18.00 to do it. I will never give them another cent of my money again. I do not recommend this place if you want a professional looking job. read more

I made an appointment for 2 in the afternoon. When I walked in they were very busy but I got in within 5 minutes. I was lucky because there was another lady that had a 2 appointment and could get in until 3 as she wanted a specific person. The staff was very apologetic and she said that she would come back. The lady who did my pedicure was great. She really took her time and my legs were massaged - felt wonderful. There was an older lady next to me and a young man was doing her pedicure. Not being from the area, I came across this place through yelp so decided to give it a try. I took my mom for a regular pedi and mani. She was seated right away and although they tried to get us to get Gel instead they were very nice and attentive. The young gentleman who worked his magic on my mom did a phenomenal job and she felt really relaxed the whole time. Her nails and toes came out great. I love this nail place. Ba Be does a great pedicure. They just renovated and it looks so much bigger inside now. You can make appointments so your wait time is cut shorter then a drop in wait. They also have a great shellac color selection. The owners are always very friendly too. read more

I stopped in Yuma just to get a Starbucks while on a long road trip and happened across this place. The staff was very inviting and friendly. Cindy helped me and I treated myself to the "Royal Treatment". That's exactly what it is!! Full on ROYAL. I was like King for the day. I left that place after more than an hour of mani, pedi, massage, hot oil treatment, some kind of wrap on my legs. It made the last 4 hours of my drive s dream. first day off in a while so i went to get my nails done. i asked for an acrylic set with an almond or stiletto shape. they give me a square shape so i ask them to fix it to at least coffin and they still give me a square shape and do not care to shape my nail at all so its a chunky thick and uneven.i am now in the process of reshaping my nails because they couldnt care enough to do so. will not be coming back and the only reason this isnt a one star review is because they didnt charge me a ridiculous price for their shitty work. read more

Had the best pedicure from a young gentleman while visiting Yuma! The deluxe pedicure lasted for an hour and a half. He was super gentle dealing with my ingrown toenails and his massage was amazing!! Will definitely come back here when back in Yuma! read more

Absolute worse nail experience ever. I've tried this place twice in November 2019. First time my husband, my Mom, and I went for a mani - pedi (gel mani for me). It took 2 1/2 hours! Second time (2 weeks later) only I went for a gel manicure. I had beautiful long nails. Ba Ba By had me soak my nails for 45 minutes to remove the gel. She asked about cutting them, I said, "just a little, I don't want short nails." Cut, cut , cut! I said, "no, I don't want short nails." She giggled and continued to cut! My nails were far shorter than the tips of my fingers. Worse, she left the nails with rough edges that have caught on everything and caused the nails to break and pull off. The gel polish didn't last 6 days! 10 days after the gel manicure my nails are peeled and have broken off. The pedicure from the first visit lasted less than 3 weeks. Not what I usually get from a competent pedicure. I'll never return. read more
