They do such an amazing job. Every time my parents come, my mom and 72 year old dad make their appts too and my dad is stubborn AF. That's how great of a job they do. The water is always a little hot at first, but I think that's every salon haha. They take really good care of you and take their time. They make sure to get all the gunk out and make your feet look great. Rose is usually our go-to but literally everyone else does a good job.

The salon is relatively clean, modern-looking, and I noticed they've gotten new chairs since I started coming here, which is a nice improvement. I usually get a manicure and pedicure, and overall I've been happy with the service. There's an older lady who usually does my nails, and what I appreciate most is that she actually pays attention to what she's doing. She takes her time and seems to genuinely care about getting the details right. I stopped in around 1:30 today and it was fairly busy, but thankfully most of the customers were finishing up, so it cleared out pretty quickly. There was also soft music playing in the background, which made the atmosphere relaxing without being too loud. Overall, Lovely Nails is a nice, comfortable place, and I've been happy enough with my experiences to keep coming back. Four stars for today's visit, but I'll definitely continue giving them a try.

Her customer service was honestly unacceptable. I was also unhappy with the way my nails were done. The gel was not applied correctly and was getting onto the skin around my nails. I politely asked her to fix it after she finished, but she only fixed one finger and then threw my hand back toward me instead of properly addressing the rest of the issue. I found that behavior very disrespectful. I only got gel on my nails and gel on my toes, and considering the price I was charged, I expected much better quality and customer service. Mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I did not receive the quality of service I paid for. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive a service that matches what they're paying for.

But I'm in my friends wedding tomorrow and really wanted them to look nice. I went on a Thursday morning when they opened and got a chair right away with Allen the owner I think. He didn't say any comments about my nails being bitten he made me comfortable. He talked with me and took his time and made mine short the way I wanted them. Salons in the past never would do this for me because they didn't like it. Allen puts the customer first!
