I've never left a bad review in my life but it's starting to get so old with this nail salon. For the most part they do good work. But every single time I have an appointment, they always have me waiting anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. Every single time. Today I waited almost an hour. They have you soak your feet like they're about to start with you and then have you sit and wait forever. There's been many things that have happened here. The worst time was when one of their employees laughed at my toes and made fun of my toenails he was a total jerk. I should've stopped going back right then and there. I've given this salon so many chances. But today, I had it with the wait time and the gaslighting when they say "oh no this is what you asked for" when I clearly asked for something else. read more

I just recently went and I liked everything about this place. Danny did my nails and they came out on point. The shape, the color even tho I chose a plain pink glitter solid I love them. I give this place a zero. Location looks pretty clean and elegant. But the way my toe nails and hand nails look after going there for a couple of months it's insane. I decided to take off my acrylic nails because my toe nails had fungus to see if my hand nails did as well and i am speechless. Not to mention, after the last time I went I saw that they don't even spray the pedicure bowls. They only change the liner and that's it. Tools aren't sanitized either. One of my friend who i referred to this place has fungus on her toenail as well, i feel so bad for recommending this place to her. I really liked this place at first. Good ambiance, comfy chairs, attentive workers; but it took 1h 40min to do my nails. And the price is OUTRAGEOUS. I saw Liam. I liked the nails, but $70 for a an acrylic set with pink tips is too much. He said $45 for basic set + $5 for nail removal (i came in with 2 old acrylic nails, i had removed 8) + $10 to SHAPE them almond +$10 for a design! Since when does painting the tips a color add $10???! When i complained he took the $5 off for the take-off of 2 nails. Overall, my nails are pretty, but some are thick and uneven underneath, and the tip color is uneven. I like them well enough, but def NOT worth $70 (i left a tip ). Do Not go here. Get a starbucks, a burger AND a full set literally anywhere else read more

I'm very disappointed! I would come here often and loved my nails I would get them done by a guy who sat in the very front but never saw him again about 3 months ago. So I had to get a dude in the middle row with orange hair. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day but I requested for stiletto nails and he had an attitude about it and proceeded not to listen what I was telling him. He was very rude and hurt my nails. and being rough towards them. Mind you I had a broken nail bed from my last set from them. I asked him not to put a nail there because I knew it wasn't strong enough and he still did what HE WANTED. I had asked him to maybe just cut the nail that wasn't supposed to be on and he laughed at me and said he wasn't going to cut it off. I had to leave mid set because he was just being to rough. He didn't give me a stiletto shape. Not even a shape that was good enough to go public out in. He would also take his shoes off and be barefoot. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. (All I asked was for stiletto French tips) I paid $122 and still added a $15 dollar tip. Never going back ! read more
