I usually get a manicure and pedicure, and overall I've been happy with the service. There's an older lady who usually does my nails, and what I appreciate most is that she actually pays attention to what she's doing. She takes her time and seems to genuinely care about getting the details right. I stopped in around 1:30 today and it was fairly busy, but thankfully most of the customers were finishing up, so it cleared out pretty quickly. There was also soft music playing in the background, which made the atmosphere relaxing without being too loud. Overall, Lovely Nails is a nice, comfortable place, and I've been happy enough with my experiences to keep coming back. Four stars for today's visit, but I'll definitely continue giving them a try.

This review is long overdue…read more Approximately 2 weeks ago, I was in need of a hair cut and have had several bad cuts in the past from other establishments. Depending on Yelp to find a new hairdresser, I made an appointment at M'Lady M'lord Hair Design and Salon. I have very fine, limp hair and require razor texturizing to obtain lift and bounce to my otherwise short hair. I was assigned to Ernie for my cut. I am very impressed. After giving my "new do" some time, I find, I am just as happy with my cut now as I was when I walked out of the Salon. Ernie took the time to listen to my hair style needs, and was more than obliging to go back and re-texturize the top of my hair to remove more weight (better to go in stages then to cut and be stuck). She's trained in Ayurvedic massage too so you'll notice some of those techniques which are really great.
