There were a few things about the service I wasn't happy with. I went in for a honey brown balayage and walked out with platinum blonde which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. In addition to that when the service was being done, Veronda was also working on another client, so the service itself felt rushed and not attended to properly. As a customer, appointments should be one on one not doubled. If I knew that was the case I would've rescheduled. She also had an errand to run afterwards so it felt rushed. I returned the next day to fix it with toner but that can only do so much. I asked for at least a partial refund because it turned out nothing like the inspiration photo I showed her but she only offered a partial balayage for the next service to makeup for it. Sadly, I am upset my hair is ruined so I will not be returning.

The pedicure was decent so no complaints there. Then we got to my nails. They switched me to someone else who seemed upset he had to do his job. He cut me twice and rushed through the whole process. My nails were done yesterday and they look a week old. My cuticles still look horrible and since some of the nails weren't glued on all the way, they're already lifting. I got these done for an event this weekend and don't have time to get a new set (or the money since I already spent $125) so it sucks that I have to go hating my nails.
