They do such an amazing job. Every time my parents come, my mom and 72 year old dad make their appts too and my dad is stubborn AF. That's how great of a job they do. The water is always a little hot at first, but I think that's every salon haha. They take really good care of you and take their time. The salon is relatively clean, modern-looking, and I noticed they've gotten new chairs since I started coming here, which is a nice improvement. I usually get a manicure and pedicure, and overall I've been happy with the service. There's an older lady who usually does my nails, and what I appreciate most is that she actually pays attention to what she's doing. She takes her time and seems to genuinely care about getting the details right. I stopped in around 1:30 today and it was fairly busy, but thankfully most of the customers were finishing up, so it cleared out pretty quickly. There was also soft music playing in the background, which made the atmosphere relaxing without being too loud. The pedicure was decent so no complaints there. Then we got to my nails. They switched me to someone else who seemed upset he had to do his job. He cut me twice and rushed through the whole process. My nails were done yesterday and they look a week old. My cuticles still look horrible and since some of the nails weren't glued on all the way, they're already lifting. I got these done for an event this weekend and don't have time to get a new set (or the money since I already spent $125) so it sucks that I have to go hating my nails. I politely asked her to fix it after she finished, but she only fixed one finger and then threw my hand back toward me instead of properly addressing the rest of the issue. I found that behavior very disrespectful. I only got gel on my nails and gel on my toes, and considering the price I was charged, I expected much better quality and customer service. Mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I did not receive the quality of service I paid for. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive a service that matches what they're paying for.

The polish application also wasn't very even, and there were a few spots where the color was missing. I really enjoyed the foot massage.
