My daughter and I went there about two days ago and never ever again! They cut us both up so bad and my daughter asked for green polish multiple times and they painted them blue. Haha honest mistake I guess but the cuts were horrible. Would not recommend. read more

The staff is very friendly. I prefer my acrylics to be thin so this was a nice surprise. There is a very relaxing vibe and soft music.

My daughter treated me, her daughter and her niece to pedicures on Sunday. We went to Sunshine Nsils and Spa. The nail techs were very nice and we were seated pretty quickly. My nail tech started my pedicure all was going well then she started cutting nails and cuticles. 4 toes on my right foot were bleeding and painful. I should have stopped it with the first drop of blood or maybe she should have. I didn't want to spoil it for my granddaughters and this was th 8 year old first professional pedicure. At the end 7 toes were bleeding and hurting. That was Sunday, today is Wednesday and 4 are still painful. This is on me because I did not complain at the time but I don't recommend. ​ read more

One of our daughters had a birthday coming up, so on a lark we came here to have some work done. My wife and daughters had their eyebrows and nails done and they were satisfied with the work. I went for a Deluxe Pedicure package; the work was in my opinion good but I also felt it was dialed in. The pedicure reminded me of having work done on your car in an shifty auto shop; decent but just enough to keep you coming back. I should've mentioned to the lady to cut them a little more because I'll have to go over them again myself, she did a alright job but still not to my liking. The layout was nice and had good social distancing in place. For a decent job, cool. But with so many other choices in town I think we'll try our luck elsewhere. read more

Daughter and I came to Yuma for dental work. Not being from here, my daughter found this place and it was a very pleasant experience! They're very friendly, top quality work performed on both my daughter and myself! We both loved it. Location was clean, chairs were comfortable and I didn't feel like they were rushing through the pedicure just to be done asap. *side note: I went to a different location today because these guys were closed and I didn't want to wait. Went here for manicure and pedicure. I love the nail color but the there was nothing extra about going here. All the nail places I've been they're always right, they want it done how they want. Honestly still looking for a place where they actually listen to what you want. In retrospect- the woman who did my manicure was not kind at all. I had dip nail polish when I arrive and to take it out she broke most of my beautiful long nails. The women who did my manicure was a different one and much much nicer. I've gone here a handful of times and they've gradually gotten lazy when it comes to doing nails. I'm a regular there so i know their prices, i usually just get gel which is $15 but they've charged me $35 twice for just a gel nail color, no manicure nothing. This last time i went there solely because they have my favorite color that i can't seem to find anywhere else, both ladies were rude, and THREE days later my nail is chipped and looks like i've had these on for weeks. I would avoid going here simply because these ladies do not take their time and are lazy w the process. read more

Helen is great i try to go to her all the time. she does take her time but it's worth it in my opinion. Jenny used to do a good job but she charged extra for fixing her lumpy polish and this has never happened to me anywhere before so i asked her if she could fix it before i left because i was just really unhappy with it, but i guess she got annoyed that i said something. this is after fixing the color. Also, the polish colors never look the same as the samples she showed me. read more

First, I love that they play relaxing music. It is so nice and makes the experience more pleasant than TV or movie noise in the background. They are very clean and use plastic covering when soaking feet. I didn't notice how they were sanitizing the tools. I think it's in barbacide (sp?). But took off one star because I would prefer a freshly opened set of tools with each customer. My nail place back home does that. Anyway, the women are friendly and attentive when you walk in. And they always do their best to get you sat quickly. The massage chairs are of nice quality and firm pressure. They help with the tight muscles in my upper back. The pedi it always thorough and lasts several weeks. I wish they had more color options. Great reflexology type of massage technique. This is definitely my favorite local pedi place! read more

Stopped in about 6:15 on a Saturday just as things were winding down (sign says open until 8). Just got the very basic pedicure. I didn't need callous remover and she actually said that aloud instead of going for the upsell. I thought she did an excellent job cutting down my toenails and didn't have to be told some oddities about how to cut them. She was so professional. I was quite happy with my service and think you would be too. Saw them take fresh tools from the autoclave, place was clean, felt they were taking proper precautions to protect customers. I have been coming to the first location by Albertsons for 8 years and then this one since it opened. Jenny never says hi when I come in but says hi to everyone else nor does she say thank you. It is truly bizarre to walk into a business I have been patronizing for years and be treated this way. it is also weird for the customer to have to acknowledge them first. I always say hi first and say thank you and get nothing in return. There has never been any complaints from me just consistent business. Very sad. I love Helen and the work she does. She is very sweet so I continue to go there for her. I recently started going back to the first location by Albertsons because Jenny's sister there is a bit more welcoming. read more

Jenni does a good job, and fast. Second time I went to gets nails done with her, she took my regular nail color back to shelf and got a another color. Looked good until I went to pay. She ended up using gel and I think shelac on my nails. Well Im on a buget and am used using regular nail polish(to help save on cost) She ended up charging me quite a bit for a full set, so no tip for her. No stars if I could. I had an appointment, it took the lady an hour to take off my current polish. They helped other people that came in after me and didn't have an appointment. They didn't have any nail displays for dip powder, just told me to open up the jars to see. Which is bizarre, I've had dip done many times at different places and all had displays. Plus the powder looks different than the actual outcome. The ladies began yelling and arguing with me and kept telling me to get other colors that I didn't want. Also, the lady the took off my polish was talking to someone on speaker on her phone rather than listening to me. I just told the lady I'm not getting anything done here and asked how much she would charge me for taking off my polish. She said nothing, which I'm happy with since I walked out like this. I have had a gel pedicure here which has held up for 4 weeks! Returned for a gel manicure. Not sure what went wrong (except the technician was in an apparent huge hurry trying to apply the gel as fast as the light could keep up). Lasted 3 days. They were excellent about fixing this. I thought I had a found a gem when this shop opened. Near me, clean, and good customer service. Silly me, the shop had just opened. The girl who did my nails told me to make an appointment next time. Better yet! The next time, I called to make an appointment, I was told "you just come, maybe wait a little while". Oh well, I was used to that. Loaded up my 94 year old mother and her walker. Unloaded her and the walker, and slowly made our way into the shop. When we got in the shop, the SAME girl (the owner I believe) said "you come back, one hour wait". When I told her the conversations that had transpired, she just repeated, "You come back". I told her I would not be coming back EVER. That was fine with her. I suggest that you not use this shop, as it may be your turn to receive such horrible customer service next time.
