I do NOT recommend this Nail spa to anyone. And I have a lot of reasons why, first of all the place did not have very good service, I showed the guy who was doing my nails a picture and first he said that it had too much designs and it will be expensive and so I was like whatever and showed him another picture and he said he could do it so then he started doing my nails and what I wanted had all nails like a cloudy clear and then the ring finger was pink with a design and he started doing all my nails pink acrylic and I stopp him on the first nail that he had already put the PINK acrylic on when it was supposed to be clear and I said "those ones are supposed to be clear" and he was like "we don't have that type of acrylic here" and if he didn't have that acrylic he should have told me BEFORE HE PUT THE ACRYLIC ON MY NAIL! so at that point I was just mad but he was blaming it on me like if he was not the one doing MY NAILS that I was gonna pay for.. but I didn't show that I was mad bc I don't wanna be a Karen plus the design did not look anything like the picture and they were so expensive like for what if I could put -5 stars I would I am never coming to this place again. read more

Amazing! Seriously the best service I've ever had! & I'm not even from Yuma. I was just here visiting family and my cousin and I came by real quick before I left back for San Diego. Came in and automically we were attended and seated. No joke, they got busy not even 5 min. after we got there. Left an impression because that usually means they are good or the price is right. So I just went in for a simple pedi. The guy who was doing my toes did a great job! He really made sure my toe nails were clean, cut, and filed. He scrub my feet, massage them, and use hot rocks. My mind was blown away with the hot rocks. Never in my life had I seen that in a nail salon. I seriously left satisfied with the service I was given. Oh can't fail to mention the decor! Doesn't look like much from the outside but when you go in it's actually nice. Combination of red, brown, and white. I love the lights in that place! Very clean. I've had bad luck with nail salons which might sound silly but trust me when I've been to some nail salons where the quality is so bad I could have done it myself or they cut me and I bleed. So in my eyes this place "wow" me for sure. If I need a pedi and I'm back in Yuma, I definitely would come back without any hesitation. read more

Okay let start off by explaining why I kept going here. I gave this salon many chances and finally decided to my nails deserved better. There was a time or two where I loved my nails and the shape was perfect that's why I kept coming back. This particular person left them looking great (almost most of the time). However, a couple times i didn't have the time to wait for this person (wait time was sometimes more than an hour) in which sometimes I would wait if I had the time. There was a time I was being helped by one employee idk if he still works there I think he should of been fired a long time to start off with he was rude second of all I come to get my nails done to pamper myself and relax and this person was telling me all their problems and what not which I didn't care about however I wasn't rude about it. To be exact he did my hot pink nails that look horrendous they were thicker than a bowl of oatmeal they were wide they were just bad. As he was filing my nails I pointed out one of them was crooked and he replied with and attitude after I sat there listening to his pointless problems and said "I not done" he took out the scissors w attitude aswell. At this point I was annoyed I stayed quiet and was uncomfortable. I left the salon w ugly nails that I had to pay for still and on top of that the customer service was a 0. Okay let's rate my salmon color looking nails . The shape was not the best I asked for a coffin but not too narrow they were not thick which I liked. He did a fill which was fairly quick so quick that he didn't do a great job at polishing the tips. I rate those a 2/5. One particular set of nails that I said I liked were my highlighter yellow nails these were the best nails I've got done I would get compliments for the color you could see my finger nails from a mile away these were a 5/5. Next up my yellow sunflower nails honestly I paid too much for them to get all bubbly and ugly within the second or third day these were peeling. One started peeling then another started bubbling up perhaps it was all the coats that were layered. HOWEVERRRRR let me tell you when I took these nails off I had fungus on one of my finger nails It's been months and I'm still treating this nail to get rid of it. This is the whole reason why I will not ever go back to this salon. I've attached some pictures good and bad you decide if you want to spend your money here. read more

I was really skeptical about trying this salon because I'm not from the area. I didn't know where to go so I found this one in the nearby places that my phone suggested. I ended up going and I found the prices to be reasonable so I stayed. The place was clean and very spacious. I had no wait time and I went on a Saturday at around 4pm. I was really anxious about what I was getting done because I don't think I've had my nails done to my satisfaction...ever. Anyway, the lady (should have got her name) made me feel at ease. She was super sweet and she assured me that it would be just how I wanted them. Well...she was right! She didn't hurt me once. She didn't cut me and she was so patient. I am so happy with my nails. It's literally the first time I've been completely satisfied with my nails. :) read more

Cali Pro Nails - Might not be "much" but I LOVE my nails. The length, the cut, and the color. - Nail Salons Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

I have been going to Michelle for over 10 years and not only is she amazing at nails and pedicures but is the best at eyebrows. I can also recommend Tuan, they are both very thorough. The facility it self clean and relaxing. read more

I came to Cali Pro for removal of my acrylic nails, and a manicure after removal (to get them semi-normal as my nails grow out). I was WILDLY disappointed and frankly I was in pain as the man helping me RIPPED MY ACRYLIC NAILS OFF! He did not soak my nails in anything, and despite several times of wincing and pulling my hand back, he never even stopped. To top it off, I didn't receive a manicure but just a semi-buff job on the top of my nails and the edges all amuck still. He painted my nails and collected the bill. I basically paid for him to rip my nails off exactly as I would at home. I am disappointed because there are other staff members who do wonderful nails, but this experience has changed my mind on ever coming back. read more

I LOOOOVE Michelle for my face wax (eyebrow/lip)-- she does it exactly how I like them and she also very quick! Prices are reasonable for Yuma... This is the best place I have been to in Yuma so far... although I would recommend calling ahead of time and making an appointment because they are always SO busy and the wait can be ridiculous sometimes! read more

The tech was rude and grumpy. Not good at all! The next week I went to a better place in town and actually received excellent service. CALI PRO felt like a fast food restaurant. read more

I decided to try here since my regular place in Yuma went downhill in the service department. For starters, the salon is much larger than it appears from the outside and has several manicure and pedicure chairs/tables. There was about a 10 minute wait when we walked in because every chair was filled, but it was well worth the wait. The nail techs were very knowledgable about nail health and recommended what was best-not just the most expensive option. All in all, they did a great job on both of our manicures and pedicures. Not to mention, they didn't rudely sit on their phones and ignore you like other places in Yuma. This will definitely be my new go to nail salon! read more

My mom and I used to go here for years but now we go to Jens nails in the foothills next to Walmart. 2 days ago my mom and I went to get a pedi. My mom went to the turnstile to pick out a color. As my mom turned the turnstile a bottle of nail polish flew off the very top and shattered on my moms foot, glass and a dark red nail polish was everywhere. Glass and polish all over my moms feet, her sandals and her dress. One of the owners started screaming, about 5 employees rushed over to clean up the nail polish off the floor and the side of the turnstile. Not one employee offered to get my mom a towel so she could wipe off the polish on her or pick the glass out of her feet. Not one employee apologized to my mom. My mom just stood there and and employee screamed "don't move there's glass everywhere" An older customer got my mom a chair so my mom could sit and pick the glass out of her feet (she was bleeding) still no one offered to get my mom a towel or anything. I got her some paper towels from the bathroom. My moms dress was ruined as well as her sandals. But she didn't expect them to pay for it, she just expected an apology and a towel. A employee came up to my mom and threw a receipt for the polish at my mom. When my mom told the owner about the employee throwing the receipt he called my mom a liar. The old lady who got my mom a chair stepped in and said "no I saw her throw a receipt, I saw everything" my mom expressed her feelings to the owner about everything and he still didn't offer an apology. read more

I have gotten a few pedicures here. They are good at giving pedicures but I would have to agree with some on the wait times that they have. At one point I wrote my name on their list and a friend's name and I waited a half hour before I could get seated to get a pedicure. They are quite busy but I would have to say that they were not that courteous to me while I waited for such a long time. If they had been nicer I would not mind the wait but quite frankly I have not returned since this incident. I don't think that I will be returning either. read more

They do not have gray nail polish!!!!! Like who doesn't have gray!!! Winter is coming uppppp get it together

This is my 3rd visit. All nails and pedi looked great. 2nd time I had a hard time walking for about a week as the fella scrubbed to deep on my heels and hit into the fresh skin, so yes, they were really sore. Today's pedi and nails were good, service was great. People were friendly. They were really busy as 4 people called in sick so they all were doing their best to give great service which under the situation I thought they did good. read more

I've been to two others during my stay here and this one lives up to its name read more

I don't know why I try go to other places they are the best in Yuma. They have a lot of techs working so the wait time is short if any. They are quick and they do a great job I have never had problems. I also like that they actually try to talk to you in English and make you feel welcome!! read more

Love this place. I'm from Los Angeles where there is a nail shop on every corner. While vacationing in Yuma, we stumbled upon this place. My mom and I walked in New Year's Eve to a packed house n they took us right away. Full pedicures n fills. Helen and Trish are great, they are friendly, the place is clean, organized n very professional. If ur ever in Yuma or just live here, definitely pay them a visit! read more

I first visit and had a great experience. My tech was Hannah she was amazing. She is friendly easy going. Got a deluxe pedicure and gel polish. Both great, for the pedi she's not afraid to really scrub. My feet are so smooth now, I dance a lot and don't take the best care of my feet. Now I know who to come too. read more

Great pricing, they have plenty of staff so the wait time isn't usually too long. I've had great techs who take their time during the process. Cleanliness is important to me, I like the fact that they line the pedicure tub, as well as the sanitary packing they keep their tools in. read more

Really wonderful job! I got a deluxe pedicure and shellac manicure for only $65 and my nail artist did a wonderful job. She even was so kind to point out which "matching" color sets didn't actually match. Highly recommend! read more

This place is just ok. It's way to busy and long waits. I like Daisy nails across the street much better!

Love love this nail salon. I have tried many others around town, but never come out satisfied like I do here. Yes, they are always super busy and packed, but that should say something about their quality service! Everyone is so kind, making you feel comfortable and welcome. I walk in and they instantly remember me and ask about my mom (we usually come in together). I always buy my friends gift certificates for Cali Pro Nails, and they always rave about how much better it is than the salon they normally go to. They really care about you and will recommend other services (even more economical ones) if they believe it's best for your nails. For example, I originally wanted to get a full set of acrylic nails because a few of my natural nails had broken and I wanted to get an even looking manicure, but they said my nails were so healthy and they didn't want to ruin them, so they suggested a shellac (gel) manicure instead. It was cheaper and also much prettier! It also made my nails grow, since they were protected by a layer of gel. I will never go elsewhere, if it's too busy I'll wait or come back! :) read more

Been coming to this business on and off for some time; in my perspective unless you are regular you aren't treated the same as other patrons. Usually it is the inconsiderate and rude comments made by technicians, but the work was good so I kept coming back. I have been insulted here repeatedly. Additionally I was charged extra for an ombré pink and white set; I was told it would last longer. They were very thick and painful, but shaped correctly. The second day they were already lifted so much my hair was getting stuck in them. I tried to wait the 2 weeks and went back after 12 days. The technician was not there and I was assigned someone else. I was told that the nails had to be totally removed by soaking them off. So I opted for a pedicure to help with the time. I asked for pink and white. They instead have me just the white line and not pink. Then I sat for an hour and a half (ignored) soaking both hands until my skin started to peel off. I will never use this establishment again. Shameful-- upon paying for the pedicure the cashier tried to tell me I didn't pay but he had given me my receipt. Very unprofessional read more

So I got referred here from my girlfriend Jennifer and I am not disappointed. Tuan and Michelle are a professional duo and work closely together. I loved working with Tuan today as Michelle was booked solid. Both are easy to communicate with and very friendly and their is no language barrier. Tuan was a total perfectionist and I appreciate his attention to detail. I explained that I was worried about the cleanliness of the jets in the tubs for fear of nail fungus but he assured me these are a newer variety where the fans spin the water and their are no tubes for bacteria to sit. They clean the entire water area so I am no longer worried about the fungus fears I am normally paralyzed by. I am going to continue to frequent this establishment as I feel the quality of work was amazing and the friendliness of the staff was top notch. They were very clean and it was kept up to look like the store is from this decade :) Forget Lotus since they had a one week wait (ridiculous)and by not having a pedi appt for me today they lost me as a client to Cali Pro Nails for good. read more

After trying two other nail salons in the Yuma area, I gave this salon a try and third try was the charm! I would choose Cali Pro Nails salon over the other two salons I had went to months before. They have a large salon area and are rather busy early but the gentleman that met with me was awesome. He did my pedicure and shellac manicure without walking away to finish other's nails and that to me is a plus! I will be returning to Cali Pro Nails for my manicure and pedicure needs. read more

CALLED US FAT. My friend and I went in and the lady called her FAT!! Then I went back a year later because it was the closest; I got a full set. The Polish kept smearing even after I had dried it for about 30 min and didn't touch anything. Went back two days in a row to keep getting it fixed. Then finally I went In for my money back and they said they once more, aggravated I just gave it one last shot. The rude younger fellow said "SEE U TOMORROW BITCH" that was the most disrespectful thing I have ever heard coming from a COMPLETE STRANGER!! I hate how they answer their phones and facetious while doing your nails. I'm not paying you $35 to be on your phone!! Never returning read more

Michelle is fantastic at waxing and she is the only one to touch my daughters' eyebrows. We have been loyal customers for years, driving out from the foothills passing up other nail salons just to come here. But in recent months they have started going down hill on the nails and we have heard the same from others. Last week we made an appointment at 11:45 am and didn't get in until 12:30. The tech that sits at station 2 rushed thru the manicure, forgot the top coat on the shellac. We came back a couple hours later because one nail was already chipping. Then all of them started chipping just a couple days later and we had to come back a third time. No apology either. All of our gels peeled off 6 days later after 191.00 plus tip for 3 mani/pedis. On top of it the two young girls playing receptionist were gossiping about the customers in the salon because everyone was getting mad and complaining. I don't know what happened to this place :( read more
