Clean. Speedy service! Nice staff. I got the matcha with pistachio milk. No notes. It was a slam dunk.

Maple pistachio milk latte here is insanely good!! It was super creamy, smooth, and flavorful without being just sugar. Way better than Starbucks and Tous les Jours' tiramisu latte. Came once for a small, came back for a large, and I'll definitely keep returning. Cozy spot with limited but comfy seating.

I've been coming to this Le Cafe Coffee location for over a year and the service is really good. The staff have been friendly and welcoming. I tend to order the same things whenever I go since the taste of the coffee and pastry is delicious. I like the way the barista makes the lattes here. Inside there is seating on both ends of the coffee shop. I like that there is a screen that shows the Long Island Railroad times of departure. During peak time it gets crowded and busy so try to have patience when you order and wait for your items.

If you're tired of Starbucks and need a change of pace while waiting for your train at Penn then Le Cafe is a solid choice. Nice selection of hot and cold coffees, pastries, and sandwich choices. Bagel items here too. Not much seating but if you can snag a seat its a relaxing way to enjoy your drink and bite. So much unused space its surprising they don't put in more tables and chairs. Pretty helpful and nice staff here too.

Here's my Scotty bagel this morning with my morning round of supplements.

So me, United Mileage Plus person so I have to go to Newark to fly in and out of New York City. I take the train to New Jersey transit there to the Newark airport and I like to leave extra early because I cannot wait to get up in the morning and go have my "Scotty bagel" at Le café. It's lox and cream cheese and onion and tomato on an everything bagel and it's so good and they have really good coffee too. And I hate to admit it, but I also often buy one of their almond croissants to take with me in my bag to eat once I get to the airport.

The hot chocolate was delicious and so was the latte. They were very nice in here and a good spot to relax before getting on the train!

cinnamon Latte - Regular

I had just arrived via Amtrak and had about 10 minutes before I had to catch my next train. I spotted this cafe, and it has a soft. It's the bright and clean ambience that beckoned me to get a coffee to go, and exhale - I had made it, without rush or fuss. The service was excellent. The cashier was patient, letting me know he was ready whenever I was, and the exchange was warm and friendly. I ordered a cinnamon latte - powder, not syrup - with regular milk, and it was simple and good. Price was good too. Today was already a good day.

Stopped by here in the morning because I needed coffee quick , and wanted to switch it up from starbucks. I had never been here before but was satisfied! I got a latte with almond milk and cinnamon, it was delicious and just the way I enjoy my iced coffee. The place is also nicely lit up and cute inside, with comfy tables. I tried the morning truffle which I 1000% recommend. It came out quick and was amazing. It came with egg avocado, truffle oil, cheese on perfectly toasted toast. I would definitely come back for it again and to try their other food items!

Spicy Egg Breakfast Sandwich

The Spicy Egg is a unique and delicious spin on the NYC breakfast sandwich. Hard boiled eggs, avocado, arugula, and spicy mayo on an everything bagel. Delicious. The staff was jovial and efficient without being hurried or rude.

$8.55 latte

Very expensive. Just paid $8.55 for a latte. The menu said $6.XX. I guess they charge $2 for a pump or two of premade syrup. Price is unnecessarily high for a shot of espresso, syrup and milk.

I needed a place in Penn Station for a meeting with partners within Penn station. I was able to snag a table while small they have counter seating and 4 tables. The staff was friendly and a welcome oasis within the bustle of Penn Station. My order was simple an Iced Chai Latte with Pistachio milk. We were able to have a meeting that lasted an hour and then headed our separate ways. It is a lovely space to stop in and grab or sit if available before heading to your final destination,

What a terrific overall experience nestled down below street level on the lower lobby level of the LIRR/NJ/Amtrack food corridor. Greeted with a smile and enthusiasum, a large welcoming menu of drinks (hot and cold) and delectible desserts. We both had different lattes, mine with more espresso... hence can customize all beverages and we shared an apple tart which was not only beautiful to look at but tasted heavenly as well. Super super clean, big space, has some tables along the left wall banquet. A great place to chill before your travels.

Before rushing to take a train at the Penn station, wanted to stop by for a quick coffee. The baristas were so friendly and recommended their best drinks. We ordered the dulce leche latte, which surprisingly was not sweet but so rich and creamy. Loved the coffee on the train ride. I am going to come back again for other beverages, I did not realize they are a chain and have many locations in the city and NJ area.

It came out as a thick piece of deep-fried toast topped with ice cream, boba, caramel popcorn, and strawberries on the side. Not healthy at all, but really good. They have a water dispenser, two locking bathrooms, and plenty of outlets, so I already have a very positive view of Grace Street as a good place to rest. The food is alright. It's a bit overpriced and the teas are not good quality. However, the desserts are delicious. I usually split a slice of basque cheesecake with my friends. The regular and matcha have both been good in my experience. I don't like chocolate cake, so I haven't tried that variety. I wish the pumpkin was available in the smaller size too! I've tried their boba, and it isn't good. The hot teas are okay but not great. They're pretty much just syrup and milk. I would avoid the drinks and just get the desserts! I haven't personally tried the bingsoo, but I've heard good things. The waffle is alright--all in all, come here to recharge and for the basque cheesecake!

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.

I needed a sweet pick-me-up after missing a train home. While the ice cream flavors looked interesting, I opted for a blue coconut iced matcha latte instead. They're a little pricey, but each donut is a pretty hefty ring of chewy glutinous rice flour batter. I had them the following morning, and the donuts still tasted fresh. There was a little bit of oiliness from the frying, but it did not taste off or too greasy. I think this is from the meticulous frying process and good management of the oil. I got the Cookies and Cream, Rose, Lavender, and Pistachios. I loved the Rose and Lavender flavors, especially the lavender which had a solid floral flavor without being perfume-y. I look forward to trying other donuts and sweets from Bear Donut in the future!
