Quaint place decked with art and modest vibes near Times Square! I ducked in here last minute as I was waiting for a friend. I ordered a beet latte customized with soy milk and was pleasantly surprised by the earthy sweet taste. Service was quick and friendly. Most people came for a drink to go but some popped in a for awhile. It is not a coffee shop that gets too busy indoors so you can find your peace here.

Aside from their oh-so-delicious coffee drinks, Frisson on 44th offers breakfast sandwiches if you're hungry. Try their BEC (bacon, egg, and cheese sammich), it comes with a croissant-like[1] bread that is so buttery good. Billie and team rock! Thanks to the team for somehow remembering me. [1] Yes, croissant-like! The bread works well with the ingredients and doesn't just collapse like a croissant roll might.

Superb coffee, hospitable staff in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. Broadway Star hangout. Great soundtrack and Bohemian vibe. Try the Kouign-amann. Has anyone seen Adrian?

Frisson Espresso -- NYC, I'm in love! First time at Frisson Espresso and I'm already planning my return trip. Savon, the coffee artist, turned our lattes and cortados into foam masterpieces -- the kind you almost feel bad drinking... almost. And the BEC? HUGE. Delicious. Totally shareable. Shout-out to Briana, the master chef with the kind of smile you can feel through her eyes -- she made our breakfast unforgettable. NYC may be the city that never sleeps, but with coffee like this, I wouldn't want to anyway. I'll be back!

The staff, the product... beyond. I am happy to share this little gem on West 44th Street in Hell's Kitchen. Every staff member makes a mean coffee and smoothie. Check out the chaga chai and Spicy Mango smoothie which is topped with Tajin. I am fond of the entire team. Special shout out to Briana, not only is she very kind, her knowledge of coffee and her product is very impressive. A true professional and rock star. Shout out to your leadership as well. I am more than happy to make my 30 minute walk from home to visit Frisson Espresso on West 44th Street.

This place is adorable! I was in desperate need of a pick me up coffee in the Hell's Kitchen area, and I stumbled into this cafe. It's very cozy, and has cool options like açaí bowls, breakfast options, customizable smoothies, and of course coffee and matcha. I ordered the cortado for $4.50. The barista put a little heart on the top which I found endearing. Although I took the coffee to go, I would definitely like to sit down with a book and try something else off of their menu!

Wonderful service in a cozy little nook of a coffee shop. I loved the attention to detail on each cup made. My fiance told the barista that we wanted it to go since he's always so practical and thinks we might not finish the drinks, but the barista noted that I was taking photos and switched the last two drinks to dine in. He crafted a beautiful piece of work on my matcha latte and did the same for my future father-in-law's latte. The matcha flavor was strong and wasn't overwhelmed with the milk. They said they ship their coffee nationwide which is pretty cool. They also had some nice merch for sale on display. Highly recommend stopping here for a cuppa!

Amazing coffee and tea selections, and they offer more than what's on the menu! For example, we ordered dirty chai latte and matcha latte, both of which are not on the menu. Meanwhile, love love the food/snack options, some of the unique treats that I have never seen before. Tried this savory spinach tart, it was eggy and not too hard, very tasty, perfect for an empty stomach! The gentleman at the counter was pretty helpful and friendly. Despite of long lines, we got our drinks pretty quickly. The ambiance is chill and friendly.

Best cappuccino I've ever been served! Very cozy and nice service! I certainly had a great rest from walking and now feel rejuvenated.

Great coffee here, I was using my stamp card to get my 10th one free ..I like the red eye coffee! It's a small place w/ like 3 or 4 tables . And Now they have an app to order a head of time !

In my brief visit to Frisson Espresso, I was greeted by an atmosphere that perfectly catered to the city dweller looking for a quick coffee experience. The café's interior exuded a cozy vibe, with its white brick walls giving a modern, urban feel. The coffee was very well-brewed. It was hot and full-bodied, capturing the rich essence of the beans without a hint of bitterness. It accompanied me on a cold, rainy day, adding a touch of warmth to my walk. I would love to return next time I am in the neighbourhood.

We stopped by for morning coffees recently, and were pretty disappointed. I got a cortado, and the coffee tasted extremely burnt. It had no flavor but an overwhelming burnt, dark bitter taste. It was also overly foamy, which caused the texture to be somewhat ruined. We also got a iced latte with vanilla syrup, and it had a similar burnt taste. It was certainly hidden a bit more behind the syrup and higher milk content, but definitely still took away from the drink. Overall, wouldn't come back for the coffee; there are better options around! I'm sure they do other things well though!

Super cute latte art and nice quiet space for working. The latte didn't really have a standout flavor but the barista really knows how to work that milk foam.

Our Pegasus Hot Latte was beautiful deliciousness

We started with a bottle of the Alsace wine, which perfectly complemented our food and the Parisian vibe. I opted for the omelette with Gruyère which was delicious, although I found myself very full by the end, as it came with two sides. The fries were a must-have -- so crispy, salty & fresh. I'd recommend that at least one person at the table order them, but the portion is pretty generous. :) The service was nice, albeit a bit slow at times. However, the staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere is chill -- we weren't in a rush at all! Sitting at a booth in the back, we had the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy our meal, making for a lovely brunch with friends or family.

Small shop, great service, excellent drinks, & tasty treats!…read more Of the two drinks, the black sesame latte was by far one of the best lattes I've had in a while (granted I have had a latte in a while...). If texture doesn't bother you (liberal amount of black sesame!), I'd suggest getting this latte (10/10). Both pastries were great in their own right. For my second matcha of the day, this matcha was like your everyday/average matcha. Can't go wrong, but it wasn't mind-blowing. If you're in the Theatre District, I'd definitely recommend popping in for a drink & a treat!

I had seen their cute pastries online and wanted to check them out. We got the items above and a few coffees. The cakes are cute. Tho not as light and fluffy as I was expecting. I thought they'd be more like the asian bakeries we have back in SF. Not as sweet as american desserts, but it was kinda in between. The egg sandwich I really wanted to like since I've been craving one. But the it was sooo dry. Definitely needed more mayo. And the bread wasn't very fluffy either. Cute spot if you want cute desserts. Tho I think they are more geared towards posting on socials. REVIEW #3999
