Quality coffee shop a bit away from the craziness of Times Square. Service was quick and friendly and coffee was tasty! Everything I could have asked for.

Absolutely loved this shop. The coffee was strong but delicious. The latte art was beautiful and I was super impressed. The beet latte was delicious as well. The service was so nice absolutely loved our barista. Shop is small and no bathroom. Would definitely go back.

Cute coffee shop with a variety of coffee options! There's also a good number of pastries/cookies as well along with outlets. There's also is limited seating indoors, so I wouldn't recommend bringing large parties. I ordered the iced americano and it was good! I recommend stopping by for a quick coffee.

Ten years later, and I still stop by Frisson for my daily[1] cortado. (And sometimes for a pastry.) This is a coffee shop I'm loyal to, and they've earned it through tasty coffee and solid customer service. Here's to ten years of Frisson Espresso, and to ten more! [1] That is, when I'm in the neighborhood, since I don't live in Hell's Kitchen anymore (as of press time). Even though I'm an irregular regular, their staff somehow remembers me.

Never been but it was around the block from our hotel and I was already packed and ready to return home in SoCal. For me, a perfect latte with the most amazing foam illustration. The single barista even let me videotape her while she "created".

Nice coffee shop near Times Square. I liked the vibe and the coffee. Courteous and efficient staff

Stopped by before work to grab a latte to go. There was an ipad by the entrance to place orders. I decided to wait on the short line and ordered with the barista - friendly and efficient. Surprisingly very short wait considering they made a latte art.

Great location for coffee and snacks near Times Square... since it's between 8-9th, it feels gloriously removed from the crowds. Charming, small, cozy with some seating (we didn't have a problem securing seats, but maybe that's because Saturday matinees were in progress, meaning maybe the timing was in our favor). Great hot chocolate! Will be back. Note: some of their locations are not properly tagged in maps app including this location.

Loved this small, homey coffee shop. Great coffee and genuinely nice baristas who make you feel welcome. Would absolutely visit again when I'm back in town.

The coffee was pretty good, but the baristas were so sweet! One of them went out of their way to make me a seahorse in my milk even though I was getting it to go. I can't wait to visit and go back!

Great service from Frisson and lots of amazing pictures to look at on the walls. The location is very convenient, though the place is pretty tiny and more suited for grab and go than sitting, the seating is very limited. The cappuccino was good, though my friend who had a vanilla latte was not impressed, nor was I when I tried it.

What espresso dreams are made of. The tiniest of coffee spots that packs the punch to get you through the day. Service was great!

Great lattes, drip coffee and hot chocolate (almost too chocolate-y). Small but cozy seating area. You can order at the counter or a kiosk. Cool prints on the walls.

Is there honey and cinnamon available for the coffee?

There's cinnamon by the sugar/napkins area but you might have to ask for honey.

    Is there a bathroom?

    I’m sorry, we don’t have a bathroom

Considering this place for a business meeting, are there a lot of seats available?

Nope. I'd say less than 6.

It came out as a thick piece of deep-fried toast topped with ice cream, boba, caramel popcorn, and strawberries on the side. Not healthy at all, but really good. They have a water dispenser, two locking bathrooms, and plenty of outlets, so I already have a very positive view of Grace Street as a good place to rest. The food is alright. It's a bit overpriced and the teas are not good quality. However, the desserts are delicious. I usually split a slice of basque cheesecake with my friends. The regular and matcha have both been good in my experience. I don't like chocolate cake, so I haven't tried that variety. I wish the pumpkin was available in the smaller size too! I've tried their boba, and it isn't good. The hot teas are okay but not great. They're pretty much just syrup and milk. I would avoid the drinks and just get the desserts! I haven't personally tried the bingsoo, but I've heard good things. The waffle is alright--all in all, come here to recharge and for the basque cheesecake!

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.

They're a little pricey, but each donut is a pretty hefty ring of chewy glutinous rice flour batter. I had them the following morning, and the donuts still tasted fresh. There was a little bit of oiliness from the frying, but it did not taste off or too greasy. I think this is from the meticulous frying process and good management of the oil.
