I would give them 0 starts if I could! As a GC, I've used them for a few jobs. And most recently the last job was very disappointing. They did not install the correct color slab throughout the kitchen and then lied claiming one of the mismatched slabs were an older color. They came back out 2 months later and replaced the entire kitchen only after we forced them to. The installer damaged the cabinets and finishes and the owners refused to make it right. After a last effort to come to an agreement with them, we decided to seek legal action. Would not recommend them to anyone. read more

We absolutely love our countertops! I didn't read reviews before we decided to go to L&D and I'm glad I didn't. They were recommended by the company that made our cabinets. I don't know what other people expected from L&D but from my experience they were knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Other stone suppliers wanted to put a seam at the center of my sink because it's a long run but L&D didn't do that. The one seam I have in my kitchen is minimal and not noticeable unless you look for it. Customers need to keep in mind that you can't always get what you want with natural stone. If it break they aren't going to want to pay for an additional slap. I recommend L&D. My advice is to take a breath and shop around. We have a beautiful updated kitchen and we literally saved thousands and got the same aesthetic we would have gotten from other more expensive companies. read more

Negative stars. Wow! This company has been so frustrating to deal with. We have had multiple issues with them. Keep in mind this is a stone fabricating company. We had talked in length about how we do NOT want our large backsplash to have any Seams. We wanted one large seamless slab. They assured us that there would not be any seams As I mentioned this multiple times because that was my biggest concern. The day of delivery (Which was already rescheduled and pushed back months with additional costs by them three times) We had to cancel the delivery and find another company to order through last minute because I asked one final time about the seams and that's when they told me yes you will see seams because we don't sell slabs that Large. Something didn't seem right, so I'm glad I stuck with my gut and asked multiple times. I would've been so upset if the backsplash that was meant to be one large beautiful slab, had four or five different seams. This company pieces together the same pattern of smaller slabs. For some projects I'm sure that's fine, but this is why I was very detailed and my questions, because this was very important to us. They also added additional costs to our order Because they got the measurements wrong twice, and then charged us $500 because they had to go down eight stairs. I can't imagine every home they install doesn't have any stairs they have to work around. We also ordered cabinets through them early May with cabinets rollouts. After the cabinets were delivered to the house, they did not have the rollouts and said "oops they are back ordered and we'll have them in a week or two," We received 50% of the rollouts today on 8/17/21, and Had to get a refund for the other 50% of the roll outs because they don't know when those rollouts will be in. They also just drop them off and wouldn't install them for us. So now we have to hire someone else to install them. More money. They originally said they would install the rule outs for us. Apparently, the cabinets are from two different manufacturers and they asked me about the manufacture information. I obviously had no idea what they are talking about and figured since they sold us the cabinets, they would have that information. They aren't even able to look up and give me information on what they sold me. To sum it up, they are inexperienced, expensive For what they offer, and made multiple mistakes. And then had the audacity to be frustrated with me about it. I had a very experienced contractor coach and walk them through the entire project with measurements, And all the tools and supplies needed. And they still messed it up. I really tried to chalk a lot of this up to Covid and being short staffed, etc. But there were just too many mistakes to let slide. I wouldn't recommend them, but If you are going to use them, you need to have A lot of experience and be able to walk them through every little detail. I would not rely on them to help organize your project with you. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME for countertops. When you walk into the showroom the atmosphere is cold and uninviting, and the selection is about one tenth of other showrooms. That is the first impression; what comes next is hit or miss--if it's a miss, it will be a big one! The quote is down and dirty, and usually the lowest around. They save money because they buy a few colors in bulk, and use cheap installation techniques. They cut the product on site, as opposed to other companies who come out and do their own measuring, and cut out your materials with more sophisticated means than the electric hand tools these guys use. If you are installing an "L" shape in your kitchen there will be a seam--they cut on site, and it's not very pretty. The pattern is way off because the L-shape is two pieces seamed together. It is a horrible look! So, on day one of our project they mis-cut one of the slabs and tried to "make it work". Only after my kitchen remodel contractor insisted they remove it and do it right did they take it out, but now they were short and had to finish another day. When they came back to piece together the other side of my kitchen (2 L-shapes, so 4 slab pieces total) the colors DID NOT MATCH! But, these guys did not care, just wanted their install fee, so they slammed it in and left (right as I was getting home) before I could inspect the job. I went down to the showroom and showed the manager pictures of the mis-matched slabs, and she told me they could "rip them out and refund my money", which I agreed to because I was not going to ruin my brand new kitchen with these sub-standard and awfully installed counters! When they came to "rip them out", that is exactly what they did--beating on them and prying them loose with hammers and pry bars; I was silently praying that they would not destroy my brand new, handmade, $20,000.00 cabinets. The cabinets survived just fine but they cracked my brand new granite farmhouse sink. I went back down to the showroom to show the manager the cracked sink and she called the installer right in front of me and asked him if he cracked the sink. Of course he said he did not notice that he did, so even after seeing the pictures, the manager told me that it could be possible that I did it. I told her that there was no way that I was going to intentionally destroy a thousand dollar sink, and that it did not even make sense for me to do so. They agreed to pay me 2/3 of the price we paid for it; however since we bought it, Amazon raised the price almost 100%, so the sink we paid $550 for will end up costing us $1000 to replace unless I can repair it. Well, if you read all that you will understand what you could be in for, a huge waste of time! I did get my refund, and I did get some money for the crack in my sink, so all in all, at least I got refunded, but the time wasted was ridiculous, and I will NEVER use this company, and I will always steer people away from them because the way they do business is all about bringing in money any way they can, as cheaply as they can. Read the other posts...I believe they are very hit and miss, but if you are looking for quality, you need to go somewhere else! I recommend Intown Granite in Kent. They have 10x the selection, do an on-site laser measure, and bring full size, precut pieces to the job site--no cheap on-site piece work that looks horrible. read more

LD Kitchen & Bath sell cabinets and counter tops. The reason they are kert is because they are moving large quantities of top quality cabinets. If you want someone to bend over backwards and hold your hand while you pick out what you want go somewhere else. The reason that LD is so busy is because they sell good cabinets at great prices. Yes they are trying to get you in and out because usually there is someone waiting behind you that would also like to buy cabinets. My kitchen looks great and it is because the people at LD Kitchen & Bath got me everything I need at a fraction of the price other stores want you to pay. LD kitchen were an amazing experience for us, from start to finish. Seth was the person who helped us in the office, we made an appointment and he was really friendly and so knowledgeable, I had many questions and he had answers to them all. We scheduled our installation and had to push the date forward and they really worked with us to have our request met. Our installer was Efren and he was great! Him and his colleague worked efficiently and clean as they cut on site. I was concerned about a seam showing in our L shaped kitchen counters as they don't do seamless and we can't see a seam at all. Our quartz counters are beautiful and we love the service, the price point was very reasonable and the California Gold Rush Quartz I'd so beautiful. We'd highly recommend this company to anyone that wants quality customer service, product and installation. read more

I will never do business with L&D again. From the moment I walked in it was bad. We used them for our remodel based on our contractors recommendation. They ended up being more expensive and not worth the time. Installation tool longer then it should, they tried to install the wrong marble in one bathroom. They didn't listen when I said we had a special sink and then tried to charge us more when they had to fix it. They installed one of the cabinets improperly and there is not a crack in the front that will have to patch. Also they don't seal any of their marble or granite, they didn't bother to tell us that so now the weeks later I'm noticing marks that won't go away, and we have to spend more time and money to seal it ourselves. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. They aren't worth the time or the headache. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. As another reviewer said, from the moment we walked in the door we should have known. We waited and looked around for about 20 min or so while a man sat at the desk and we finally asked it he could help us to get a "what do you want"? Should have been our first clue. When we ordered our granite, the warehouse man came over and we discovered there was old stock and new stock and they only had a small quantity of the old stock which was a darker shade. The day of the install, I knew there was something a little "off" but couldn't put my finger on it until a few hours later. THEY INSTALLED TWO DIFFERENT STOCK OF GRANITE, the older on the island and the newer on the sink counter!!!!!! Two different shades! My husband and I called and emailed and they say they "can do nothing about it" you'll be lucky to get anyone on the phone. They let it ring and ring and do not have a answering machine.... DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THIS SKETCHY BUSINESS!!! We will be contacting our lawyer. read more

Very positive experience with LD Kitchen & Bath! Referred to this company by a realtor/contractor. Inside the showroom, which was quite busy when we arrived, treated with respect, professionalism, and employees took the time to answer all of our questions. After making the selections we were immediately placed on the schedule board for delivery and installation the following week, even before payment!!! They took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted. Installation was EXCELLENT with YESSI & CREW. They arrived on time, took the appropriate measurements and worked all day to complete the job. The installation was done well and our kitchen and baths came out beautiful. Yessi & Crew were meticulous at completing the job the right way and remained onsite until all the seams were dry and made sure we were satisfied with their work. Total cost was 60% less than HD and 50% less than another contractor.We couldn't be more pleased and would not hesitate to recommend LD and Yessi and his crew to others. Ron A. read more

I was recommended by several friends who own rentals and use L& D a LOT. If you want to save money on real wood cabinets and beautiful granite and quartz this is your place. But remember that they cater to contractors, although they also service homeowners like myself. You will not be wined and dined like Home depot and Ikea (which I had both come out for estimates, But L&D will beat the other guys prices by 50%!!) - I saved $11,000 by using them compared to wood from Home Depot. They DID tell me I need to seal the granite before I purchased. It takes about 10 minutes....not a big deal. We did have some problems getting an install date but I'm pretty easy to work with so I could re-schedule. My cabinets are amazing. I am still waiting on 2 glass front panel doors- as they had run out of them when they installed, but other than that I'm really happy. If you have a problem just be prepared to run down there and talk to them in person... phone calls don't really take much priority!! show room is bare bones (not sketchy at all - Just set up for contractors who know what they want) but you see what you need and no frills. Tran is super fast and creative designing kitchens. Their installers (they sub contract that out) had a bit of an attitude but they did a good job. I would definitely use again and again. REMEMBER - If you want a company to hold your hand... tell you everything is going to be OK.... and a fancy showroom DO NOT use these guys. If you want great value, good products and a company who stands behind their work- LD is your choice. Remember .. what I got for $9,800 (Huge all wood kitchen cabinets and granite in kitchen- also new cabinet in bathroom and granite top - sinks, and install) I was quoted at $21,000 from Home Depot for wood and that did NOT include the bathroom cabinet or granite, and $18,000 from IKEA for MDF or some other Non- wood strange cabinets and granite only in solid colors and nothing for bathroom. Horrible customer service. They make promises repeatedly that they fail to keep. Example is they had someone come out to do a template for a countertop and said that they will call me the very next day for an install. I had to follow up repeatedly and it took a week to get a date. And that was only after I showed up in person and refused to leave until they found the information from the template and scheduled. Then I get a date and I call them the day before to confirm and they promise that they will be there the following day as scheduled but no show and no phone call. I finally called them in the afternoon and they claim they called to reschedule with me which is of course a lie. But they promised 9 the next day. I asked him specifically exactly at 9? And he said yes. I'm sitting here at 9:30 and still no show so I called him and he said he told me 9 to 10 which is again a lie. Now let's just hope the actual install goes well. I would go to another location except for this is one that our customer insisted on using. I personally never would again. read more

If I could give zero star I would. This place from the start was sketchy! We went because of our realtor said he worked with them and they were good. Not even! We went to pick granite out and get it installed our date kept getting pushed back and if we had not called to confirm they wouldn't have showed. They show up unprepared didn't have the measurements that we gave them very detailed measurements they said we had to take the old out as it wasn't payed for, yet we specially said they needed to when we picked it out. They are extremely hard to understand and communicate with and very rude! We ended up getting our money back and going elsewhere! They might be cheaper then most but NOT worth the hassle!!!! I was referred to this HORRID NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/SKILLS company by a friend who had good results when he dealt with them - NOT SO with me - they don't communicate, explain, no customer skills whatsoever, very difficult to understand and communicate with- the place is hole in wall - I provided detailed layouts/measurements and yet installers come unprepared - telling me I had to do the removal of existing counters etc - no communication on this - THEY ARE CHEAPER BUT GO ELSEWHERE - I GOT MY MONEY BACK AND WENT TO INTOWN LOCATED IN AUBURN - YES IT WAS $1000 MORE WHEN YOU go to their facilities it is professional, they have outstanding customer skills, communicate, professional PLUS THEIR GRANITE IS A HIGER QUALITY THICKER NOT 1/2 THIN LIKE AT L&D something I noted immediately the difference in granite- worth the extra $1000 and NO STRESS dealing with the professionals at INTOWN IN AUBURN - GO THERE!!! read more
