We haven't had the countertops installed yet, but working through the sales the staff has been…read morefantastic; easy to work with, understood our wants and needs, and we're very courteous and confident in their knowledge.

if you go to the any showroom and think this is a professional company, come to the Seattle store…read morefirst that fulfills it in SODO. The salespeople don't coordinate with installation. They sent me to pick and mark a slab at a time at Seattle when it wasn't normally done. To make matters worse, the woman with authority in Seattle, white lady with curly hair, is a nightmare. She accused me of lying when I showed up, rather than checking around with her coworkers. When it was verified I was supposed to come, she was still condescending and never apologized. Their team I was supposed to pick with didn't speak English so asking questions was difficult because I was told I could designate where the slab is cut, which is customary, and I could mark my own center line with tape. I was not ever able to do so. He said no I had to be present at installation. In the store, they said because the installer wasn't there, I personally had to meet the installer for custom cutting. The woman accused me of lying when I told her my contractor was meeting the installer. I had to call my contractor. She accused him of lying even because of the sales error. she did not ever attempt customer service or to resolve their own issues. they did not let me mark a center line with tape for some reason. I had to send a video and hope i get what i want. Complete waste of picking a custom slab for custom cutting because they refused to understand i was marking my marks to direct the contractor more specifically than a general photo. I had scheduled to have them come a morning i would be at the dentist because the sales told me weeks prior you select slab the day before. I would have sat with no sink for over a week to reschedule over this. The woman in Seattle tried to turn me away for no reason and made every step an argument. I had to call my contractor to resolve it. She never apologized for the sales scheduling error and blamed me personally for following their directions, she was condescending, she accused me of lying, she blatantly lied several times and refused to complete the job until i called my contractor. she tried at every step to make a very simple task very difficult and she tried to punish me for the sales person error by being utterly horrible. zero customer service, only condescending authoritarian attitude. there is no coordination, they lie, you have to show them their own emails for corrections, they make everything difficult, and they have horrible attitudes. if you want to buy from any showroom around seattle, visit the warehouse store first before you decide. its cheaper because it isn't worth the hassle. cut rate shop run by crooks. they will throw off your entire timeline by miscommunication and disorganization and then sneer in your face and call you a liar. never even attempt to correct their own errors. absolute dirt bag woman at the front counter in seattle, disorganized stock, poor sales. just don't do it.

Absolutely amazing customer service and unbeatable selection and pricing! I am a house flipper so…read moreI've made the rounds at supply stores and Floor and Decor is always our go-to for LVP and Tile. They cannot be beat! This Tacoma location really impressed me with the service they provided. We were asked multiple times while shopping if we needed any assistance and that was nice. We had plenty of space to work on our designs and make a plan as well. We worked with Ryan Mckechnie at the Pro Desk and he went above and beyond for us. He even stayed past the pro desk time to make sure we had the tile we wanted to leave with that day (and have the rest delivered). The guys for loading were gone so Ryan made sure he stayed and loaded it up for us. We were so impressed with his kindness and willingness to serve. This location has earned our business! We also worked with Sona in getting everything in our order ready for Ryan. She was fantastic and very helpful! Thank you so much Ryan! We appreciate you!! PS. There is a wireless charger for phones at the pro desk. That's a fun perk! Oh! And the bathrooms are actually clean!

I can't really express how much I regret the decision to refloor my house using Floor and Decor's…read moreservices. I had gotten a modestly higher quote from a smaller local company and I can't help but wonder how this whole project could have gone. A few things about my house- it is really old and that was going to complicate things no matter what. I suspect the previous owner DIY'ed a bunch of stuff, which also added some challenges. I have taken all of that into account, and this experience was still terrible. A few positives: I am a single homeowner so the financing options that a large company was able to provide really did help. There was no way I could afford this out pocket. The downstairs subfloors needed to be replaced as well, and now that's done. On to the rest. I used the contractor sent by Floor and Decor. This project took over a month to complete. My house is a bit more than 1200 square feet. Delays in manufacturing the stairs was cited as the main culprit, although I was originally quoted one week for that to be done. The flooring overall looks okay with some significant issues. There is a Murphy bed in one of the rooms. This is not a permanent fixture; it's basically Ikea furniture with the standard Ikea wall anchors. I was told that it could be moved, but at installation it was not. It is in a room downstairs, so not only was the flooring installed around it, the subfloor was as well. If that Murphy bed is ever needing to be removed, I will now be left having to deal with a significant hole in the floor several inches lower than the rest of the floor in the room. The stairs were really the worst part. Removing the carpet was super difficult (that whole previous owner DIY issue). It took most of the day to get it up, and removing it damaged the walls in some areas. When the stairs were installed (again, a month later) they were just put in with no finishes, chunks of plaster still missing. It looked absolutely horrible. That install happened while I was at work, so I came home to a total mess and saw the job had been marked as complete. I reached out to the contractor and did not receive a response. I then reached out to the store. The flooring designer had told me to email her with any issues. I sent the email to her attention and did not receive a response. After waiting a few days, I sent it again (it is a general department email) asking for anyone who could assist to respond. Still no answer. I finally looked up the store manager and emailed him directly. No response. All of this took place over the span of 2-3 weeks, I was conscientious of giving them time to respond, and was respectful in all of my communications, both to the store and the contractor. Nearly another month passed before the contractor texted me. I had to press, but he agreed to come plaster the damage. He did that while I was out of town, but my petsitter was able to let him in. She texted me afterwards to ask if anyone would be back, saying it still looked terrible. She was right. At this point I am just too frustrated to keep trying, so I'll have to finish it myself. The other challenge was all the little things they did not tell me they would not do. Caulking the baseboards, repainting, any finishes or touchups were left undone. When I asked along the way, I was told by the installer that they don't do that. It would have been great to know that up front. A fun extra issue: the trim the contractor chose is not wood, but plastic with a sticker on it. It's already damaged. TL;DR, work done was a huge challenge and looks unfinished. Product quality is subpar. The store offered zero support. I don't see myself using this company in the future, or recommending others to do so. I paid over $12k to have to finish the work myself.
