I have gone here for years. When I started, they were great. I felt like they were experienced, a great pedi and polish. The last 2 visits were awful. Young, inexperienced and I'm sure not licensed, attempted to go through the motions, but not doing the job. They just run the cuticle pusher very slightly over the cuticles that does absolutely nothing. The massage is lacking and the last time, the stones were cold. I paid the "upgraded" $35 and no different than the $25. Polish job was OK but have had sloppy polish jobs. They have really gone down from where they used to be. I won't go back. read more

Got my nails done here and it came out awful. She forced me to leave and the nail polish wasnt dry. I said I wanted Stars so instead of putting glue and gluing them on she picked them out of another nail polish and as you can imagine they were incredibly thick. I told her that I didn't want it to look like that it was really unattractive however they didn't listen to my concerns and just rushed me. I feel like with how many good new artists are in this town that they should be unacceptable. Cheap nails art worth it it's a waste of money. I'd recommend never going to this place. read more

Walked in and they were very nice. They did my pedicure quick but I didn't feel rushed and my toes came out great! I wasn't even planning on getting anything done, I was with someone else who also was very satisfied with her gel nails. Will be going back again soon! read more

I came here with my mom and the two of us got great pedicures. The staff was friendly and helpful, plus they do good hot stone massages on your legs. I would have given this a 4-star but the massage chair I was in was apparently broken because someone dropped the controller into the water earlier that week and they hadn't received a replacement yet. The chair my mom had worked though and presumably the others did too -- not sure why they didn't switch me to a different chair. read more

I came in for a gel manicure recently and it stayed on for three weeks! Great quality and really good service! Tons of colors to choose from and good quality nail polishes. Staff didn't speak English well so they didn't talk much to me but that's understandable. I would definitely return to get my nails done here again :) read more

Literally the worst ever. Last time I went a boy who appeared to be between the age of 13-16 who obviously had no nail training (garunteed not licensed) could not figure out how to simply remove shellac from my nails. My nails looked the worst I had ever seen them by the time I left. The man who mabe owns this place tends to treat all the woman who work there pretty bad as well. Save your money. read more

I went to get my nails done from here and it was NOT THE BUSINESS... I asked if they did 3D nails or water nails and their response was What is That... I am a Nail Freak... they don't do any true nail designs that i am used to. also i got my eyebrows done and it was a mess... their over priced and they do a wack ass job. read more

I got a set of acrylic nails put on and within 2 days they were lifting. I would never go back. Plus it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The sink that they had me wash my hands in had grime built up all around the counter. It almost looked moldy. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. read more

I moved here from another town and LC Nails was my second try at maintaining my acrylic nails. I was very happy with the quality of the work, and the fact that she listened to me and did exactly what I wanted, not what she wanted, or what "the style" is. I've had no problem with lifting, cracking or breakage. I give them four stars because I think they try to be too accommodating, and take walk-ins when they have scheduled appointments, or fix someone's broken nail in the middle your appointment - not a problem if you have all day, but I expect a fill to take an hour, and no longer. read more

I just had my nails done last night by the cute pregnant lady and I love them! I currently have acrylics and three had popped off within two weeks from my old salon. She fixed those and did a gel polish with patriotic nail art in less that 40 minutes! I am so impressed and I calling for a pedicure tonight. First of all NONE of the techs spoke English and could not understand that I wanted a Shellac Manicure and at first they didn't even know what I was talking about until I basically had to point it out to them. The technician I got did the quickest manicure I've ever had in my life and kept trying to cut down to the meat of my finger on the side of my nails, I had to tell her to stop several times before she understood that YEAH THAT HURTS! Then I ask for the letter J to be placed on my ring finger (husbands first initial) and she said "ok let me draw". What she showed me was a HEART! I said nooooooooooo I want the letter J!, again she showed me a heart, I literally had to take the pen from her and make the letter J on her piece of paper. She made the ugliest J I have ever seen in my life, it looks like a 5 yr old took a black sharpie and wrote on my nail, before I could even see it she was already putting the top coat on it. I was furious! My total was $35.00 and I was just in a hurry and gave her the cash I had for a tip which was a $10.00 and I said screw it and gave it to her. I checked my bank account today and they took out an automatic $5.00 for a tip, leaving my total at $40.00...... THAT IS NOT WHAT I SIGNED TO PAY FOR!!! When I called to explain to them I gave the girl a CASH tip she tried to explain they charge them on the tab at the end of the day. FRAUDULENT! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Just moved here from the Bay Area and have been looking for a good place to get my nails done. The first time I came my nails looked great (I got a fill with gel polish). The woman took her time and I was very happy with my nails. I had such a good experience that I sent them a few people to them to get their names done. I had made an appointment today thinking I would have the same experience as last time but that was far from true. It took 20 minutes to sit down, even with an appointment (got pedi and fill), felt very rushed for both my pedi and fill that both were sloppily done. I felt so rushed that I felt I couldn't ask them to redo the gel polish on my hands as they were more concerned to get to the walk ins. I now have to get my nails done again as I'm not happy with this finish. I ended up asking another woman about her nails cause they looked really well done...looks like I will be going there in the future. Not happy with this experience AT ALL and will not be back or will not recommend at all. read more

The woman that did my pedi.... I give 5 stars! She was wonderful and the massage part was even better. The woman that did my full set, on the other hand, I give 1 star. I tried many times to tell her what I wanted and she just looked at me like I was crazy and said um, okay. I originally wanted pink and white. She began doing that improperly and the nails she put on were too far down for how my nails are. I asked her about a couple things and she said, "it's okay". I know how I want my nails as well what looks good on my nails. I actually asked her to take off the initial nails she began with. The filing was uneven and I asked her to fix a number of them. Lastly, she missed the grinding after the powder was put on all together, so now I have my nails looking like that stupid new thing I saw online where they are bubbly/fat looking. I am NOT impressed and upset because I paid $45 just for a full set that doesn't look good!! read more

I went here the other day because my usual nail salon was busy. I went in for a pedicure. I had no wait at all, the chairs are super comfortable and they had lots of colors to pick from for the nail polish. The person doing my nails did a great job, and I got an awesome design done too. I don't usually write reviews but after my experience yesterday I feel like it is necessary. I went in with higher hopes than I probably should have given the reviews but here it is. I went in with my friend to get pedicures. They said it wasn't a problem set up the foot tubs and we picked our colors. So far so good. After pick our colors we end up just kind of waiting around because they don't say anything to us about sitting down until we decide to sit in the waiting area then they let us know that we can go over to the pedicure area. We end up waiting so long that our water is almost cold. My pedicure was fine. Great even. However when she did my fiends she skipped on her cuticles on one foot completely. They they have us walk over to the nail dryer on some really gross floors, instead of maybe helping or even allowing us to put on our sandals. After that it was just kind of whatever. Then I see they have waxing available and I had been in serious need of a leg wax. We went in and she proceeds to was my right leg pretty thoroughly if you don't count her not doing the back at all, and missing big strips on the inside calf and entire knee...and the left leg so sporadically that I have huge patches of hair all over my leg... everywhere. It is like I'm a 12 year old who didn't know what I was doing when shaving my legs for the first time. Minus the blood. All in all, pedicure for me was great, my friend about 50% less and the waxing was so bad I really shouldn't have paid for it. And to top it all off, they charged me $5 extra for the wax then what is posted, so there went my pedicure tip... read more

absolutely terrible service as soon as i walked in. i told the male worker that i had an appt at 3:30 for a manicure and he gives me a confused look and walks away. he then comes back and tells me to sit down and that my appt was at 4 not 3:30 (it wasn't. i never once asked for a 4 o'clock appt) and i was like okay? do you want me to come back then and he rolls his eyes and says no it's fine. he starts to file my nails and hits my cuticles multiple times because he was too busy looking out the window. the final product was okay but i had to file them myself as soon as i left because the edges were so sharp and jagged. waste of money and disappointed i tried this place out honestly. read more

I have been coming here for years and they know me but today will be my last. I understand they were busy, however, I was barely there for 12 minutes start to finish, the girl (whom I've never seen before) rushed so fast she hurt my legs with the stones and barely rinsed off the scrub that she threw on. Then she slapped on the lotion just before the point of absorbtion. The paint job was ok. When I told the girl who checked me out (who is the owner) she said "sorry" and that will be twenty five dollars. She told me the people next to me were there longer because they "bought a special pedicure". This is no excuse for poor service. I hardly call this a pedicure it's more like a part-icure. Worst nail experience I've ever had. Went in to get acrylics and there was tons of miscommunication so she wound up giving me a manicure when I didn't ask for one and charged me for it! There was no conversation throughout the whole appointment and she made me feel like I was wasting her time, and she cut one way too short because she didn't even ask how long I wanted them. My nails started lifting the next day and by the end of the week they were so bad I had to go back to show them what a terrible job they did. They started telling me all these things that made it sound like it was my fault but offered me a new a set for half price. I wasn't about to spend 60 dollars on one set of poorly done nails so I declined their offer. They then said they could cut off the part that had lifted and fill them for free, so I accepted. Worst. Idea. Ever. They used a completely different color gel that was an orangey pink and you can totally see the cracks of where they cut the lift away, not to mention they're completely different colors. They are extremely bubbly and have hairs and a thread dried in them! A day after they started lifting again. I'm getting them taken off as soon as possible and I will never go back there again. read more

My first impression was wow! This place is clean and nice people working there. The guy that work there recommended me to the pedicure deluxe and gel manicure. I've to said it was a best experience I ever had. The massage for the pedicure was relaxing with the hot stone, than the paraffin, and mask made my skin feel smooth again. It was a great pedicure by far I ever had. The gel mani was nice too! I definitely recommend my family and friends here.
