The Best Hair Removal Experience I ever had!…read more Laura Trevino was absolutely outstanding and professional. I was shy about getting a Brazilian for first time ever; she explained the procedure and it was went so well and effortlessly. I know Laura is big on confidentiality; this is important to me since we live in a small city where a great deal of people know me. I found Laura's place to be immaculate and sanitary. I would highly recommend her as an Esthetician.

Sparking clean and sanitary. JULIE is the BEST and gets my…read morehighest recommendation. A bonus that she speaks proficient english. She explained gel to me and helped me select classy color...I spent more money than I had planned but it was worth it! I did, however, have a very bumpy start. When I walked in the front desk cow wasn't warm or welcoming. She didn't discuss the options with me. She just told me to sit down and the technician grabbed my hands and roughly started touching them. I was not happy at all. I then got the attention of the front desk gal and explained to her that I am not comfortable with my technician. She has not communicated clearly to me. I recently had a finger infection. I need to make sure that I am clearly understood and that we have a proper discussion and thankfully she moved me over to Julie's desk. Afterward, I told her how happy I was with Julie Service. I reminded her that I originally said I wanted a basic manicure and through Conversation and connection I ended up instead of spending $20. I spent $55 on the top of the line Service and gel therefore the company made Double their money than they would have had. I've been stuck without initial technician who by the way, never apologized look like she didn't care.. I also told the front desk gal that in the future if she wants that business to be successful, trust is important strong communication between customers and technicians and service. People is important. Cleanliness of course always because finger and toe infections can run rampant in salon salons.. She was very gracious. She apologized more than once. I told her I don't need an apology. What I want. Is your company to do well and Julie is the best and everyone should watch what she does how she treats people how she sells people on the gel how kind she is and I told her I needed to listen to a meeting with my earbuds and she said, of course, and respected my need for quiet so they are lucky to have Julie and she has a lot that she can teach them if they are willing to learn

I love her products and now actually use sun block daily. It's luscious! Ambers facials are relaxing and calming. I loved that she analyzed my skin issues and considered my age.(62) I feel like most of the places are really focused on the younger crowd and the more "mature" women are not considered. With Amber this was not the case. My face glows after facials with her and I feel so hydrated! Since I have started seeing Amber people compliment me on my face. I swear it's made my 62 year old wrinkles mellow out lol. My face feels clean! Finally, I'd like to add that Ambers spa is clean and sterile. She wears her mask and follows all Covid guidelines. I recommend Esthetics by Amber in the Slay Make-up studio, Eureka Ca.
