I went on trip and wasn't going to be able to refill for 3 weeks and asked her to do some Magic, and magic she did! For the whole trip I has full lashes in every picture. No patchyness or gaps. I was already irritated, but it got even worse the moment I walked in -- in my opinion, the place looked dirty and nothing about the setup felt clean or sanitary. On top of that, the service provider herself smelled bad, which was honestly shocking and completely unacceptable for someone working in beauty services. It made the whole experience even more uncomfortable and disrespectful. I felt angry, disgusted, and honestly embarrassed that I even wasted my time and money here. I expected a professional service, not this mess. This was a complete waste, and I would never recommend this business to anyone. There are plenty of places that are clean, professional, and know how to treat clients -- this is absolutely not one of them.
