After getting the treatment and sitting on the chair for 15-20 min. letting it soak, she then tells me she can't even do the cut because it's too "extensive." IF IT WAS TOO EXTENSIVE WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST REJECT ME FROM THE JUMP? WHY DID YOU DO THE SCALP TREATMENT FIRST? Why did you tell me you can fit me in just to only do a scalp treatment for less than an hour? I am just in disbelief by the unprofessionalism. I paid $35 for a simple scalp hair treatment that didn't even work because after 3 hours, my scalp flakes are already back. Next time, please don't book your clients on days the stylist aren't there and don't do anything on your clients hair if you don't even have the FULL TIME to do their entire request.
