I feel bad writing this review because they were nice people but this is literally the worst manicure/pedicure I've ever received. It felt rushed and they're extremely sloppy. My nails were already short and she cut them in such a weird shape I have no choice but to cut them even shorter to try and fix them. The chrome which was an extra $10 doesn't even cover my nail bed completely and is bubbly. I almost never get my nails done so this was a treat to myself for Mother's Day photos I have coming up and I'm just so bummed that they look so terrible. read more

I thought the ladies were really nice however they made me pay before the service which no big deal cause she said she didn't want to mess up my nails- understandable. However, the lady that I had seemed very rushed and she was nice but my nails came out extremely streaky and the nail polish appeared to be chipped as well. My cuticles were extremely dry and I had paid for a manicure so maybe cuticle treatment didn't come with it I'm not sure. Overall, I wasn't very happy with the service I was provided but it might be my fault that I may have come on a day where everything was busy. I had a full set of acrylics and they did a great job. Unfortunately, the gentleman was rude and appeared angry and made me very uncomfortable. You would have thought I was providing a service not the other way around. The kicker was a charge of $70. Tried VN nails for a new set of acrylics. I should have asked pricing before but didn't think to ask as my set was short with a polka dot tip. Pretty simple and I do expect to pay for design. I DO NOT expect to pay extra to shape my nails. But they charged me anyway. Salons are getting out of control with up charges that should be included in the regular price. This was a $60 set anywhere else but I was charged $70. read more

I was so disappointed that I could cry! I literally wanted this place to be my place to come to as I am now a full time nurse in the area. The quality of my nails were just horrible, the nail tech didn't even bother to even the shape or remove excess polish from around my cuticles. I ordered the most expensive pedicure but somehow the tech forgot to do half the things that came with it and even burned my left foot with the paraffin wax! I've never felt so underserved at an establishment as I did today. Then the owner told me "you are new to the area, I suggest you drive around to see that we are the cheapest prices" and I have no idea why'd she say that to me as I paid in cash and still left a tip! I later returned because I just couldn't phathom this being ok! The owner refunded me $60 and I showed her how the tech burned me with the paraffin, she commented that I can wait two weeks and come back to allow her to do it correctly or I could go find another place! That comment alone made it clear to me that I'd never return and for sure had to leave a review, especially after having to visit urgent care as three of my toes have second degree burns. Booked a dip manicure and classic pedicure. Got there and they said they could do clear dip paste with gel overtop, not real dip. I got builder gel instead. The pedicure seemed ok, but when I got home I noticed that the lady hadn't actually shaped my nails, she just painted on a rounded shape and left the sharp corners. The guy doing my manicure wasn't good at all. He painted into the sides and my cuticles. He also killed a bug with a tissue at one point and then tried to reuse the same tissue to "clean" his brush and seemed annoyed when I asked him to change it out. Overall, a waste of $100. read more

Yesterday I had a pedicure done by a man. I paid extra to have a callus treatment, green stuff was applied to my feet, missed callus on left toe. If that was the treatment it didn't work. The man was rough I noticed after I left the edge of a toenail was hurting. It's hurt since I left the spa. Now it's red and really painful. read more

Updated: i dropped another star since the gel peeled up in just one week. Booked an apt for a classic mani pedi with gel, showed up about 5 mins early and was greeted with almost suspicion from the one man that i had even booked ahead. All employees were working on pedicures and there were a couple other ladies waiting. After maybe 5 minutes, i was sat for the pedicure. HOT water! Otherwise pedicure was great. Then the manicure was by another employee, she rushed thru it because by this time an hour had past from original apt time and others were now waiting on their apts (i think the lady after my mani waited like 15 mins past her apt time) The end result is decent enough, some imperfections for how speedy my hands were done. Hand massage lasted like less than a minute. Had hoped for a simple design, had even shown a picture, but in the end i could tell that was forgotten about and that itd be rushed thru anyway. :/ I will try again perhaps, but only as im someone who rarely gets their nails done. Space is nice, clean. Offered no refreshments that i see other reviewers mention. Charged $80. read more
