She sent me away in a hurry and told me not to mess with it. I got to my car and looked in the mirror and it looked like I was electrocuted. I ran my fingers through it and it was coming off in slime. I took my small hair brush that was in my car and tried to brush a little bit that looked matted. It completely detached from my head. My hair is back to brown now because of how awful it looked. My curls are gone. They are straight as a board. I paid 200$ to get my hair FRIED. OFF. I reached out to her a month later to ask for a refund or a partial because I could not repair it at all. She denied she ruined my hair and stopped replying to me. She should not be working in a hair salon.
