Her name is Hoai and she is very talented. Last time I just asked for flowers and was expecting the usual flowers that everyone does here. Not so! I have been here a couple of times. Even when they appear super busy, they have alway gotten me in for a perdicure within about 20 minutes without an appointment. The work is fast with great results. I recently went somewhere else & my gel polish started peeling within a couple weeks. LC pedicure stays on forever! read more

I went for a fill and she drilled my previous color off and then drilled the acrylic down super uneven and lumpy and then did not lay down any acrylic anywhere except the backs where my nails had grown out. So now I just have lumpy ass uneven nails. One corner of the tip will be thick and fat and the other corner of the same tip is extremely thin and flimsy. You can see through the paint. They're crooked and jagged and pointing different directions. They left my nails grown out underneath. You can see where the she laid acrylic on the backs, it does not blend into the acrylic that was already there, it's a huge ripple between her acrylic and the previous acrylic. Half assed af. You could tell they started not even caring the closer it got to their closing time. It would've looked better if I had let a monkey take a piece of sandpaper to my nails. I'm so done trying to find a good nail place in this county. read more

Today I had gone here and I was super nervous because I have really bad anxiety and I usually go to a private nail tech. With that being said I had an appointment at 2:30 and took a little over 15 mins to wait which was okay. But when I got in the seat the lady took out an acrylic nail tip and she started separating my natural nail with the acrylic nail which is not the correct way to remove nails nor is it healthy or sanitary. I let her continue it hurt really bad and when she got to my second to last nail she cut into my nail bed of my actual nail which really really hurt and I'm not one to confront people but I had to tell her to stop and not to do anymore I had to step out of the place for a little while before going back in. When I came back one of the other ladies kept apologizing to me and helped my nails as much as she could and did a proper soak off which is all I wanted. She was super nice but it could've all been avoided. I also still had to pay for the service which in my eyes I should've at least got a discount due to ruining the health of my natural nails. So be careful if you go here to get nails removed. read more

If you want to go here and get your nails painted then they will get the job done. But for $70 don't expect a massage, expect them to lightly rub lotion on your calves for a few minutes. They didn't even touch my feet except to trim and paint the nails and place into paraffin wax bags. ZERO lotion on your feet which I found to be disappointing considering the high cost of the service. I called multiple other salons before coming to this one, they were all too busy to accommodate, so landed here. Lesson learned, I would not recommend. read more
