They were able to clean my nails up nice and they look really dainty and clean now. I will be back. Staff was polite and delightful. Great experience. Very grateful and for their willingness to see me even though they didn't put my nails on.

From other reviews I'm wondering if I just caught them at the "wrong time". It wasn't busy. The pedicure chairs are cracking and non-inviting. I don't think they massage. The foot bowls were iffy Everything looked like it was in disarray. There were nail clippings on the floor as I was told to walk to the chair in my bare feet. I personally just can't go back. The pedicure turned out mediocre. But, I was desperate on this day as my regular nail tech has had multiple injuries and is not doing pedicures at the moment so my toes had gone four months without a pedi. I do hope they clean up the place - more people would go to them.

That is amazing customer service. The building is really cool with a well done interior. You can tell that it is a well oiled machine and it has been functioning successfully for a while. This was the most money I had spent on an eyebrow wax, for the worst-looking eyebrows I have ever had. I should have spoken up before i left so she could fix it. She put it all over my hair and I saw her try to hide that my hair was falling out. Melting off In clumps the texture of a cotton ball. She could not brush it or style it or trim it. She sent me away in a hurry and told me not to mess with it. I got to my car and looked in the mirror and it looked like I was electrocuted. I ran my fingers through it and it was coming off in slime. I took my small hair brush that was in my car and tried to brush a little bit that looked matted. It completely detached from my head. My hair is back to brown now because of how awful it looked. My curls are gone. They are straight as a board. I paid 200$ to get my hair FRIED. OFF. I reached out to her a month later to ask for a refund or a partial because I could not repair it at all. She denied she ruined my hair and stopped replying to me. She should not be working in a hair salon.
