Is this the best lounge for business/first class? Far from it. But is it a decent lounge for…read morepre-flight? Yes. The food that was available was pretty good - 3.5/5. The missing 1.5 is for a smaller selection than most premium lounges. Their miso braised pork was stand-out and their lilikoi cheesecake bar was delicious. Most of their produce/fruit offerings were local and fresh - can't say that about every lounge I've been to. Staff were continually refilling the stations. Drink selection is quite bare - 1 hard seltzer and 2 beers, a few different wines (I didn't check). No spirits, which other self-serve lounges even have. They make it a point to tell you that everything is self-service, including bussing your own plates and dishes. As such, some guests still leave their dishes and trash behind and it really doesn't seem like anyone is paying attention, so tables can stay full for a while. There are very limited big/full tables with outlets nearby, so I ended up bussing someone else's dishes myself to use the table for our party. Everything seemed clean, including bathrooms. Someone is also regularly cleaning it. Wifi wasn't strong enough for me to download anything off Netflix, which was strange, but maybe it was just me. All in all, this would be a 3.5/5 lounge experience, but still glad to have it.

No full bar available, but there are a couple of wine and beer choices. I especially enjoyed the make your own salad/ poke bowl bar. Clean restrooms are located in the rear. No showers. Airport shuttle service is located directly outside the lounge entrance making it convenient to travel to the other terminals with ease.

More akin to a hospital waiting room than a bougie airport lounge…read more At the bare minimum it is: clean, neat, and air conditioned. It is not: luxurious, well decorated, cozy, or impressive. This lounge is simply a quiet place to sit and wait for your flight away from the noisy chatter and overhead announcements at the terminal. They have complimentary wifi and outlets to charge your devices. If you snag a seat by the windows you have a lovely view of the garden. There is no food or alcohol. You are also not allowed to eat any food or snacks you bring into the lounge yourself. They do offer some beverages including coffee, tea, juice, water, and some canned sodas. I actually really enjoyed the yummy guava juice they had available! Overall I would not pay money to enter this lounge. If your credit card perks include a limited number of Priority Pass lounge visits I would skip this one. My boyfriend has unlimited Priority Pass lounge access with two free guests as a Ritz Carlton card holder so we lose out on nothing by coming in, but compared to other airport lounges we've visited this lounge definitely leaves a lot to be desired.

Using my Priority Pass, I was able to gain access to this lounge with my wife and son. This lounge is a massive rectangular room and offers a lot of of seating along with beverages in cans and iced water. It is air-conditioned and is a nice respite away from other portions of the terminal which are open air and can get a little warm depending on the season. We didn't stay very long as the lounge got full very quickly and felt a little crowded so we decided to leave and head to arcade a little early. All in all a nice spot for a quick rest but not somewhere I would find myself staying too long as you are not able to have a private conversation as there is no auditory privacy here. But I do appreciate the cold beverages and a soft, comfy chair.
