As we opened our containers we noticed that the ice cream was already melted. All of the ice cream looked very soft on top in the cases but we thought it's not hot, no way all that ice cream could be that soft. We unfortunately were wrong. The flavor of the ice cream was great and the "chunk" to ice cream ratio is much higher than most other ice cream places which was really nice. We would try it again in the future to see if we can sample some of the interesting flavors they have and to see if maybe at a different time of year the ice cream is not soft and soupy in minutes.
