The tables and seating struck me as soon as I walked in on top of the displays and how clean it was, I knew I found a great bakery! The cream puffs I was expecting custard filling but what I chose were the cream puffs filled with chocolate pudding instead, I didn't know there were choices but these did not disappoint, I love chocolate pudding and the flavor/texture was perfect, not too sweet. I called the bakery when I got home and they actually offer 3 types of cream puffs. Chocolate pudding, custard and cannoli filling. The pudding has the chocolate stripe on top, the custard is the plain dough sprinkled with powdered sugar and the cannoli cream puff has a little cannoli cream coming out of it with shavings on top. The eclairs were delicious but they only make the mini size! There are LOTS of pastries, varieties of cookies, cakes, cheescakes and breads.
