From my Google Review: I got a great deal on a car I really wanted. I should've had it throughoughly inspected though because I started having mechanical issues before my first payment was due. They sell all rebuilt titles. (Not an issue for me). Seems like they do the bare minimum work to get cars sellable. (Missing screws and my oil sensor doesn't work, I had a hose come loose which caused some other problems. The air conditioning does not work. No lid for fuse box). I would recommend them to anyone with car skills and the ability to repair their own vehicle so as not to lose money investing in repairs. Edit/Update: Changed my rating because I've run into even more problems. O2 sensor issues, fuel intake issues causing the car to have issues starting, and a cracked coolant overflow reservoir. The car now trembles when stopped. AC and Heat do not work. My 2nd car payment is due in a week and I've probably put twice that amount into car repairs. I've also discovered standard repair screws instead of car repair screws in the engine. The dealership owner would like me to come in and have him and his shops fix the issues but if they sold it to me in this condition, how can I trust them to actually fix it. Drove off the lot with dry rotting tires from 2016 that, according to the mechanic, were only a couple weeks old!! Also was told that I would be paying taxes when I paid for the car, but that was not the case. Didn't get title for months and had to pay $500 out of pocket at the DMV when I was informed that the taxes had in fact not been paid. Had already dealt with putting the title in my name before the title even came, which was not in my name. I read another review from years ago saying this exact scenario with the taxes. First car buying experience and it was disappointing to say the least. Straight up lying to peoples' faces and taking advantage of people willing to take a chance on this shady business. I went to see it and when I arrived..I was looking at the vehicle and they told me it sold last week! No longer available! What a waste of time! I purchased a low-mileage car at an excellent price. After I bought it, I found a leak in the rear axle that Noor (owner) repaired for free. While I was waiting in their lobby, he did the same for another customer who came in complaining about the brakes on their newly purchased car so Noor replaced the break pads for free. Noor's brother owns/runs the repair shop. The facility isn't fancy which means low overhead which means better bargains. Outstanding customer service and low prices. I highly recommend. read more

I wish I could give them no stars. I bought a CRV from them in November 2015 and my temp plate expired in Jan'16 and they still had not gotten me the tittle it took 3 calls to get it to me. Then they filled out the paperwork incorrectly plus we agreed on a price including taxes and it turned out they did not collect taxes and we had to pay them out pocket after we had a deal. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Saw a car on Craigslist that I was interested in and went to look at it. The car seemed too good to be true - 2006 VW Passat 3.6 L AWD in great condition with only about 68,000 miles on it - but I test drove it anyway. I asked the dealer about the title and he said it had a clean title. I was somewhat weary on why they'd have any problem selling the car so I looked up the VIN on Carfax to find that it actually had a "buyback/lemon" title, which isn't the same as a clean title, and has had 7 owners since 2006. I wonder why? I'm glad I looked it up but a misleading/lying dealer like that isn't worth anyone's time. read more

I found my Kia on an ad on Craigslist and I love the car, but if you can avoid this dealership, DO IT! When I was looking at the car when I first got there, I pointed out an OPEN BAG OF FRITOS in the trunk and asked them to pick it up and they left it there. My uncle looked at the engine and noticed corrosion around the battery, and they said they would take care of it, AND THEY DIDN'T. The back seating was really dirty and we asked them to clean everything and they didn't. When they wiped everything down there was an oily residue EVERYWHERE, and for the first week I couldn't see out my windshield. I test drove it, and there were no lights on the dashboard but by the time I got home there was a "low tire pressure" light on because they overfilled my front passenger side tire 10psi over. The whole lot looks like a mess. We went in to sign paperwork and they had their kids their, which is fine, I get it, but when we were signing paperwork, they were blasting the TV and screaming. There was rice from some type of burrito on the table and it smelled like feet. This place was very unprofessional and if you can avoid it, please do yourself a favor and don't give them your business. read more

Wasted a 2 hour round trip. Car was listed on Craigslist as in excellent shape, "all service done" and with what looked like good pictures minus one closeup of a small scratch. Talked to who I was lead to believe was the shop owner over the phone and tried to discuss the condition in detail. He mentioned they had replaced the bumper, headlights and maybe hood, no other issues except that it had been smoked in and he didnt have any service history. I ran a Carfax and it showed a failed emissions 300 miles prior but he had no knowledge and guaranteed a passing emissions, so I made the trip. 60 seconds of walking around the car and I was hesitant and it only got worse. The horrible paint job on the whole front end (orange peel finish with what looked like someone had randomly poured an ounce of paint in the middle of the hood post-respray), rear door armrest that had been chewed by a dog?, stained headliner, torn driver seat, missing mirror control switch and buttons, 6 inch diameter hole in carpet on driver side down to the metal (hidden by new floor mat, only one in the car which was suspicious), full length cracked windshield (heated kind, not cheap to replace) with missing electronic dimming/compass mirror ($$), non-working AC and broken vents, under the hood a front radiator core support which was obviously beat back into shape and cracks shottily welded, broken/missing timing cover, etc etc etc. He was originally nice and helpful but after I pointed some of this stuff out he just walked away. I don't blame him, that car needs another $3000-5000 to be in the condition he stated in the listing and it only blue books for $4500 in "good" shape. I know flipping cars can be tough so I wish him luck but this was my first and last trip to his lot. read more
