Brutal honesty... ok? If you look at my reviews, I'm really really tough on nail salons. I believe a few things: 1. It's a luxury not everyone can afford. 2. Pedicures are more of a need than a want with certain people. 3. Getting a good tech is rare and hard that gets sugar-coated by wine or the glam of the place. I've been blessed with a few great people (I'm still on the hunt for a good nail tech). Today was about a pedicure. I had the privilege of having service by Ivy. She was patient and understanding about some of the things that I tend to be picky about. Their prices are comparable. When I declared that I had to return to work, Ivy said, if your socks mess up the polish, come back and I'll fix it for you. Taken aback... I knew I had found the right person. Not just because she offered to repaint my toenails, but her love for what she does transcended to her delivery of that comment. I hope I find a nail tech for my hands here. Had two nails break in 3 weeks. The 2nd nail broke in my sleep, called and asked if I could come in tomorrow for a repair , & received an attitude from Monie. My first time going was great! They do very good! And I tipped well. I just wish they would take responsibility instead of blaming the customer. I've been getting my nails done for over a decade & they always last a month with minimal growth. I definitely don't appreciate the attitude. Please learn some customer service. Especially since you charge for nail repair & I gladly pay. My previous nail tech that I used for 7 years ( moved out of state) & it's been hard finding someone. I've been looking for a salon to wax my eyebrows & driving through the parking I saw Lavish & on their window it said waxing. I walked in & the wait was only 5 minutes. Looking around I was impressed. Everything was so clean & the set up was perfect. I really liked the look. I was brought back & she looked at my eyebrows & she sees I haven't done anything with them for a very long time. I'm Italian so you can just imagine how much eyebrow hair I had. So here we go. Wax, pull. She does this a couple of times. I look in the mirror & oh my lord who is this person. Guess what her next question was. Can I do your mustache? Mustache?? Darn my Italian decedents. Sure why not wax, pull another couple of times. There we go. Look in mirror. I have nothing to say. This woman made me look groomed. I couldn't thank her enough. So I say this. I wish I could give more than one star because this place was highly recommended by my sister but I did not have a good experience. On top of not getting what I asked for, the lady doing my nails cut me with the electric file 3 seperate times. I've attached a picture of the worst one several days after I went to the salon. Getting my nails done should be relaxing and pain-free. I am highly dissatisfied. I always tip no matter what but I was very unhappy leaving with a $60 bill, nails I didn't like and 3 new injuries on my hands. 0/10 read more

UNPROFESSIONAL & liars. I called them before I went in and they told me they were available so I drove there. no one greeted me when I walked in and did not notice i was there until 15 minutes later then tells me to wait another 10 minutes which turned into 30. I am extremely dissatisfied & disappointed this was the treatment I got from the Manager. she was being so rude and yelling in front of other customers. please avoid going here at all cost they do not care about customers! I told the manager I would be leaving a review and her response to that was so immature there is no way someone like that is a manager. No professionalism whatsoever. read more

THIS IS A TRUE STORY...I used to go here all the time but eventually stopped going after several bad experiences. I've been using another salon but on this day I just wanted to have my nexgen removed and thought that since this location is so much more convenient I would just run in and have it done at Lavish. When I walked in, there was no one around except one employee who was fast asleep in one of the back pedicure chairs. I mean she looked to be sound asleep. I stood there a good 5 minutes. I walked back and forth wondering what to do. Finally I just cleared my throat really loud and woke her up. About that time another person came out of the back. I'm glad I wasn't there for more involved services. I feel that would have taken all afternoon. Next time I will go the extra few miles to a place where people are at least awake to know I'm there. read more

Okay here's the Tea. My nail tech: super friendly and nice. My friends nail tech: not friendly and very argumentative. I got a great pedicure and was getting dipped nails, my color came out all wrong because the sample nail showed the wrong color, not their fault, but still disappointing. They did offer to fix it, but truthfully my nails were not good and I didn't feel like a color change would help that. The skill is just not there, they were all different shapes and bumpy. My friends tech argued with me that they were the correct color but holding my nail to the sample you could easily see it was 100% not the same. But! My pedicure was awesome, and they did offer to fix it if I would come back in the next day, so I gave two stars for that. read more

During my Pedicure the water was super cold even after asking for it to be hot. Prices have gone up but nothing has changed. Everyone is rushing, even though my kiddo and I were inside. The time was 2:30. You cannot even get your nails done because Kelly wasn't here today. Some times they use gloves, while other times they don't. My Family and I have been coming for years. Really disappointed the first time I came here I got the full set arcylic nail which was only $28 the second time ... They charged me $30 for arcylic Nail​ and they said the reason why was because of the length of the nail they had to charge extra well.... Went there to get my nails/eyebrows done . The lady doing my nails (Lynn) complained there wasn't enough powder for my nails . Then I said ok I'll change it . As she was dipping my nails she would slap my hands roughly and pull my hand a lot . She also didn't get a few spots and my nails look ombré instead of one color because she barley did the part by the cuticle. I had my nails done a few days ago & 3 of them broke. I went back to get them fixed. The male owner was not there; so, I was encouraged to let his wife fix them. I said ok. We were trying to figure out which color & all agreed on a particular color from the selections. When she started working on them, I realized that we had the wrong color. The wife abruptly just stopped helping me & told me to wait on her husband, who would know the color, and she started working on another person; leaving me with unfinished nails. So I got my nails done yesterday and they turned out awful not the same shape or size and they were so messy an coming off already so we went back today to get them redone and he did them again for free thankfully but he let acetone sit on my hands for 1 hour and not only that when he was using the drill he was pressing to harm so it burned and kept hitting my skin same for when he filed...so long story short never going there again but if you go get a female to do it. read more

I would not give them any stars and will not go back. I went to Lavish Nail Spa because of a good review on Next Door Neighbor. I arrived at 10 o'clock when it opened. I was the first one in the door. I wanted a pedicure, and I was there for two hours. This was the slowest I have seen anyone work. I might add the two women who came after me that had a manicure and pedicure were out of there 30-45 minutes before me. I complained to the manager when I left and was given a discount, but I don't really think that made up for the slow service. read more
