We originally found Construction & More through Yelp and reached out about two years ago for an…read moreestimate to update our master bathroom. They provided a very fair quote, but we ended up having to put the project on hold. When we were finally ready to revisit it, they were willing to honor the original estimate, which we really appreciated. This is our first home and the first major renovation project we've undertaken, so we were a little apprehensive going into the process. We ultimately decided to expand the project into a full remodel, and even with the additional scope, the updated price remained very reasonable and close to what we had originally expected to spend. Once the project started, everything moved quickly and smoothly through each phase. Communication was timely and responsive, which helped keep the project moving efficiently from start to finish. Tony, the foreman, and his team were extremely detail-oriented and did exceptional work. The craftsmanship really shows in the finished bathroom. Everything looks carefully installed and precise, and the tile work in particular is incredibly clean. We're extremely happy with how the bathroom turned out and with the overall experience, especially for our first major home project. We would use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

Their quote was detailed and competitive, closely matching the other estimates we received. Avi, the project manager, thoroughly explained each step of the remodeling process, which gave us confidence moving forward. We stayed in regular contact via WhatsApp, making it easy to ask questions and share updates. Their designer, (Elinor), provided valuable recommendations, assisted with shopping, and created a 3D design that helped us visualize the final outcome. Impressively, the finished bathroom closely matched the design, which was a major factor in our decision to choose Constructions and More. Joseph, the foreman, and his team were professional, respectful, and kept our home clean throughout the project. They did an excellent job handling everything from electrical and plumbing work to tiling and fixture installation. They also managed all the necessary permit inspections with the city. Added finished photo with the 3D Render. We are extremely pleased with the final results of our bathroom remodel and would definitely hire them again.

They are honest, forthcoming, and patient, and their communication was fantastic throughout the entire project as they worked diligently to keep everything on track. Of course, with a full home remodel there are always unforeseen problems. When we hit a major delay due to the HVAC subcontractor, Aaron and Alex worked incredibly hard to resolve the issues and advocate for us. Even though those HVAC problems cost us about six weeks, the overall project still came in right on schedule. Our kitchen designer, Michele, was fantastic and brought our vision to life perfectly, and the bathrooms were designed beautifully as well. The crew--Angel, Asher, Enrique, and Donato--were professional, hard-working, and a pleasure to have in our home. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Wise Builders for their full-service approach and excellent problem-solving.

Highly Reliable General contractor with Unbeatable Value!!…read more We hired Atlas for tenant improvements in Palo Alto--specifically adding a room, plumbing, electric, and handling all permitting through fire and final inspections. Our Project Manager, Romando, was fantastic. He was on-site almost every day and sent us daily WhatsApp updates with pictures, so we always knew the status. They completed the entire project in just 6 weeks (a very tight timeline) and came in at nearly half the cost of the 4 other GCs we quoted. I highly recommend Atlas and their dedicated team for all commercial TI projects.

We hired Atlas General Construction to renovate our kitchen. This was our first major home project,…read moreso we wanted a contractor who could guide us through the process. Our project manager was Erick. He explained options clearly and helped us think through tradeoffs. I appreciated his suggestions throughout the project, including the decision to replace the windows. That change was not something we had planned, but it made a real difference in the finished space. The crew was well staffed and productive. When they were on site, progress was steady and visible. The team also handled uncertainty well. At the start, it was not clear how the kitchen exhaust hood would be vented. They worked through the constraints and found a solution that significantly improved airflow and met code. If we raised a concern or felt something missed the mark, it was addressed quickly. Change orders felt fair and were discussed before work moved forward. The project passed San Francisco city inspection on the first visit, which gave us confidence in the quality of the work. Overall, Atlas General Construction delivered a solid kitchen renovation and provided the kind of guidance we needed as first-time remodel clients.

They aren't the cheapest out there, but once you see the work they do, it's almost a bargain. I did my research and wanted to find something in the middle- quality without excess. I found these guys. I grew to trust them quickly and started asking for their opinions about various things along the way to help me decide what to do. As stressful at it is to have people in your house everyday making lots of noise for weeks, I'm actually going to miss these guys. I will definitely hire them in future. Overall, the project went well, and we're happy with the final results. Bryan, our foreman, was a strong asset to the project. Even though he was managing multiple jobs at the same time, his responsiveness and willingness to go out of his way to address our concerns made a big difference. Because we were home throughout the process, we were able to catch issues early and communicate them directly to Bryan, who consistently followed through to resolve them. What Went Well: * The tile and flooring subcontractors were excellent - their craftsmanship and attention to detail truly stood out. * Bryan, our foreman, was responsive to texts and phone calls, listened to our concerns, and made sure they were addressed. He even designed a bi-fold closet door for us, and helped pick up all the material to build it. * Bryan also took the initiative to handle several unfinished items himself, which we really appreciated. * The post-build cleaners were top-notch and left the space in pristine condition. * Throughout the project, everyone we interacted with was professional, courteous, and conscientious. There were no conflicts or issues, which made the experience comfortable for us. Areas for Improvement: * The timeline was a pain point. While we were originally told the project would take 6-8 weeks, it ended up stretching to 12 weeks. * The design process fell short of expectations. Because Prime's in-house designers weren't available, our design work was outsourced. We only received a full design package for the master bathroom. As a result, we ended up creating our own renderings for the other rooms to help communicate our vision to the team. That said, we were very happy with the design and material selections for the master bathroom they did complete. We just wish the same level of attention and design support had been provided for the rest of the project. * At times, resource availability was limited, likely due to workers being assigned to multiple jobs. This led to workflow inefficiencies and delays. Toward the end of our renovation, our foreman Bryan had to personally step in to complete several tasks, such as installing faucets, shelving, and baseboards. He managed to get it done in between site visits and meetings, which we appreciated, but it also highlighted a lack of available crew to close out the project. Despite these few challenges, the quality of the work met our expectations. We appreciated the team's effort and the final outcome.

It was a very pleasant experience working with both of them. Noa was very understanding and helpful during the estimation and planning phase. She's one of the big reason we decided to go with Brother Brother. We really appreciated her support. There were some issues and challenges along the way, although nothing major, and they were all addressed and resolved. One thing I especially appreciated about Roy was how responsive and accessible he was. He was always available when we had questions, responded quickly, and consistently gave us the assurance that things would be taken care of. More importantly, he followed through on those promises. He also visited the project frequently and kept us updated on the progress. We sincerely appreciate Roy for being professional, responsive, understanding, and attentive to our needs. He made sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. I also want to thank Marco, the head of the crew, for his hard work and for helping get the job done. One thing we really appreciated was how they handled changes along the way. The team showed up on time each morning, cleaned up before leaving every day, and were always respectful and courteous. He is very agreeable and was always willing to negotiate and perform reworks until I was satisfied with the result. The timelines did extend significantly beyond the original estimates, and I had to stay on top of the subcontractors to ensure the craftsmanship met my standards.
