I stopped in here to get a quick pedi and there were 5 massage chairs, nice ambiance of a small water fountain as well as several large palms behind the chairs to give it a tropical type feel. The place isn't overly huge either. I think if I made it my frequent nail salon, I could know these ladies a lot better. But you gotta love how I walk in on a Sunday afternoon and there are 3 dudes rockin' the chairs. They definitely were not shy about pampering themselves. I am giving three stars as when I was getting my pedi, the lady said I didn't really need one. Uhhh wuuut? Didn't I come in here? I want a scrubbing like everyone else, dang it! I also noticed that afternoon that the polish was sort of bubbly, which inevitably meant that it was going to peel the polish. Bummer! I might try them again as it was fairly reasonable and I'll just have to put my foot down (literally) and say that no! my feet are not too soft! please scrub!

I have no problems with nail salons that aren't frou frou. I don't mind the lack of cucumber water. What does bother me is when you can just tell the place hasn't been cleaned in a while, when the foot sponges look like they've been scrubbing strong since '07, and where the NAIL LADY USES HER SHARP-ASS THUMBNAIL AS A CUTICLE IMPLEMENT. NASTY. Not only was that disgusting, it was painful. Usually a nice foot massage makes me forget a multitude of sins, but that wasn't a problem here, since my Sonicare toothbrush goes longer than these ladies when it comes to a massage. The only good thing about the place is that my pedicure looks decent. So that's how they earned one star (not that I have a choice on Yelp, but that's besides the point). But never again, Eiffel Tower...never.

She seems genuinely interested, but not intrusive, and she doesn't push services on you that you don't want. It is smaller than most salons: two chairs in the front, two (?) in the back, but because she is so accomodating, I'd doubt you'd have a problem getting a mani/pedi, even last minute or at closing. Though I've only had the pedicure here, they offer other services: hair cuts, waxing, etc.

Everyone in the salon is super friendly and they can usually for you into the schedule. I recommend going to Ben if you want Gel X. He does amazing nails and the quality is great! A full set usually lasts be about 4 weeks with no breakage. After 4 weeks I come in for a fill, which lasts me another 4 weeks. I highly recommend!
